本发明公开了一种做服装用工作台，包括平台，所述横杆的上端中部安装有第一气缸，所述第一气缸的上端通过连接杆连接有第一顶板，所述第一顶板位于槽道的内腔，所述固定板的上端中部安装有第二气缸，所述第二气缸通过连接杆连接有与槽道配合的第二顶板,所述槽道的端口设有单向阀门，该做服装用工作台，通过设有固定板和横杆，在固定板和横杆的上端分别设有第一气缸和第二气缸，本发明制造简单，工作效率高，既节省了工作者的劳动力，又提高厂家的效益，还能保持厂家的工作环境，达到一定的标准，有效的将垃圾和成品分类处理，节省了多道工序，同时减少了需要多位工作者的工资，具有一定的优势，值得以后推广使用。

本发明涉及服装工作台技术领域，具体为一种做服装用工作台。
背景技术
目前，我国生产工作台行业发展迅速，用于工作台的装置也多种多样，但是仍然面临着很多方面的挑战，需求寻找满足客户的解决方案，众所周知，工作台是必不可少的一种辅助工具，所有的厂家几乎都需要用到操作平台，一个好的工作平台可以有效的提高了厂家的发展，提高工厂的效益，同时节省大量的劳动力，还可以保持厂家的环境卫生情况，符合国家检查的标准，现说到服装加工用的一种工作台，现有的工作平台在设计方面都比较单一，工人们在工作的时候，经常会弄得到处都是垃圾，不方便打扫，对环境也有一定的污染，降低了工作效率，不能同时处理垃圾以及成品，需要多个储物箱去整理，既占用空间又不方便，为此，我们提出一种做服装用工作台。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种做服装用工作台，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种做服装用工作台，包括平台，所述平台的下端两侧固定安装有支撑杆，所述支撑杆的外侧安装有控制开关，所述支撑杆的中间安装有横杆，所述平台的中部设有槽道，所述横杆的上端中部安装有第一气缸，所述第一气缸的上端通过连接杆连接有第一顶板，所述第一顶板位于槽道的内腔，所述支撑杆的外侧上部设有固定板，所述固定板的上端中部安装有第二气缸，所述第二气缸通过连接杆连接有与槽道配合的第二顶板,所述槽道的端口设有单向阀门，所述平台的一侧设有储物箱，所述储物箱位于单向阀门的右下方。
优选的，所述平台的一侧设有通孔，所述储物箱通过销轴穿插于通孔的内腔。
优选的，所述横杆和固定板的上端均设有与第一气缸和第二气缸配合的限位槽。
优选的，所述平台的外侧上部均设有槽口，且槽口的内腔安装有与槽口相匹配的挡板。
优选的，所述支撑杆为中空结构，且支撑杆的内腔安装有抽杆，抽杆的两侧均设有凸起，所述支撑杆的内壁均匀设有与凸起匹配的凹槽。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该做服装用工作台，通过设有固定板和横杆，在固定板和横杆的上端分别设有第一气缸和第二气缸，带动第一顶板和第二顶板在槽道的内腔做往复运动，通过控制开关控制，及时对垃圾或者成品进行统一归放整理，对比现有单一的工作台，本发明制造简单，工作效率高，既节省了工作者的劳动力，又提高厂家的效益，还能保持厂家的工作环境，达到一定的标准，有效的将垃圾和成品分类处理，节省了多道工序，同时减少了需要多位工作者的工资，具有一定的优势，值得以后推广使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种做服装用工作台，包括平台1，所述平台1的下端两侧固定安装有支撑杆7，所述支撑杆7的外侧安装有控制开关4，所述支撑杆7的中间安装有横杆6，所述平台1的中部设有槽道2，所述横杆6的上端中部安装有第一气缸5，所述第一气缸5的上端通过连接杆连接有第一顶板3，所述第一顶板3位于槽道2的内腔，所述支撑杆7的外侧上部设有固定板8，所述固定板8的上端中部安装有第二气缸9，所述第二气缸9通过连接杆连接有与槽道2配合的第二顶板10,所述槽道2的端口设有单向阀门11，所述平台1的一侧设有储物箱11，所述储物箱11位于单向阀门11的右下方。
进一步的，所述平台1的一侧设有通孔，所述储物箱11通过销轴穿插于通孔的内腔，为了方便更换储物箱，及时做出更换，有效快速的对垃圾和成品进行分类，提高了工作效率，不需要利用多个储物箱，避免占用大量空间的问题。
进一步的，所述横杆6和固定板8的上端均设有与第一气缸5和第二气缸9配合的限位槽，为了保证第一气缸5和第二气缸9工作更加稳定，不会出现松动的问题，且不影响整个装置的运行。
进一步的，所述平台1的外侧上部均设有槽口，且槽口的内腔安装有与槽口相匹配的挡板，为了更好的进行工作，通过挡板可以对槽道2进行掩盖，实现无缝对接，避免其他杂物掉落，影响装置的运行。
进一步的，所述支撑杆7为中空结构，且支撑杆的内腔安装有抽杆，抽杆的两侧均设有凸起，所述支撑杆7的内壁均匀设有与凸起匹配的凹槽，为了方便工作者，提高工作效率，通过抽杆实现调节高低的问题，具有针对性的调节，避免工作者过早疲惫，影响产量。
该做服装用工作台，通过设有固定板8和横杆6，在固定板8和横杆6的上端分别设有第一气缸5和第二气缸9，带动第一顶板3和第二顶板10在槽道2的内腔做往复运动，通过控制开关4控制，及时对垃圾或者成品进行统一归放整理，对比现有单一的工作台，本发明制造简单，工作效率高，既节省了工作者的劳动力，又提高厂家的效益，还能保持厂家的工作环境，达到一定的标准，有效的将垃圾和成品分类处理，节省了多道工序，同时减少了需要多位工作者的工资，具有一定的优势，值得以后推广使用。

1.一种做服装用工作台，包括平台(1)，所述平台(1)的下端两侧固定安装有支撑杆(7)，所述支撑杆(7)的外侧安装有控制开关(4)，所述支撑杆(7)的中间安装有横杆(6)，其特征在于：所述平台(1)的中部设有槽道(2)，所述横杆(6)的上端中部安装有第一气缸(5)，所述第一气缸(5)的上端通过连接杆连接有第一顶板(3)，所述第一顶板(3)位于槽道(2)的内腔，所述支撑杆(7)的外侧上部设有固定板(8)，所述固定板(8)的上端中部安装有第二气缸(9)，所述第二气缸(9)通过连接杆连接有与槽道(2)配合的第二顶板(10),所述槽道(2)的端口设有单向阀门(11)，所述平台(1)的一侧设有储物箱(11)，所述储物箱(11)位于单向阀门(11)的右下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种做服装用工作台，其特征在于：所述平台(1)的一侧设有通孔，所述储物箱(11)通过销轴穿插于通孔的内腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种做服装用工作台，其特征在于：所述横杆(6)和固定板(8)的上端均设有与第一气缸(5)和第二气缸(9)配合的限位槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种做服装用工作台，其特征在于：所述平台(1)的外侧上部均设有槽口，且槽口的内腔安装有与槽口相匹配的挡板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种做服装用工作台，其特征在于：所述支撑杆(7)为中空结构，且支撑杆的内腔安装有抽杆，抽杆的两侧均设有凸起，所述支撑杆(7)的内壁均匀设有与凸起匹配的凹槽。
