本发明提出了一种甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,按照重量百分数计算,包括:甲硫嘧磺隆20~30%、双氟磺草胺5~10%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为淀粉与气相二氧化硅混合物,所述甲硫嘧磺隆预先用0.1~0.5wt%碳酸氢钠溶液洗涤过。该水分散粒剂不仅分散悬浮性能好,而且扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除小麦田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。

甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂
技术领域
本发明属于除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂。
背景技术
磺酰脲类除草剂是目前世界上最大的一类作用独特的除草剂,可用于防除农田、林地及非耕地等多种阔叶杂草和某些禾本科杂草,同时因其用量低(10~40g·hm-2)、对哺乳动物低毒以及独特的除草活性等特点而受到普遍应用,磺酰脲类除草剂在土壤中残留长短,主要决定于化合物本身的特性、产品质量外,还受制于用药量、土壤特性(土壤PH值、土壤类型)、施药时期、喷雾质量、温度及湿度等因素。对长残性除草剂的推广持慎重态度,坚持试验、示范、推广原则。因此,科学合理使用磺酰脲类除草剂、防止作物药害和保护农业生态环境具有重要意义。甲硫嘧磺隆,属磺酰脲类除草剂(sulfonylureas herbicide),化学名称2-(4-甲氧基-6-甲硫嘧啶-2-基)氨基甲酰基氨基磺酰基苯甲酸甲酯,是湖南化工研究院2000年5月11日发明地含烷硫基的磺酰脲类新型除草剂。
甲硫嘧磺隆原药为白色固体,熔点为184~186℃,主要用于防治小麦田各种阔叶杂草。甲硫嘧磺隆自发明以来,发明人进行了大量的甲硫嘧磺隆单一制剂配方研究工作,已经研制了乳油、可湿性粉剂和水分散粒剂等。双氟磺草胺是三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类超高效除草剂,对麦类作物具有高度选择性,适用于小麦田防除阔叶杂草。双氟磺草胺是内吸传导型除草剂,可以传导至杂草全株,因而杀草彻底,不会复发。并且在低温下药效稳定,即使是在2℃时仍能保证稳定药效,这一点是其他除草剂无法比拟的。
目前市场未见除草剂双氟磺草胺与甲硫嘧磺隆复配的水分散粒剂研制报道。
发明内容
本发明提出一种甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,该水分散粒剂不仅分散悬浮性能好,而且扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除小麦田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,按照重量百分数计算,包括:
甲硫嘧磺隆20~30%、双氟磺草胺5~10%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为淀粉与气相二氧化硅混合物,所述甲硫嘧磺隆预先用0.1~0.5wt%碳酸氢钠溶液洗涤过。
进一步,所述淀粉与气相二氧化硅的质量比为6~8:1。
进一步,所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素、皂角粉或者烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠或者Morwet-450。
进一步,所述有机硅表面活性剂为有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408。
进一步,所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙以及硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
本发明甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂的制备方法:
将甲硫嘧磺隆原药用0.1~0.5wt%碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡洗涤搅拌,过滤烘干后备用;按配方将烘干后的甲硫嘧磺隆原药、双氟磺草胺、润湿剂、分散剂、有机硅表面活性剂、黏结剂以及填料充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过300~400目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于40℃~60℃烘干即得甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂。
发明人意外地发现,使用经过碳酸氢钠溶液处理的甲硫嘧磺隆原药制备的水颗粒分散粒剂,与使用未经过碳酸氢钠溶液处理的甲硫嘧磺隆原药制备的水颗粒分散粒剂相比,其悬浮率和稳定性均有显著的提高,这可能是由于甲硫嘧磺隆原药中含有的残留在其中的酸性杂质对水分散粒剂会造成不利影响,而经过简单的碱处理可有效消除这一影响。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的水分散粒剂中加入有机硅表面活性剂喷雾后具有低的表面张力,在靶标表面润湿性好,铺展和渗透能力强,以细小颗粒分布于靶标表面,有利于提高药效。有机硅助剂可使药液到达难以润湿的地方,增加喷雾覆盖面,促进药液快速吸收。提高药液的耐雨水冲刷能力,提高农药的有效利用率,降低农药投放量。黏结剂为淀粉与气相二氧化硅混合物增强了凝胶空间网状结构,提高了其触变性能,提高了有水分散粒剂稳定性。
2、本发明的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂使用时在作物面展着渗透性好,减少了有效成分流失,有明显增效作用。初始悬浮率≥97%;54±2热贮30天后悬浮率≥90%;崩解时间≤60s;润湿时间60s;持久起泡性(1min后)≤20ml。
3、本发明的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除小麦田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。
具体实施方式
实施例1
甲硫嘧磺隆20kg、双氟磺草胺5kg、十二烷基硫酸钠2kg、木质素磺酸钠4kg、3kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、0.6kg淀粉、0.1kg气相二氧化硅与65.3kg轻质碳酸钙。
制备方法:
将甲硫嘧磺隆原药用0.1wt%碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡洗涤搅拌,过滤烘干后备用;按配方将烘干后的甲硫嘧磺隆原药、双氟磺草胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、淀粉、气相二氧化硅与轻质碳酸钙充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过300目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于40℃烘干即得甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂。
实施例2
甲硫嘧磺隆23kg、双氟磺草胺5kg、皂角粉4kg、木质素磺酸钙5kg、4kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、4.2kg淀粉、0.6kg气相二氧化硅与54.2kg硅藻土。
制备方法:
将甲硫嘧磺隆原药用0.3wt%碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡洗涤搅拌,过滤烘干后备用;按配方将烘干后的甲硫嘧磺隆原药、双氟磺草胺、皂角粉、木质素磺酸钙、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、淀粉、气相二氧化硅以及硅藻土充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过325目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于45℃烘干即得甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂。
实施例3
甲硫嘧磺隆28kg、双氟磺草胺7kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8kg、7kg的Morwet-450、6kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、4.0kg淀粉、0.5kg气相二氧化硅与39.5kg硫酸铵。
制备方法:
将甲硫嘧磺隆原药用0.5wt%碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡洗涤搅拌,过滤烘干后备用;按配方将烘干后的甲硫嘧磺隆原药、双氟磺草胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Morwet-450、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、淀粉、气相二氧化硅以及硫酸铵充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过400目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于55℃烘干即得甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂。
实施例4
甲硫嘧磺隆30kg、双氟磺草胺10kg、木质素8kg、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠10kg、5kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、4.0kg淀粉、0.5kg气相二氧化硅与32.5kg膨润土。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
将实施例1-4制备得到的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂进行性能指标检测,结果如表1:

从表1中我们可以看出,本发明制备的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂润湿性能优良,悬浮率较高,且贮存稳定性好。
实施例6
本实施例为实施例1的田间药效实验。
25%甲硫嘧磺隆·双氟磺草胺水分散粒剂防除小麦田杂草杀草谱较宽,对看麦娘、牛繁缕、猪殃殃、雀舌草、繁缕、毛茛、碎米荠、播娘蒿、荠菜、藜、反枝苋、铁苋菜、蓼等防效较好。于小麦2~5叶期施药,适宜剂量为100~120克/亩,一次施药即能有效控制小麦田中后期主要杂草危害,对作物安全,且防效略优于10%甲硫嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂和5%双氟磺草胺悬浮剂。具体药效结果如表2。

1.一种甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括:
甲硫嘧磺隆20~30%、双氟磺草胺5~10%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为淀粉与气相二氧化硅混合物,所述甲硫嘧磺隆预先用0.1~0.5wt%碳酸氢钠溶液洗涤过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述淀粉与气相二氧化硅的质量比为6~8:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素、皂角粉或者烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠或者Morwet-450。
5.根据权利要求1所述的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅表面活性剂为有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的甲硫嘧磺隆复配水分散粒剂,其特征在于,所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙以及硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
