本发明提供了一种香椿种子处理方法,包括如下步骤:(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理15~20 min,取出,继续浸种60~90min,用红外光照射40~55s,再继续浸种6~8h;(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种。本发明所述香椿种子处理方法,通过真空处理、浸种处理以及红外光照射处理,促使香椿种子溶胀和浸泡液组分的刺激,有效激活香椿种子的活性,促进香椿种子的萌发和成苗。

一种香椿种子处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及种子处理技术领域,具体地,涉及一种香椿种子处理方法。
背景技术
香椿为楝树科香椿属多年生落叶乔木,香椿有一种独特的香气,以嫩芽供人们食用,香椿嫩芽富含维生素E、性激素物质、钙、磷、钾、钠等成分,具有抗衰老、补阳滋阴、行气理血、健脾益胃等多种功效。
香椿芽属于季节性蔬菜,在上市季节,市场上对香椿的需求非常大,但香椿的产量一直比较低糜。香椿种子繁殖快速,但由于香椿种子种皮坚硬,外有蜡质,不易吸水,发芽慢,发芽率低,发芽不整齐,不利于香椿芽的市场供应和香椿苗木的繁育。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种香椿种子处理方法,以提高香椿种子的萌发率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种香椿种子处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;
(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理15~20 min,取出,继续浸种60~90min,用红外光照射40~55s,再继续浸种6~8h;
(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种;
所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取液6~8份,茶皂素3~4份,氯化钙2~3份,香豆酸0.01~0.03份,氨基酸5~8份,海藻精2~3份,竹醋液2~3份,硫代硫酸钠4~6份,乙醇8~10份,水500份。
优选地,所述红外光为波长为(25-40μm)~1000μm的远红外光。
优选地,所述浸种温度为20~25℃。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取物7份,氯化钙3份,香豆酸0.02份,氨基酸6份,海藻精3份,竹醋液2份,硫代硫酸钠5份,乙醇9份,水500份。
优选地,所述烟草根提取液是将粉碎为60-80目的烟草根和水按重量份1:6于30~40℃下浸泡2~4h过滤所得溶液。
优选地,所述氨基酸为丙氨酸和谷氨酸按重量比8~10:1混合而得。
优选地,所述步骤(2)香椿种子浸种液的制备方法如下:
(1)取茶皂素和香豆酸溶于乙醇后,缓缓加入100份水,混合均匀,得溶液1;
(2)将烟草提取液、竹醋液、海藻精、氨基酸、氯化钙、硫代硫酸钠与200份水混合均匀,得溶液2;
(3)将溶液1和溶液2加300份水混合均匀,静置4-6h,过滤,即得所述香椿种子浸种液。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明所述香椿种子处理方法,通过真空处理、浸种处理以及红外光照射处理,促使香椿种子溶胀和浸泡液组分的刺激,有效激活香椿种子的活性,促进香椿种子的萌发和成苗。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例中所述香椿种子处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;
(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理18 min,取出,继续浸种80min,用红外光照射50s,再继续浸种7h;浸种温度为20℃;所述红外光为波长为(25-40μm)~1000μm的远红外光;
(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种;
所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取物7份,氯化钙3份,香豆酸0.02份,氨基酸6份,海藻精3份,竹醋液2份,硫代硫酸钠5份,乙醇9份,水500份;所述烟草根提取液是将粉碎为80目的烟草根和水按重量份1:6于40℃下浸泡2h过滤所得溶液;所述氨基酸为丙氨酸和谷氨酸按重量比9:1混合而得。
所述步骤(2)香椿种子浸种液的制备方法如下:
(1)取茶皂素和香豆酸溶于乙醇后,缓缓加入100份水,混合均匀,得溶液1;
(2)将烟草提取液、竹醋液、海藻精、氨基酸、氯化钙、硫代硫酸钠与200份水混合均匀,得溶液2;
(3)将溶液1和溶液2加300份水混合均匀,静置6h,过滤,即得所述香椿种子浸种液。
采用本实施例中所述香椿种子处理方法处理香椿种子,5天的发芽率可达88%,且香椿种子出芽较为整齐。
实施例2
本实施例中所述本实施例中所述香椿种子处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;
(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理15 min,取出,继续浸种90min,用红外光照射55s,再继续浸种6h;浸种温度为22℃;所述红外光为波长为(25-40μm)~1000μm的远红外光;
(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种
所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取液6份,茶皂素4份,氯化钙3份,香豆酸0.03份,氨基酸8份,海藻精2份,竹醋液3份,硫代硫酸钠6份,乙醇10份,水500份;所述烟草根提取液是将粉碎为60目的烟草根和水按重量份1:6于30℃下浸泡4h过滤所得溶液;所述氨基酸为丙氨酸和谷氨酸按重量比10:1混合而得。
所述步骤(2)香椿种子浸种液的制备方法如下:
(1)取茶皂素和香豆酸溶于乙醇后,缓缓加入100份水,混合均匀,得溶液1;
(2)将烟草提取液、竹醋液、海藻精、氨基酸、氯化钙、硫代硫酸钠与200份水混合均匀,得溶液2;
(3)将溶液1和溶液2加300份水混合均匀,静置5h,过滤,即得所述香椿种子浸种液。
采用本实施例中所述香椿种子处理方法处理香椿种子,5天的发芽率可达81%,且香椿种子出芽较为整齐。
实施例3

(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;
(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理20 min,取出,继续浸种60min,用红外光照射40s,再继续浸种8h;浸种温度为25℃;所述红外光为波长为(25-40μm)~1000μm的远红外光;
(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种;
所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取液8份,茶皂素3份,氯化钙2份,香豆酸0.01份,氨基酸5份,海藻精3份,竹醋液2份,硫代硫酸钠4份,乙醇8份,水500份;所述烟草根提取液是将粉碎为80目的烟草根和水按重量份1:6于35℃下浸泡3h过滤所得溶液;所述氨基酸为丙氨酸和谷氨酸按重量比8:1混合而得。
所述步骤(2)香椿种子浸种液的制备方法如下:
(1)取茶皂素和香豆酸溶于乙醇后,缓缓加入100份水,混合均匀,得溶液1;
(2)将烟草提取液、竹醋液、海藻精、氨基酸、氯化钙、硫代硫酸钠与200份水混合均匀,得溶液2;
(3)将溶液1和溶液2加300份水混合均匀,静置4h,过滤,即得所述香椿种子浸种液。
采用本实施例中所述香椿种子处理方法处理香椿种子,5天的发芽率可达83%,且香椿种子出芽较为整齐。
本发明所述香椿种子处理方法,通过真空处理、浸种处理以及红外光照射处理,促使香椿种子溶胀和浸泡液组分的刺激,有效激活香椿种子的活性,促进香椿种子的萌发和成苗。

Claims (7)

1.一种香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:选取籽粒饱满的香椿种子,去除种子上的膜质翅,用清水漂洗;
(2)浸种处理:将所述步骤(1)中香椿种子全部浸入浸种液中,将其置于真空箱中,真空压力在0.02MPa~0.05MPa,处理15~20 min,取出,继续浸种60~90min,用红外光照射40~55s,再继续浸种6~8h;
(3)取出浸种完成的香椿种子,沥干水分,完成浸种;
所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取液6~8份,茶皂素3~4份,氯化钙2~3份,香豆酸0.01~0.03份,氨基酸5~8份,海藻精2~3份,竹醋液2~3份,硫代硫酸钠4~6份,乙醇8~10份,水500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述红外光为波长为(25-40μm)~1000μm的远红外光。
3.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述浸种温度为20~25℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的香椿种子浸种液,包括如下重量份的组分:烟草根提取物7份,氯化钙3份,香豆酸0.02份,氨基酸6份,海藻精3份,竹醋液2份,硫代硫酸钠5份,乙醇9份,水500份。
5.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的浸种液中,所述烟草根提取液是将粉碎为60-80目的烟草根和水按重量份1:6于30~40℃下浸泡2~4h过滤所得溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的浸种液中,所述氨基酸为丙氨酸和谷氨酸按重量比8~10:1混合而得。
7.根据权利要求1所述香椿种子处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的浸种液的制备方法如下:
(1)取茶皂素和香豆酸溶于乙醇后,缓缓加入100份水,混合均匀,得溶液1;
(2)将烟草提取液、竹醋液、海藻精、氨基酸、氯化钙、硫代硫酸钠与200份水混合均匀,得溶液2;
(3)将溶液1和溶液2加300份水混合均匀,静置4-6h,过滤,即得所述香椿种子浸种液。
