Abstract
一种水冷散热器,属于散热器领域,为了提升现有的嵌铜管式水冷散热器的冷却效率,对现有的水冷散热器作如下改进:一种水冷散热器,包括安装电子元件的铝板,铝板上开有凹槽,凹槽内设置铜管,铜管分为两段,一段为蛇形的进水段,一段为直线型的出水段;所述的进水段与凹槽之间通过导热胶黏剂粘接,出水段与凹槽之间通过弱导热胶黏剂粘接;通过较少铜管出水段高温冷却水热量向铝块中的传导,提高了冷却效率。

技术领域
本发明属于散热器领域,具体涉及一种用于电子元件的水冷散热器。
背景技术
在水冷散热器领域,铜导热性能比铝更好,且耐腐蚀性能也更优异,但是铜的成本比铝高;企业综合考虑成本和性能,开发出了一种铜管嵌入铝块中的水冷散热器,即可以利用铜导热性和耐腐蚀性大量向铜管中的冷水传导热量,以及防止管道被水腐蚀而堵塞;又控制了成本。将铜管嵌入铝块的工艺很多,其中最简单的方式就是在铝块中设置凹槽,通过导热胶黏剂将铜管粘接在凹槽内。
现有技术中,铜管的出水段温度高,不仅丧失冷却作用,可能还会将热量重新传导给被进水段冷却的铝块,降低了冷却效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术方案是:提供一种水冷散热器,能够提高散热的效率。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种水冷散热器,包括安装电子元件的铝板,铝板上开有凹槽,凹槽内设置铜管,铜管分为两段,一段为蛇形的进水段,一段为直线型的出水段;所述的进水段与凹槽之间通过导热胶黏剂粘接,出水段与凹槽之间通过弱导热胶黏剂粘接。
进一步地,所述出水段与凹槽之间通过弱导热胶黏剂粘接,粘接方式为靠近出水口部分粘接,其余部分通过导热胶黏剂粘接或不采用胶黏剂粘接。
进一步地,所述凹槽的截面为矩形或者U形。
本发明的有益效果是:在铜管的出水段,特别是出水段的末端部分设置导热性能差的胶黏剂或者不设置胶黏剂,增加了铜管与铝块热阻,阻止高温冷却水对局部被冷却至低温的铝块热传导,提高冷却效率。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
一种水冷散热器,包括安装电子元件的铝板1,铝板1上开有凹槽4,凹槽4内设置铜管2,铜管2分为两段,一段为蛇形的进水段,一段为直线型的出水段;进水段的末端为进水口23,出水段的末端为出水口24;所述的进水段与凹槽4之间通过导热胶黏剂51粘接,出水段与凹槽4之间通过弱导热胶黏剂52粘接。所述凹槽4的截面为矩形或者U形。
一种水冷散热器,包括安装电子元件的铝板1,铝板1上开有凹槽4,凹槽4内设置铜管2,铜管2分为两段,一段为蛇形的进水段,一段为直线型的出水段;进水段的末端为进水口23,出水段的末端为出水口24;所述的进水段与凹槽4之间通过导热胶黏剂51粘接,出水段与凹槽4之间通过弱导热胶黏剂52粘接。所述出水段与凹槽4之间通过弱导热胶黏剂52粘接,粘接方式为靠近出水口24部分粘接,其余部分通过导热胶黏剂51粘接或不采用胶黏剂粘接。

1.一种水冷散热器,其特征是:包括安装电子元件的铝板(1),铝板(1)上开有凹槽(4),凹槽(4)内设置铜管(2),铜管(2)分为两段,一段为蛇形的进水段,一段为直线型的出水段;所述的进水段与凹槽(4)之间通过导热胶黏剂(51)粘接,出水段与凹槽(4)之间通过弱导热胶黏剂(52)粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水冷散热器,其特征是:所述出水段与凹槽(4)之间通过弱导热胶黏剂(52)粘接,粘接方式为靠近出水口(24)部分粘接,其余部分通过导热胶黏剂(51)粘接或不采用胶黏剂粘接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水冷散热器,其特征是:所述凹槽(4)的截面为矩形或者U形。
