一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,包括阀体上的支架和下阀杆,该下阀杆上端和阀杆接头螺纹连接,阀杆套内腔和下阀杆紧配合安装后其上端和阀杆接头下端焊接而使下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体,水冷管密封安装在下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体的空腔内,支架上设置支撑块,该支撑块支撑调节螺柱,调节螺柱的另一端与连接盘螺纹连接,调节螺母限定调节螺柱的行程;连接盘与阀杆接头上部螺纹连接,锁紧螺母位于连接盘下方并与阀杆接头螺纹连接而限定连接盘的位置。本发明保证阀门的密封面不受损坏,达到可靠密封,使阀门整机的一次性试压合格率提升20%以上,是一种保证在1500℃超高温工况下实现不损坏密封面的可靠密封结构。

1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构
技术领域
本发明属于阀门制造技术领域,涉及一种用于超过金属熔化温度的超高温工况下的阀门中与介质接触的阀杆的可密封调节结构,具体指一种能满足1500℃超高温介质的具有水冷结构阀杆的可密封调节结构。
背景技术
在800℃左右较低温度等级的高温阀门,国内外有完全采用非金属制作的阀门,但由于非金属材料的属性不能满足急冷急热及高压工况的要求;单纯的水冷结构又会使介质的热损失较大不能满足要求。中国专利“ZL201420768073.0 ”名称为“1500℃超高温阀门的水冷阀杆结构”发明提供了一种在1500℃超高温下能够工作的阀门,但是由于本产品口径大、执行机构无法提供精确的行程调节,会导致阀门密封副压坏变形,导致阀门无法实现密封。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能在超过金属熔化温度的超高温工况下安全可靠运行的阀门水冷阀杆的可密封调节行程的结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,包括阀体上的支架和下阀杆,该下阀杆上端和阀杆接头螺纹连接,阀杆套内腔和下阀杆紧配合安装后其上端和阀杆接头下端焊接而使下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体,水冷管密封安装在下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体的空腔内,所述支架上设置支撑块,该支撑块支撑调节螺柱,该调节螺柱的另一端与连接盘螺纹连接,调节螺母限定调节螺柱的行程;所述连接盘与阀杆接头上部螺纹连接,锁紧螺母位于连接盘下方并与阀杆接头螺纹连接而限定连接盘的位置。
所述调节螺母最大调节行程为36mm,最小调节行程为1mm。
所述阀杆接头上端和连接套之间设有密封环,该密封环内外两侧通过O型圈与阀杆接头及连接套密封;且密封环上端与连接套采用金属缠绕垫实现二次密封;下阀杆与水冷管下端采用O型圈密封。
本发明通过连接盘的可调节螺柱螺母实现对阀门整机的行程调节,保证阀门的密封面不受损坏,达到可靠密封,使阀门整机的一次性试压合格率提升了20%以上,并且解决了因机加工、装配误差等原因导致的无法密封问题。只有这种精密的可密封调节结构,才能保证在1500℃超高温工况下实现不损坏密封面的可靠密封结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
由于本发明处于1500℃的高温工况,且驱动装置无法实现精密行程控制。如果行程控制不够精密,会导致阀门密封副压坏变形,导致阀门无法实现密封。本发明成功的解决了该问题。具体实现方式如下介绍:
如图1,一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,包括阀体上的支架和下阀杆,该下阀杆1上端和阀杆接头4螺纹连接,阀杆套3内腔和下阀杆1紧配合安装后其上端和阀杆接头4下端焊接而使下阀杆1、阀杆接头4、阀杆套3固接为整体,水冷管2密封安装在下阀杆1、阀杆接头4、阀杆套3固接为整体的空腔内。其次,所述阀体支架上设置支撑块14,该支撑块14支撑调节螺柱5,该调节螺柱5的另一端与连接盘7螺纹连接,调节螺母13限定调节螺柱5的行程;所述连接盘7与阀杆接头4上部螺纹连接,锁紧螺母6位于连接盘7下方并与阀杆接头4螺纹连接而限定连接盘7的的高低位置。由于锁紧螺母6、连接盘7同时固定于阀杆接头4上,故而下阀杆1、水冷管2、阀杆套3、阀杆接头4、锁紧螺母6、连接盘7成为一体,共同进行开关作用。该一体的结构将通过调节螺母13和调节螺柱5来实现行程的调节。具体过程为:连接套10的上端连接阀门的驱动装置,下端连接连接盘7,阀门在关闭时阀瓣密封面与阀体密封面已接触,但不能密封时,我们可使用调节螺母13,将阀门的关闭行程增大,使阀门密封面的预紧力增大,从而实现密封。(执行器调节行程很大,容易破坏密封面)。调节螺母13,最大调节行程为36mm,最小调节行程为1mm。通过这种精密调节结构,使阀门整机的一次性试压合格率提升了20%以上,并且解决了因机加工、装配误差等原因导致的无法密封问题。只有这种精密的可密封调节结构,才能保证在1500℃超高温工况下实现不损坏密封面的可靠密封结构。
所述阀杆接头4上端和连接套10之间设有密封环9,该密封环9内外两侧通过O型圈11与阀杆接头4及连接套10密封,且密封环9上端与连接套10采用金属缠绕垫8实现二次密封;下阀杆1与水冷管2下端采用O型圈密封;通过以上四种密封结构,使冷却水在阀杆循环系统中高速流动,实现了阀杆整套水冷系统的密封无泄漏。

1.一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,包括阀体上的支架和下阀杆,该下阀杆上端和阀杆接头螺纹连接,阀杆套内腔和下阀杆紧配合安装后其上端和阀杆接头下端焊接而使下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体,水冷管密封安装在下阀杆、阀杆接头、阀杆套固接为整体的空腔内,其特征在于:所述支架上设置支撑块(14),该支撑块(14)支撑调节螺柱(5),该调节螺柱(5)的另一端与连接盘(7)螺纹连接,调节螺母(13)限定调节螺柱(5)的行程;所述连接盘(7)与阀杆接头(4)上部螺纹连接,锁紧螺母(6)位于连接盘(7)下方并与阀杆接头(4)螺纹连接而限定连接盘(7)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,其特征在于:所述调节螺母(13)最大调节行程为36mm,最小调节行程为1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种1500℃超高温阀门阀杆的可密封调节结构,其特征在于:所述阀杆接头(4)上端和连接套(10)之间设有密封环(9),该密封环(9)内外两侧通过O型圈(11)与阀杆接头(4)及连接套(10)密封;且密封环(9)上端与连接套(10)采用金属缠绕垫(8)实现二次密封;下阀杆(1)与水冷管(2)下端采用O型圈密封。
