随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,汽车已成为一种普通的交通工具进去了千家万户的生活,汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和一氧化氮已成为目前大气污染的主要元凶,并且在今后相当长的一段时期,燃油汽车仍将是汽车工业的主流产品。目前市场上常有的汽车尾气净化器,普遍存在催化剂的催化效率低,尾气中的有害气体吸收不彻底的现状,并且在冬天气温低时,尾气净化器的净化效果更差,降低了其净化效率且对环境造成了污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷启动汽车尾气净化器,具备催化效率高且净化效果好的优点,解决了现有尾气净化器效率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种冷启动汽车尾气净化器,包括尾气管,所述尾气管的一侧固定连接有进气管且进气管的一端延伸至尾气管内,所述尾气管内的进气管的一端固定连接有进气斗,所述进气斗的一侧固定安装有过滤网,所述尾气管的顶部设置有通风管,所述通风管的底部固定连接有导气管,所述尾气管内正对通风管的位置设置有水箱,所述导气管的一端延伸至水箱内并与水箱内的密封圈的顶部固定连接,所述水箱一侧的底部固定连接有第一导管,所述第一导管的一端固定连接在反应器的一侧,所述反应器内壁的底部固定安装有加热盒,所述加热盒的顶部设置有制氧器,所述反应器内正对制氧器的上方设置有催化皿,所述制氧器的一侧固定连接有第二导管,所述第二导管的一端贯穿反应器一侧的外壁并与反应器外的检测盒的底部固定连接,所述检测盒的一侧固定连接在反应器上,所述检测盒的顶部固定连接有第三导管,所述第三导管的一端固定连接在反应器上,所述检测盒远离反应器的一侧固定连接有第四导管,所述第四导管上设置有阀门,且所述第四导管的一端固定连接在净化装置的一侧,所述尾气管远离进气管的一侧固定连接有排气管。

请参阅图1和2,一种冷启动汽车尾气净化器,包括尾气管1,尾气管1的一侧固定连接有进气管2且进气管2的一端延伸至尾气管1内,进气管2便于将汽车发动机排出的尾气收集起来并导入尾气管1,尾气管1内的进气管2的一端固定连接有进气斗3,进气斗3与进气管2的连接处开设有蜂窝槽21,蜂窝槽21便于更好的收集尾气,进气斗3的一侧固定安装有过滤网4,过滤网4可以吸收尾气中的颗粒状的杂物,尾气管1的顶部设置有通风管5,通风管5的底部固定连接有导气管6,设置通风管5便于提高尾气管1内的含氧量,尾气管1内正对通风管5的位置设置有水箱7,水箱7便于溶解空气中的氧分并可以吸收炭黑、粉尘等物质,导气管6的一端延伸至水箱7内并与水箱7内的密封圈8的顶部固定连接,密封圈8防止汽车尾气从导气管6逸出,水箱7一侧的底部固定连接有第一导管9,第一导管9的管口设置有密织网,该密织网可以阻止大部分水通过,第一导管9的一端固定连接在反应器10的一侧,经过初步处理的尾气经第一导管9进入反应器10,反应器10内壁的底部固定安装有加热盒11,加热盒11内设置有生石灰,生石灰接触带有湿气的尾气可以放热,加热盒11的顶部设置有制氧器13,制氧器13内盛放有高锰酸钾粉末,高锰酸钾受热后可以生成氧气,便于与尾气中的有毒气体发生氧化反应,从而吸收掉部分有害气体,加热盒11与制氧器13的连接处设置有导热片12,导热片12便于导热,反应器10内正对制氧器13的上方设置有催化皿14,催化皿14内盛放有稀土或铂等金属颗粒催化剂,一氧化碳和一氧化氮在催化作用下可以生成无毒无害的二氧化碳和氮气,从而吸收掉尾气中的有毒气体,制氧器13的一侧固定连接有第二导管15,第二导管15的一端贯穿反应器10一侧的外壁并与反应器10外的检测盒16的底部固定连接,检测盒16的一侧固定连接在反应器10上,检测盒16的顶部固定连接有第三导管17,第三导管17的一端固定连接在反应器10上,检测盒16内盛放有黑色氧化铜粉末,当被处理的尾气进入到检测盒16时,通过氧化铜粉末可以检测出一氧化碳是否被完全吸收,若黑色粉末变红则表示未除尽,检测盒16通过连接制氧器13,可以检测尾气中的一氧化氮是否被完全吸收,若检测盒16出现棕色气体则表示未除尽,此时通过第三导管17将尾气再次送进反应器10,进行二次处理,检测盒16远离反应器10的一侧固定连接有第四导管19,第四导管19上设置有阀门18,当尾气被完全处理后,通过打开阀门18使尾气通过,尾气管1远离进气管2的一侧固定连接有排气管23,排气管23便于排出被处理过的尾气,尾气管1远离进气管2一侧的底部固定连接有排水管22,排水管22便于排出水蒸气。
请参阅图1和3,第四导管19的一端固定连接在净化装置20的一侧,净化装置20包括活性炭层201、滤水层202和光触媒过滤层203,活性炭层201可以清洁尾气中异味,滤水层202便于使尾气与水分分离,光触媒过滤层203便于净化尾气。
使用时,通过过滤网4可以过滤掉尾气中的颗粒状的杂物,设置通风管5便于扩大尾气管1内的氧气量,水箱7可以吸收尾气中的炭黑或粉尘等,通过反应器10内的加热盒11和制氧器13,大大提高了催化效率,通过检测盒16可以检测尾气是否被完全吸收,并通过第三导管17进行二次吸收,确保尾气被彻底吸收并净化的目的,达到了催化效率高、净化彻底的优点。
综上所述:该冷启动汽车尾气净化器,通过过滤网4、水箱7、通风管5、反应器10、催化皿14、检测盒16和净化装置20等,解决了现有尾气净化器效率低的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种冷启动汽车尾气净化器,包括尾气管(1),所述尾气管(1)的一侧固 定连接有进气管(2)且进气管(2)的一端延伸至尾气管(1)内,所述尾气管(1)内的进气管 (2)的一端固定连接有进气斗(3),所述进气斗(3)的一侧固定安装有过滤网(4),所述尾气 管(1)的顶部设置有通风管(5),所述通风管(5)的底部固定连接有导气管(6),所述尾气管 (1)内正对通风管(5)的位置设置有水箱(7),其特征在于:所述导气管(6)的一端延伸至水箱(7)内并与水箱(7)内的密封圈(8)的顶部固定连接,所述水箱(7)一侧的底部固定连接有第一导管(9),所述第一导管(9)的一端固定连接在反应器(10)的一侧,所述反应器(10)内壁的底部固定安装有加热盒(11),所述加热盒(11)的顶部设置有制氧器(13),所述反应器(10)内正对制氧器(13)的上方设置有催化皿(14),所述制氧器(13)的一侧固定连接有第二导管(15),所述第二导管(15)的一端贯穿反应器(10)一侧的外壁并与反应器(10)外的检测盒(16)的底部固定连接,所述检测盒(16)的一侧固定连接在反应器(10)上,所述检测盒(16)的顶部固定连接有第三导管(17),所述第三导管(17)的一端固定连接在反应器(10)上,所述检测盒(16)远离反应器(10)的一侧固定连接有第四导管(19),所述第四导管(19)上设置有阀门(18),且所述第四导管(19)的一端固定连接在净化装置(20)的一侧,所述尾气管(1)远离进气管(2)的一侧固定连接有排气管(23)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷启动汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化装置(20)包括 活性炭层(201)、滤水层(202)和光触媒过滤层(203)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的冷启动汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述进气斗(3)与进气管(2)的连接处开设有蜂窝槽(21)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的冷启动汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述尾气管(1)远离进气管(2)一侧的底部固定连接有排水管(22)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的冷启动汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述加热盒(11)与制氧 器(13)的连接处设置有导热片(12)。
