Abstract

本发明提供一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法。该方法是丙烯酸类树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液、成膜剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、耐磨剂、爽滑剂、纯净水和酒精混合配成X组分,然后将纯净水和酒精混合配成Y组成,将两个组分按照15‑25:100的比例混合,然后对接装纸进行水性光油的涂布,然后在温度80‑95℃的条件下干燥,然后将干燥好的接装纸经复卷成筒,放置在阴凉、干燥环境便可。本发明可以有效地防止爆珠珠油外侵现象发生,较大程度减少爆珠香味成分的损失,其工序简单,易于实现,成本低廉。

一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于卷烟滤嘴接装纸的处理,具体涉及一种采用防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法。
背景技术
烟草技术创新里,爆珠嘴棒无疑是比较耀眼的,主要用于较高端卷烟产品,目前已在国内外一些知名品牌卷烟中应用(比如黄鹤楼、万宝路等)。
爆珠嘴棒是将爆珠(即香珠,又叫烟用滴丸)置于嘴棒丝束中,丝束外为卷烟接装纸(即通俗所称的,位于烟支烟嘴端的卷纸)包裹形成的。爆珠内主要溶剂为植物油,溶质为油溶性的香料,在卷烟抽吸过程中,通过在嘴棒上施加外力,捏破爆珠,珠油溢出,香味成分伴随烟气飘出,从而实现增添抽吸者享受感与满足感。
爆珠嘴棒具有外观新颖,有趣味性,赋予卷烟多种独特风味的优点,除此之外,爆珠嘴棒最具有实际积极作用的是通过爆珠内珠油载体,能方便地增添多种香味成分,而这种香味成分的使用直接补偿了低焦油卷烟本身的香气不足,这对于卷烟产品低焦化、降低消费者吸烟危害起到了进一步的促进作用。
在实际使用中,爆珠嘴棒也表现出一些不足,比如嘴棒中珠粒对烟气顺畅度的影响、制作成本相对较高等,其最主要又较普遍的一个缺点就是爆珠捏破后珠油会外侵,珠油外侵一方面会导致卷烟接装纸污染,出现油斑;另一方面,不便于吸食者嘴唇接触;而且侵入接装纸的珠油还减少了香味成分感受。
发明内容
本发明根针对目前带爆珠卷烟捏破后珠油外侵现象,提出一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法,通过该方法对接装纸进行处理之后,能有效防止因珠油外侵形成烟嘴斑渍。
本发明提供的技术方案:所述一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1).将以下质量百分比的物质混合配制成X组分:
上述组分质量百分比之和为100%;
(2)将纯净水和酒精按照体积比4:6的比例混合配制成Y组分;
(3)将步骤(1)中配制的X组分和步骤(2)中配置的Y组分按照15-25:100的比例混合后并搅拌均匀配制成水性光油后备用;
(4)水性光油的涂布,使用步骤(3)中的水性光油对卷烟滤嘴的接装纸进行涂布,可以单面涂布,也可以双面涂布,其涂布的速度为3±0.5g/m2
(5)将步骤(4)中涂布好水性光油的接装纸装入印刷机或烘箱中在温度80-95℃的条件下干燥,其干燥时间2-4秒;干燥过程中风量尽可能大,水性光油的干燥性能便会达到最佳效果;并且可以根据接装纸的基纸厚度来控制干燥温度;干燥时间在实际操作中,需结合烘道长度调节机速。比如,干燥时间定为3秒、烘道长5米,机速设定为:100m/min左右;如果温度不够,烘道过短,则会出现涂膜不干,严重会出现黏背和擦花,但如果温度过高,干燥时间长,纸张纤维失水过大,纸张变脆,容易在后加工中出现折断,爆裂情况;
(6)将干燥好的接装纸经复卷成筒,放置在阴凉、干燥环境下存放备用。
本发明较优的技术方案:所述丙烯酸类树脂是由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
其中溶剂是由正丁醇与纯净水按照体积比2:1的比例混合而成。
本发明较优的技术方案:所述水性丙烯酸乳液采用广东银洋树脂有限公司生产的型号为YC-8813的纯丙乳液;所述成膜剂选用二丙二醇甲醚;所述消泡剂采用型号为BYK351的有机硅类消泡剂;所述润湿剂采用有机硅;所述耐磨剂采用乳液蜡;所述爽滑剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明在具体实施例时,只需要涂覆一道水性光油便可以有效地防止爆珠珠油外侵现象发生,较大程度减少爆珠香味成分的损失,其工序简单,易于实现,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的进一步说明。本发明中用于处理接装纸防止爆珠珠油外侵的水性光油,是由X组分和Y组分按照15-25:100的比例混合而成,其中X组分是由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
上述组分质量百分比之和为100%;
其中X组分中丙烯酸类树脂是由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
丙烯酸类树脂中的溶剂是由正丁醇与纯净水按照体积比2:1的比例混合而成。
所述水性丙烯酸乳液采用广东银洋树脂有限公司生产的型号为YC-8813的纯丙乳液;所述成膜剂选用二丙二醇甲醚;所述消泡剂采用型号为BYK351的有机硅类消泡剂;所述润湿剂采用有机硅,具体可以采用有机硅类道康宁104;所述耐磨剂采用乳液蜡,具体可以采用蜡粉天诗1003;所述爽滑剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷,具体可以采用有机硅道康宁490。上述配方中的水性丙烯酸乳液、成膜剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、耐磨剂和爽滑剂也可以采用其它符合光油要求的成品,均可以在市面上买到。
所述Y组分是由纯净水和酒精按照体积比4:6的比例混合而成。
实施例一:选取目前市场上较为常规(直径7.7mm)的卷烟接装纸材料作试验验证。同种接装纸两盘,其规格为:宽度70mm,每盘长度5000m,A盘为对比样,B盘接装纸安装以下步骤进行水性光油涂布:
(1)按照以下质量百分比的物质配方配制好X组分:22%的丙烯酸类树脂,49%的水性丙烯酸乳液,5%的成膜剂,0.8%的消泡剂,1.0%的润湿剂,10%的耐磨剂,1.2%的爽滑剂,6%的慢干溶剂纯净水,5%的酒精;配置好之后备用;
(2)将纯净水和酒精按照体积比4:6的比例混合制成Y组分,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)配制好的X组分和步骤(2)中配制好的Y组分按照15-25:100的比例混合后并搅拌均匀配制成水性光油后备用;
(4)水性光油的涂布,使用步骤(3)中的水性光油对卷烟滤嘴的接装纸进行涂布,可以单面涂布,也可以双面涂布,其涂布的速度为3g/m2;确保接装纸的表面均匀覆盖有步骤(3)中配制好的水性光油;
(3)将步骤(2)中涂布好水性光油的接装纸装入印刷机中在温度80℃的条件下干燥,其干燥时间4秒,印刷机的烘道长4m,机速为60m/s;
(4)将干燥好的接装纸经复卷成筒,放置在阴凉、干燥环境下存放备用。
将接装纸A和B,在同机台、同爆珠棒等相同卷接条件下完成烟支卷制成型。然后各选择20支,通过捏破嘴棒内爆珠,观察一段时间内珠油外侵现象,结果如下表1:
试验观察中,当捏破爆珠后,接装纸A几乎瞬时间出现外侵油斑,且随时间推移,油斑面积扩大;接装纸B在3小时后才少量开始出现轻微油斑,在后续跟踪观察中,直到8小时后所有烟支都出现油斑。
实施例二:以市场上较为常见的细支(直径5.3mm)卷烟产品的接装纸材料作试验验证。同种接装纸两盘,其规格为:宽度54mm,每盘长度4000m,C盘为对比样,D盘按照实施例一中的步骤进行水性光油涂布。之后,将接装纸C、D,在同机台、同爆珠棒等相同卷接条件下完成烟支卷制成型。各选择50支,通过捏破嘴棒内爆珠,观察一段时间内珠油外侵现象,结果如下表2:
试验观察中,直径较小的细支嘴棒,珠油外侵现象稍轻。当捏破爆珠后,60分钟以内接装纸D无油斑,接装纸C在捏破时有过半烟支出现外侵油斑,捏破60分钟后,所有样品均出现外侵油斑现象。
结果验证表明:使用本专利技术,在烟支实际使用过程中,能有效形成对珠油的阻隔作用,防止出现珠油外侵出现油斑现象。

Claims (2)

1.一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)将以下质量百分比的物质混合配制成X组分:丙烯酸类树脂21-23%,水性丙烯酸乳液47-51%,二丙二醇甲醚5%,消泡剂0.8%,润湿剂1.0%,乳液蜡10%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.2%,纯净水5-7%,酒精4-6%;其中所述丙烯酸类树脂是由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
其中溶剂是由正丁醇与纯净水按照体积比2:1的比例混合而成;
(2)将纯净水和酒精按照体积比4:6的比例混合配制成Y组分;
(3)将步骤(1)中配制的X组分和步骤(2)中配置的Y组分按照15-25:100的比例混合后并搅拌均匀配制成水性光油后备用;
(4)水性光油的涂布,使用步骤(3)中的水性光油对卷烟滤嘴的接装纸进行涂布,其涂布的速度为3±0.5g/m2
(5)将步骤(4)中涂布好水性光油的接装纸在温度80-95℃的条件下干燥2-4秒;
(6)将干燥好的接装纸经复卷成筒,放置在阴凉、干燥环境下存放备用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止爆珠珠油外侵的接装纸处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的水性丙烯酸乳液采用型号为YC-8813的水性丙烯酸乳液;消泡剂采用型号为BYK351的有机硅类消泡剂;润湿剂采用有机硅。
