发明公开了一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;所述溶液A由以下成分制成:钼酸铋、石油磺酸钠、酒石酸钾、尿素、水;所述溶液B由以下成分制成:马来酸酐、磷酸铵、硫酸、氯化钙、酸类助剂、次氯酸钾、水;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸、苏氨酸、枸椽酸。本发明的磷化处理剂,成膜稳定性好,大大提高了磷化处理后磷化膜的致密性和均匀性,磷化膜附着力高,提高了磁力泵不锈钢泵壳的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,磷化膜纯度高,沉淀物易清理。

一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及磁力泵泵壳表面处理领域,特别是涉及一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂。
背景技术
绝大多数除水以外的介质都会采用磁力泵进行输送,且大多数磁力泵的使用环境恶劣,当磁力泵置于露天环境时,会受紫外线及雨雪的照射及侵蚀,因此,磁力泵的外壳需要有较大的强度及耐腐蚀性,在加工时,需要对不锈钢表面进行表面处理,提升防腐蚀性能,磷化作用是增强涂装膜层与工件间结合力,但是现有的高温表面磷化处理,成膜不稳定,磷化膜容易脱落,磷化膜易夹杂沉淀,耐腐蚀性能无法满足市场某些场合的需求。
发明内容
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1-3、石油磺酸钠3-6、酒石酸钾3-6、尿素1-4、水80-100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4-5、磷酸铵8-10、硫酸1-4、氯化钙2-6、酸类助剂0.1-0.4、次氯酸钾1-3、水70-75;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸3、苏氨酸2、枸椽酸1。
进一步的,所述的溶液A中石油磺酸钠与酒石酸钾含量相同。
进一步的,所述的溶液B中磷酸铵的含量是马来酸酐含量的2倍。
进一步的,所述的磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢泵壳使用温度为16℃的质量分数1.2%的碳酸钠水溶液中浸泡,并使用16kHz的超声波处理8min后,添加碳酸钠质量8倍的正戊醇,然后将温度升高至42℃,并使用18kHz的超声波处理10min后,使用清水清洗;通过此处理,可以显著提高磷化处理效率,磷化处理效率提高了20%以上;
(2)将溶液A加热至38℃,然后将步骤(1)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液A中浸泡2min后,取出,采用38℃清水清洗;
(3)将溶液B温度调节至22℃,然后将步骤(2)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液B中,快速加热至90-98℃,浸泡6-8min后,取出,采用90-95℃清水清洗,然后烘干,即可,干燥温度为120℃;通过采用溶液A与溶液B相结合对磁力泵泵壳处理,可以显著提高膜层与泵壳之间的结合力,并显著提高泵壳表面的耐腐蚀性,本发明处理后的磷化膜的明度提高到78以上,从而显著的提高磁力泵泵壳磷化后的表面质量。
经过本发明磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化剂处理后,湿热试验(相对湿度70%、温度150℃)在1000h以上,盐雾试验(5%中性盐雾)在80h以上,耐蚀性能非常好。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的磷化处理剂,能够很好的对磁力泵表面进行保护,成膜稳定性好大大提高了磷化处理后磷化膜的致密性和均匀性,磷化膜附着力高,提高了磁力泵不锈钢泵壳的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,磷化膜纯度高,沉淀物易清理,不仅缩短了传统高温表面磷化处理的时间,而且解决了传统高温磷化处理中磷化膜易夹杂沉淀,沉淀物难清理的问题,提高了磷化的效率,采用本发明磷化处理剂在同等条件下进行的磷化处理操作费用更加低廉,经济性颇高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1、石油磺酸钠3、酒石酸钾3、尿素1、水80;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4、磷酸铵8、硫酸1、氯化钙2、酸类助剂0.1、次氯酸钾1、水70;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸3、苏氨酸2、枸椽酸1。
实施例2
一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋3、石油磺酸钠6、酒石酸钾6、尿素4、水100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐5、磷酸铵10、硫酸4、氯化钙6、酸类助剂0.4、次氯酸钾3、水75;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸3、苏氨酸2、枸椽酸1。
实施例3
一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋2、石油磺酸钠4、酒石酸钾4、尿素2、水90;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4.5、磷酸铵9、硫酸2、氯化钙4、酸类助剂0.3、次氯酸钾2、水72;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸3、苏氨酸2、枸椽酸1。

所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋3、石油磺酸钠6、酒石酸钾6、尿素4、水100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐5、磷酸铵10、硫酸4、氯化钙6、次氯酸钾3、水75;
由表1可以看出,本发明磁力泵不锈钢泵壳磷化处理剂性能优越,磷化膜附着力高,明度高,处理时间短,单独使用溶液B处理,磷化膜附着力、明度明显降低,处理时间变长,溶液B中不添加本发明配制的酸类助剂,磷化膜附着力、明度均有所下降,处理时间变长。

Claims (4)

1.一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,由溶液A与溶液B组成;
所述溶液A按重量份计由以下成分制成:钼酸铋1-3、石油磺酸钠3-6、酒石酸钾3-6、尿素1-4、水80-100;
所述溶液B按重量份计由以下成分制成:马来酸酐4-5、磷酸铵8-10、硫酸1-4、氯化钙2-6、酸类助剂0.1-0.4、次氯酸钾1-3、水70-75;所述酸类助剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:丝氨酸3、苏氨酸2、枸椽酸1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液A中石油磺酸钠与酒石酸钾含量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的溶液B中磷酸铵的含量是马来酸酐含量的2倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂,其特征在于,所述的磁力泵不锈钢泵壳表面磷化处理剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢泵壳使用温度为16℃的质量分数1.2%的碳酸钠水溶液中浸泡,并使用16kHz的超声波处理8min后,添加碳酸钠质量8倍的正戊醇,然后将温度升高至42℃,并使用18kHz的超声波处理10min后,使用清水清洗;
(2)将溶液A加热至38℃,然后将步骤(1)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液A中浸泡2min后,取出,采用38℃清水清洗;
(3)将溶液B温度调节至22℃,然后将步骤(2)处理好的不锈钢泵壳放入溶液B中,快速加热至90-98℃,浸泡6-8min后,取出,采用90-95℃清水清洗,然后烘干,即可,干燥温度为120℃。
