Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾,其特征在于:包括基材及基材内的杀菌防雾溶液,所述杀菌防雾溶液包括防雾剂、表面活性剂及广谱杀菌剂,所述防雾剂为月桂酰基羟乙基磺酸钠,所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯及烷基糖苷,所述广谱杀菌剂包括苄索氯铵、布罗波尔、丙二醇、酒精、香精及去离子水,各成分的占比为:防雾剂12%~22%、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯5%~8%、烷基糖苷5%~10%、苄索氯铵0.6%~1.2%、布罗波尔0.6%~1.2%、丙二醇2%~5%、酒精3.5%~8%、香精0.1%~0.5%、去离子水50%~60%;制备方法为:将防雾剂、表面活性剂及广谱杀菌剂进行搅拌混合,然后将基材放置于混合溶液内,完成湿巾的制备。本发明有效对眼镜进行杀菌及防雾。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼镜湿巾,尤其涉及一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们在日常使用眼镜过程中,通常会碰到以下问题:
使用过程中难免会沾染灰尘、指纹、油脂、细菌等污染,特别是带着眼镜做饭时沾染很多油烟,如果不对其进行清洁,会影响镜片的光学性能及成像,对使用者的视力造成一定的损害,因此需要经常对其清洁,保证其清洁率及透光度。
平常使用的擦拭眼镜的干绒布,只能擦拭灰尘、指纹等非顽固污渍,难以清洁油脂、细菌,且干绒布日常携带过程中难以保证自身的清洁度。
很多镜片自身防雾性能不是很理想,当从一个低温的坏境进入一个高温的环境时,或是冬天带着口罩把鼻子捂上后,鼻子喷出的热气遇到冰冷的镜片时,镜片上都会凝结上一层雾气,导致看不清,特别是对于驾驶员来说非常危险。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾及其制备方法,通过使用该结构及方法,有效对眼镜进行杀菌及防雾。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾,包括基材及基材内的杀菌防雾溶液,所述杀菌防雾溶液包括防雾剂、表面活性剂及广谱杀菌剂,所述防雾剂为月桂酰基羟乙基磺酸钠,所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯及烷基糖苷,所述广谱杀菌剂包括苄索氯铵、布罗波尔、丙二醇、酒精、香精及去离子水,各成分的占比为:防雾剂12%~22%、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯5%~8%、烷基糖苷5%~10%、苄索氯铵0.6%~1.2%、布罗波尔0.6%~1.2%、丙二醇2%~5%、酒精3.5%~8%、香精0.1%~0.5%、去离子水50%~60%。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾的制备方法,其步骤为:
总量调配1000L的杀菌防雾溶液,
①先取将500L去离子水加入至调配桶内,加入配置1000L杀菌防雾溶液的防雾剂及表面活性剂进线搅拌,其中,加入防雾剂搅拌2分钟~3分钟后再加入表面活性剂搅拌,加入完成后持续进行搅拌,搅拌速度为500rpm~2000rpm;
②取一个小桶加入10L温度为80℃的去离子热水,再加入配置1000L的杀菌防雾溶液苄索氯铵及布罗波尔进行搅拌,当苄索氯铵及布罗波尔完全溶解后,倒入至调配桶内进行搅拌;
③取一个小桶加入10L去离子水,再加入配置1000L的丙二醇、酒精、香精进行搅拌,当丙二醇、酒精、香精与去离子水全部混合后,将其倒入调配桶内进行搅拌;
④步骤①先进行,步骤②、③同步进行,步骤②、③中的溶液倒入调配桶内之后,再给调配桶内添加去离子水,直至调配桶内的溶液到达1000L,然后搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度为1000rpm~3000rpm,完成杀菌防雾溶液的配置;
⑤杀菌防雾溶液配置完成后,将杀菌防雾溶液加入基材内,其中杀菌防雾溶液与基材的重量比为3:1。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明中眼镜湿巾单片包装,便于随身携带,无需水洗,撕开即用,快速清洁,去除镜片上的油渍、污渍、灰尘,对遗留在眼镜、镜框上的细菌能高效清除,保证眼镜的清洁度,同时,对眼镜进行擦拭之后,杀菌防雾溶液在眼镜表面形成一层防雾膜,防止眼镜的镜片冷凝出现雾气,保证驾驶人员使用的安全性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾,包括基材及基材内的杀菌防雾溶液,所述杀菌防雾溶液包括防雾剂、表面活性剂及广谱杀菌剂,所述防雾剂为月桂酰基羟乙基磺酸钠,所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯及烷基糖苷,所述广谱杀菌剂包括苄索氯铵、布罗波尔、丙二醇、酒精、香精及去离子水,各成分的占比为:防雾剂12%~22%、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯5%~8%、烷基糖苷5%~10%、苄索氯铵0.6%~1.2%、布罗波尔0.6%~1.2%、丙二醇2%~5%、酒精3.5%~8%、香精0.1%~0.5%、去离子水50%~60%。
为达到上述目的,本发明中采用了一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾的制备方法,其步骤为:
总量调配1000L的杀菌防雾溶液,
①先取将500L去离子水加入至调配桶内,加入配置1000L杀菌防雾溶液的防雾剂及表面活性剂进线搅拌,其中,加入防雾剂搅拌2分钟~3分钟后再加入表面活性剂搅拌,加入完成后持续进行搅拌,搅拌速度为500rpm~2000rpm;
②取一个小桶加入10L温度为80℃的去离子热水,再加入配置1000L的杀菌防雾溶液苄索氯铵及布罗波尔进行搅拌,当苄索氯铵及布罗波尔完全溶解后,倒入至调配桶内进行搅拌;
③取一个小桶加入10L去离子水,再加入配置1000L的丙二醇、酒精、香精进行搅拌,当丙二醇、酒精、香精与去离子水全部混合后,将其倒入调配桶内进行搅拌;
④步骤①先进行,步骤②、③同步进行,步骤②、③中的溶液倒入调配桶内之后,再给调配桶内添加去离子水,直至调配桶内的溶液到达1000L,然后搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度为1000rpm~3000rpm,完成杀菌防雾溶液的配置;
⑤杀菌防雾溶液配置完成后,将杀菌防雾溶液加入基材内,其中杀菌防雾溶液与基材的重量比为3:1。
在本实施例中,利用表面活性剂的作用,将防雾剂与广谱杀菌剂溶到一起,既有清洁杀菌作用,也有防雾作用,其中,眼镜湿巾单片包装,便于随身携带,无需水洗,撕开即用,快速清洁,去除镜片上的油渍、污渍、灰尘,对遗留在眼镜、镜框上的细菌能高效清除,保证眼镜的清洁度,同时,对眼镜进行擦拭之后,杀菌防雾溶液在眼镜表面形成一层防雾膜,防止眼镜的镜片冷凝出现雾气,保证驾驶人员使用的安全性。
Claims (2)
1.一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾,其特征在于:包括基材及基材内的杀菌防雾溶液,所述杀菌防雾溶液包括防雾剂、表面活性剂及广谱杀菌剂,所述防雾剂为月桂酰基羟乙基磺酸钠,所述表面活性剂包括十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯及烷基糖苷,所述广谱杀菌剂包括苄索氯铵、布罗波尔、丙二醇、酒精、香精及去离子水,各成分的占比为:防雾剂12%~22%、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯5%~8%、烷基糖苷5%~10%、苄索氯铵0.6%~1.2%、布罗波尔0.6%~1.2%、丙二醇2%~5%、酒精3.5%~8%、香精0.1%~0.5%、去离子水50%~60%。
2.一种清洁杀菌防雾眼镜湿巾的制备方法,其步骤为:
总量调配1000L的杀菌防雾溶液,
①先取将500L去离子水加入至调配桶内,加入配置1000L杀菌防雾溶液的防雾剂及表面活性剂进线搅拌,其中,加入防雾剂搅拌2分钟~3分钟后再加入表面活性剂搅拌,加入完成后持续进行搅拌,搅拌速度为500rpm~2000rpm;
②取一个小桶加入10L温度为80℃的去离子热水,再加入配置1000L的杀菌防雾溶液苄索氯铵及布罗波尔进行搅拌,当苄索氯铵及布罗波尔完全溶解后,倒入至调配桶内进行搅拌;
③取一个小桶加入10L去离子水,再加入配置1000L的丙二醇、酒精、香精进行搅拌,当丙二醇、酒精、香精与去离子水全部混合后,将其倒入调配桶内进行搅拌;
④步骤①先进行,步骤②、③同步进行,步骤②、③中的溶液倒入调配桶内之后,再给调配桶内添加去离子水,直至调配桶内的溶液到达1000L,然后搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度为1000rpm~3000rpm,完成杀菌防雾溶液的配置;
⑤杀菌防雾溶液配置完成后,将杀菌防雾溶液加入基材内,其中杀菌防雾溶液与基材的重量比为3:1。
