本发明涉及玻璃清洗用品领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃清洁用品及其制备方法。
背景技术
浓缩型玻璃清洁用品相对于传统的玻璃清洁用品在包装和运输环节降低了成本,因此深受消费者的欢迎。如中国发明专利(申请号CN201110024726.5)公开了一种浓缩型防雾玻璃清洁剂,包含的组分及其质量份数为:氨水0.1-1份三乙醇胺0.1-5份成膜剂0.1-10份螯合剂0.1-5份表面活性剂1-20份乙醇1-50份。该产品具有多重功效,能在玻璃表面形成一层光亮薄膜,赋予玻璃表面抗再污染、亲水、快干、防雾及洗后不留痕迹的优异性能。随着浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的推广,消费者对浓缩型玻璃清洁用品有不同的需求。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种所添加原料为生物可降解、对人体无害,且可以减少或者防止玻璃产生雾气的浓缩型玻璃清洁用品。本发明的第二个目的是提供上述浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,该玻璃清洁用品按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 8-25%
山梨醇 2-9%
甘油 2-6%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 4-25%
二丙二醇丁醚 3-15%
异丙醇 2-15%
水 1-20%
EDTA-4Na 0.2%
香精 0.1-0.9%
防雾剂 1-5%
变性乙醇 1-5%
苦味剂 0.0001-0.05%。
作为优选,丙二醇含量为12-19%,且山梨醇含量为2-5%时。产品保湿能力最好,丙二醇含量增加,水溶膜容易变干、变脆。
作为优选,防雾剂是C9-11链烷醇聚醚和椰油基甲基氯化铵的混合。
作为优选,产品的水含量(包括原料带来的水)在8-18%时,产品外观和稳定性最佳。
含水量小,水溶膜容易变干、变脆,含水量大,产品较软,容易破裂。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种制备上述任意一个技术方案所述的浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、
香精、防雾剂、变性乙醇、苦味剂和水混合,搅拌均匀;
2)检验合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
作为优选,所述的水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,本发明的玻璃清洁用品优点是可以使活性物含量显著增加,做到真正意义的超浓缩,减少包装用量、贮存空间和运输成本,所添加原料为生物可降解、对人体无害,非常环保。对汽车玻璃、窗户玻璃有优良的清洁能力,且可以减少或者防止玻璃产生雾气。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,该玻璃清洁用品按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 18%
山梨醇 6%
甘油 6%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 20%
二丙二醇丁醚 13%
异丙醇 12%
EDTA-4Na 0.1%
香精 0.6%
防雾剂 5%
变性乙醇 5%
苦味剂 0.01%
剩余为水。
上述浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、
香精、防雾剂、变性乙醇、苦味剂和水混合,搅拌均匀;
2)检验合格后,进行水溶膜包装,水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
丙二醇、山梨醇和甘油用于保湿和赋形;C14-C16烯基磺酸钠和二丙二醇丁醚用于润湿和清洁;异丙醇是溶剂,水用于赋形,EDTA-4Na是螯合剂,香精用于改善气味,防雾剂采用C9-11链烷醇聚醚和椰油基甲基氯化铵的混合,防雾效果可以提高一倍以上;变性乙醇是增溶剂,苦味剂是安全剂。
使用时,一般将产品按1:20的比例稀释于水中,装入带有喷头的瓶子。根据玻璃的脏污程度,可增加或减少稀释比例。直接喷洒,用干布抹去即可。该产品是浓缩品,相对于市场上传统的泵装产品,具有携带、存放方便,减少包装材料的优点。即使相对于传统产品的补充装,也大大减少包装材料的浪费。

测试方法:除测试QB/T 4086-2010《玻璃清洗剂》要求的常规项目外,与市售产品按如下方法进行对比测试。
清洁能力测试:取相同材质玻璃两块(尺寸:20cm×20cm),实验前用无水乙醇拭擦,亮干,无可视脏污,放入相同环境一个月。将玻璃清洁泡按1:20用水稀释,装入与对照品相同的包装内。用两种样品各自对处理好的玻璃板两面各喷洒5次;两种样品的消耗量差异不超过0.5g。用同样材质纯棉布拭擦玻璃,每面拭擦五次。将玻璃板覆盖在相同的两张报纸或者杂志插图上,对玻璃覆盖内容进行清晰度识别。
防雾性能测试:取相同厂家、同一批1升烧杯,装水1L,放于电炉上,加热保持沸腾。将经2.1处理的玻璃板覆盖于烧杯上,观察玻璃产生明显雾气时的时间、雾气最大时的直径,以及将玻璃移出烧杯后至雾气消失消耗时间。
测试结果如下表:
清洁能力判定标准:测试以不小于10名测试者对清晰程度的投票判定。
结论:与市售产品比较,本产品清洁能力有明显优势,防雾能力明显。
实施例2
一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,该玻璃清洁用品按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 19%
山梨醇 6%
甘油 6%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 23%
二丙二醇丁醚 10%
异丙醇 11%
EDTA-4Na 0.1%
香精 0.6%
防雾剂 5%
变性乙醇 5%
苦味剂 0.01%
剩余为水。
上述浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、
香精、防雾剂、变性乙醇、苦味剂和水混合,搅拌均匀;
2)检验合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
实施例3
一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,该玻璃清洁用品按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 15%
山梨醇 5%
甘油 6%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 19%
二丙二醇丁醚 15%
异丙醇 15%
EDTA-4Na 0.1%
香精 0.8%
防雾剂 5%
变性乙醇 5%
苦味剂 0.01%
剩余为水。
上述浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、香精、防雾剂、变性乙醇、苦味剂和水混合,搅拌均匀;
2)检验合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
Claims (6)
1.一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,其特征在于该玻璃清洁用品按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 8-25%
山梨醇 2-9%
甘油 2-6%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 4-25%
二丙二醇丁醚 3-15%
异丙醇 2-15%
水 1-20%
EDTA-4Na 0.2%
香精 0.1-0.9%
防雾剂 1-5%
变性乙醇 1-5%
苦味剂 0.0001-0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,其特征在于:丙二醇含量为12-19%,且山梨醇含量为2-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,其特征在于防雾剂是C9-11链烷醇聚醚和椰油基甲基氯化铵的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型玻璃清洁用品,其特征在于水含量是8-18%。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任意一项权利要求所述的浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、香精、防雾剂、变性乙醇、苦味剂和水混合,搅拌均匀;
2)检验合格后,进行水溶膜包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的浓缩型玻璃清洁用品的制备方法,其特征在于水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
