Abstract

本发明的厨房重油清洗剂组合物,由阴离子表面活性剂和洗涤助剂组成,阴离子表面活性剂成分为直链烷基苯磺酸钠LAS和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP‑12复合,两者质量比为3:1;助剂为氢化椰子油酸、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸,还有增溶剂;将此配方所得产品按照0.2%‑1%的质量比配成水溶液用于清洗厨房重油。本发明的厨房重油强效清洗剂起泡性和除油效果好,能够有效地去除厨房重油,无毒无腐蚀,无刺激,可生物降解,绿色环保。

厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物
技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂领域,特别是一种厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物。
背景技术
厨房是现代家居环境的重要组成部分,而厨房油烟产生的重油既影响厨房卫生条件,又不利于人的身体健康,其清洗难度很大。市场上现售的清洗剂主要有强碱型、溶剂型、表面活性剂型三种,强碱型清洗剂去除能力强,但是对器具表面和使用者皮肤的腐蚀和伤害性较大;采用溶剂型清洗剂时依靠有机溶剂对重油的溶解作用而去除重油,但是有机溶剂易燃、易爆和有毒,使用存在安全隐患,不太适用于厨房环境;表面活性剂型清洗剂使用条件温和,但是对于重油的去除效果不佳,在使用过程中重油需要在洗涤剂中浸泡较长时间,造成了其使用的局限性。本发明通过将表面活性剂和助剂结合研发出中性重油强效清洗剂组合物,去污力强、环保、安全无腐蚀,这是未来厨房清洗剂的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在苛刻条件下用于去除厨房顽固油渍的厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
本发明的厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物由阴离子表面活性剂、助剂和增溶剂组成。
本发明的清洗剂各组分及其质量百分数组成为:
以上组分质量百分比之和为100%。
阴离子表面活性剂成分为直链烷基苯磺酸钠LAS和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-12复合,两者的质量比为3:1。
助剂由氢化椰子油酸、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸组成。
增溶剂为对甲苯磺酸钠。
本发明的厨房重油强效清洗剂,起泡性和除油效果好,能够有效地去除厨房重油,对皮肤无刺激性,可生物降解,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
由于饮食习惯和烹饪方式的原因,我国餐饮厨房均出现油烟重、厨具和周边物品表面油污重等问题,特别是油烟机表面和叶轮等部件油污程度更为严重。这些油污是由动植物食用油和其他调料在高温下气化,并冷凝附着于物体表面,形成强粘性薄膜油污,难以清洗。此外,空气中漂浮的尘粒等微小颗粒易粘附在油污上,更增加了清除难度。现今,市场上用于清洗此类重油污的清洗剂多为高溶剂、高碱值配方,其安全性和环保性欠佳。为此,本发明将表面活性剂和适量助剂进行配伍,研制出中性重油强效清洗剂组合物,使其具备去污力强、环保、安全无腐蚀等特点。
制备时首先按设计比例在烧杯中加入水;其次,添加直链烷基苯磺酸钠LAS,搅拌(350~450r/min)待其完全溶解后,依次加入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、氢化椰子油酸、乙二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠,持续搅拌(350~450r/min)0.5h~1h至固体完全溶解;静置24h即得产品。使用本发明的清洗剂清洗厨房时,将此配方所得产品按照0.2%-1%的质量比配成水溶液用于清洗厨房重油。

3.如权利要求1所述的厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物,其特征是助剂由氢化椰子油酸、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的厨房重油强效清洗剂组合物,其特征是增溶剂为对甲苯磺酸钠。
