Abstract

本发明属于高分子复合材料领域,一种增韧增强PA6材料,其是由PA6树脂和添加剂所组成的共混体系,所述的添加剂为增强改性剂、马来酸酐接枝改性剂和复合抗氧剂组成,所述的马来酸酐接枝改性剂为马来酸酐接枝ABS和/或马来酸酐接枝MBS。有益效果:采用了马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS作为增韧相容剂与PA6具有更好的相容性,同时促进无碱长玻璃纤维与PA6的相容性,有利于增韧增强PA6材料综合力学性能提高;(2)采用了马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS作为增韧相容剂,有利于增韧增强PA6材料耐低温抗冲击强度的提高;(3)采用无碱长玻璃纤维作为增强剂,比短玻璃纤维具有更好的力学性能和耐高温性。

Description

增韧增强PA6材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子复合材料领域,尤其涉及一种增韧增强PA6材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
PA6是一种常用的工程塑料,其具有来源广、强度较高、耐磨性好等优点,被广泛用于电子电器、汽车部件制造、体育用品部件等领域,但PA6存在韧性较低、耐寒性较低的缺陷,限制了其在工程制造领域的应用。
目前市场传统的增强PA6材料,主要采用玻璃纤维、马来酸酐接枝POE、马来酸酐接枝EPDM制造。其虽然有较高的力学强度,但其耐低温抗冲击强度欠缺。而且采用马来酸酐接枝EPDM增韧PA6导致其流动性下降,成型加工性降低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的PA6耐低温抗冲击强度欠缺的缺陷,本发明提供一种增韧增强PA6材料及其制备方法。本发明增韧增强PA6配方体系中采用了由无碱长玻璃纤维作为增强剂、马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS作为增韧相容剂的体系。研究发现马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS比目前采用马来酸酐接枝POE、马来酸酐接枝EPDM具有更好的低温冲击强度、更高的力学强度和加工性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种增韧增强PA6材料,其是由PA6树脂和添加剂所组成的共混体系,所述的添加剂为增强改性剂、马来酸酐接枝改性剂和复合抗氧剂组成,所述的马来酸酐接枝改性剂为马来酸酐接枝ABS和/或马来酸酐接枝MBS。
进一步地,各组分重量份数为PA6树脂100份、增强改性剂20-40份、马来酸酐接枝改性剂5-40份、复合抗氧剂0.05-0.15份。
作为优选,所述的增强改性剂为无碱长玻璃纤维。
作为优选,所述的马来酸酐接枝改性剂是由马来酸酐接枝ABS和马来酸酐接枝MBS组成,两者质量比为1:3。
作为优选,所述的复合抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比为1:3混合而成。
具体地,所述的PA6树脂为低粘度、中粘度或高粘度PA6树脂。
上述增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将PA6树脂干燥处理;
(2)将干燥后的PA6树脂和马来酸酐接枝改性剂以及复合抗氧剂倒入高速捏合机中混合形成混合物料,待用;
(3)将混合物料放入双螺杆挤出机,与此同时,在双螺杆挤出机排气口中加入增强改性剂,通过螺杆的转动带入双螺杆挤出机,由模头挤出并经冷却、牵引、切粒后得到增韧增强PA6材料颗粒。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述的PA6树脂干燥处理是在真空度为0.05-0.09Mpa、温度为90℃条件下干燥处理8-12h。
作为优选,步骤(2)所述的捏合机转速为1000-1500r/min,将物料混合至90-100℃后出料形成混合物料。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述的双螺杆挤出机加热温度分布为10段加热区,由进料口至模头经过的各个加热区的加热温度依次为:T1=150℃-160℃,T2=160℃-170℃,T3=170℃-180℃,T4=180℃-190℃,T5=190℃-200℃,T6=200℃-210℃,T7=210℃-220℃,T8=220℃-230℃,T9=230℃-240℃,T模头=230℃-240℃。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明增韧增强PA6材料配方体系中采用了马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS作为增韧相容剂,比马来酸酐接枝POE、马来酸酐接枝EPDM相比,与PA6具有更好的相容性,同时促进无碱长玻璃纤维与PA6的相容性,有利于增韧增强PA6材料综合力学性能提高;(2)采用了马来酸酐接枝ABS、马来酸酐接枝MBS作为增韧相容剂,有利于增韧增强PA6材料耐低温抗冲击强度的提高;(3)采用无碱长玻璃纤维作为增强剂,比短玻璃纤维具有更好的力学性能和耐高温性。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的增韧增强PA6材料由下述重量的组分制成:
称取干燥处理的100kg PA6树脂(中粘度),20kg无碱长玻璃纤维;20kg马来酸酐接枝MBS,0.02kg抗氧剂1010,0.06kg抗氧剂168,待用。
上述增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法具有以下步骤:
①先将PA6在真空度为0.05~0.09MPa、温度为90℃干燥处理8~12小时,干燥处理PA6有利于后续改性挤出造粒;
②将称取干燥处理100kg PA6树脂(中粘度)、20kg马来酸酐接枝MBS、0.02kg抗氧剂1010、0.06kg抗氧剂168依次倒入转速为1000转/分钟~1500转/分钟的高速捏合机中混合至90℃~100℃出料,待用;
③将冷却后的混合物料送入到已经加热至设定温度的双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒。混合物料经过双螺杆挤出机加热、螺杆的剪切、对流扩散作用,达到熔融均匀混合,与此同时,在双螺杆挤出机排气口加入长无碱玻璃纤维,通过螺杆的转动带入双螺杆挤出机,最后由模头成条状挤出经水槽冷却、牵引、引入切粒机进行切粒得到增韧增强PA6材料颗粒。
双螺杆挤出机加热温度分布为10段加热区,所设定的各个加热区的加热温度依次为:T1=150℃~160℃,T2=160℃~170℃,T3=170℃~180℃,T4=180℃~190℃,T5=190℃~200℃,T6=200℃~210℃,T7=210℃~220℃,T8=220℃~230℃,T9=230℃~240℃,T模头=230℃~240℃。
(实施例2~实施例10)
各实施例的制备方法与实施例1相同,不同之处在于各组分的重量配比,具体见表1。

(应用例2)
将实施例1~实施例10制得的增韧增强PA6材料,采用注塑成型标准试样,并按国家标准对标准试样进行性能测试,测试结果见表2。

Claims (10)

1.一种增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:其是由PA6树脂和添加剂所组成的共混体系,所述的添加剂为增强改性剂、马来酸酐接枝改性剂和复合抗氧剂组成,所述的马来酸酐接枝改性剂为马来酸酐接枝ABS和/或马来酸酐接枝MBS。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:各组分重量份数为PA6树脂100份、增强改性剂20-40份、马来酸酐接枝改性剂5-40份、复合抗氧剂0.05-0.15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:所述的增强改性剂为无碱长玻璃纤维。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:所述的马来酸酐接枝改性剂是由马来酸酐接枝ABS和马来酸酐接枝MBS组成,两者质量比为1:3。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:所述的复合抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比为1:3混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的增韧增强PA6材料,其特征在于:所述的PA6树脂为低粘度、中粘度或高粘度PA6树脂。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将PA6树脂干燥处理;
(2)将干燥后的PA6树脂和马来酸酐接枝改性剂以及复合抗氧剂倒入高速捏合机中混合形成混合物料,待用;
(3)将混合物料放入双螺杆挤出机,与此同时,在双螺杆挤出机排气口中加入增强改性剂,通过螺杆的转动带入双螺杆挤出机,由模头挤出并经冷却、牵引、切粒后得到增韧增强PA6材料颗粒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的PA6树脂干燥处理是在真空度为0.05-0.09Mpa、温度为90℃条件下干燥处理8-12h。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的捏合机转速为1000-1500r/min,将物料混合至90-100℃后出料形成混合物料。
10.根据权利要求7所述的增韧增强PA6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的双螺杆挤出机加热温度分布为10段加热区,由进料口至模头经过的各个加热区的加热温度依次为:T1=150℃-160℃,T2=160℃-170℃,T3=170℃-180℃,T4=180℃-190℃,T5=190℃-200℃,T6=200℃-210℃,T7=210℃-220℃,T8=220℃-230℃,T9=230℃-240℃,T模头=230℃-240℃。
