一种可单向排气的瓶盖
技术领域
本发明涉及瓶盖,具体来说涉及一种可单向排气的瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶盖是用于封盖瓶体的密封件,普通的瓶盖封盖瓶体后,目的是为了防止瓶内的气体、液体或固体泄露,因此,常规的瓶盖常在密封性和便捷开启方面考虑各种不同结构的设计。然而,现有一种需要缓慢自动释放气体的瓶体,如盛装有液体饲料瓶体,瓶体将不断产生气体,提升瓶内压力,然而,由于普通瓶盖仅具备密封性能,因此,盖合瓶盖后,常误操作而导致瓶体被瓶盖密封,最终瓶体因升压而爆炸,安全性、易用性较差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可单向排气的瓶盖,其安全性和易用性好。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可单向排气的瓶盖,包括盖体及密封件,盖体的侧壁开有凹槽,凹槽槽底贯穿有通孔,密封件为弹性体,该密封件密封盖合通孔,并对通孔提供一个朝着贴合通孔方向的弹性应力。
优选地,凹槽为环形槽;通孔设为多个,在凹槽的槽底间隔分布。
优选地,通孔呈圆周阵列分布。
优选地,密封件为弹性圈,环套于环形槽,与环形槽槽底密封贴合,并密封盖合各通孔。
优选地,弹性圈的厚度小于环形槽的槽深。
优选地,相邻通孔间的凹槽槽底设有与弹性圈粘接的胶合点。
优选地,盖体的底壁密封连接有向着盖体的盖口弯曲的弹片,盖体的盖口口缘密封连接有封环,弹片底部设有凸部,凸部滑动插装于封环的环口,弹片、封环和盖体内壁件围合构成气室,通孔与该气室连通。
优选地,弹片呈球弧状,凸部位于弹片的底部中央。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在盖体的侧壁开设通孔,同时又用能够施加弹性应力的密封件加以封盖,从而,当盖体盖合瓶体后,瓶体内气体产生并压力升高时,能够自动冲开密封件,使瓶内气体自动排出,该过程无需手动,具有很好的易用性,而且自动完成排气,能有效避免瓶体爆炸,安全性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-3所示的一种可单向排气的瓶盖,包括盖体1及密封件2,盖体1的侧壁开有凹槽11,凹槽11槽底贯穿有通孔12,密封件2为弹性体,该密封件2密封盖合通孔12,并对通孔12提供一个朝着贴合通孔12方向的弹性应力。
通过在盖体1的侧壁开设通孔12,同时又用能够施加弹性应力的密封件2加以封盖,从而,当盖体1盖合瓶体6后,瓶体6内气体产生并压力升高时,能够自动冲开密封件2,使瓶内气体自动单向排出,该过程无需手动,具有很好的易用性,而且自动完成排气,能有效避免瓶体6爆炸,安全性好。其中,只有当瓶内气体压力大于密封件2的弹性应力及外界大气压时,气体才能突破密封件2的封盖而排出,适合于液体饲料的菌种在瓶体6内产生气体排气的情形,如图4所示。本例的盖体1可为塑料、金属材料制成,密封件2可为橡胶制成。
如图1-3所示,为实现多方位排气,以利于更安全、多角度地排气,凹槽11为环形槽;通孔12设为多个,在凹槽11的槽底间隔分布。在其它优选的实施例中,为均匀排气,通孔12呈圆周阵列分布。
对应环形凹槽11的设置,密封件2可设为一个,以完成同时对各个通孔12的贴合密封,即,本实施例的密封件2为弹性圈,环套于环形槽,与环形槽槽底密封贴合,并密封盖合各通孔12。
为避免触碰弹性圈而导致弹性圈对通孔12的封盖产生错位,进而发生气体泄漏,本实施例的弹性圈的厚度小于环形槽的槽深,如此,弹性圈将不易被外力触碰或被扭曲。
为进一步避免弹性件错位,相邻通孔12间的凹槽11槽底设有与弹性圈粘接的胶合点13,如此可对弹性圈限位。
为进一步提升密封效果,盖体1的底壁密封连接有向着盖体1的盖口弯曲的弹片3,盖体1的盖口口缘密封连接有封环4,弹片3底部设有凸部31,凸部31滑动插装于封环4的环口,弹片3、封环4和盖体1内壁件围合构成气室5,通孔12与该气室5连通。如此,更利于单向排气,即使当外界空气进入通孔12,空气也将在气室5中得以缓冲,避免直接进入瓶体6内。同时,只有瓶体6内的气体压力大于弹片3的弹力,才能顶开插装在封环4中的凸部31,气体才能进入气室5后进而顶开密封件2,从而形成双重密封效果。在优选的实施例中,弹片3呈球弧状,凸部31位于弹片3的底部中央,如此弹力可集中在弹片3中央,使弹片3的受力均衡避免扭曲。
本发明的实施方式不限于此,按照本发明的上述内容,利用本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,本发明还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,包括盖体及密封件,盖体的侧壁开有凹槽,凹槽槽底贯穿有通孔,密封件为弹性体,该密封件密封盖合通孔,并对通孔提供一个朝着贴合通孔方向的弹性应力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,凹槽为环形槽;通孔设为多个,在凹槽的槽底间隔分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,通孔呈圆周阵列分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,密封件为弹性圈,环套于环形槽,与环形槽槽底密封贴合,并密封盖合各通孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,弹性圈的厚度小于环形槽的槽深。
6.根据权利要求4述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,相邻通孔间的凹槽槽底设有与弹性圈粘接的胶合点。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,盖体的底壁密封连接有向着盖体的盖口弯曲的弹片,盖体的盖口口缘密封连接有封环,弹片底部设有凸部,凸部滑动插装于封环的环口,弹片、封环和盖体内壁件围合构成气室,通孔与该气室连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可单向排气的瓶盖,其特征在于,弹片呈球弧状,凸部位于弹片的底部中央。
