Abstract

本发明涉及一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面及成型方法，弹性膜在拉伸状态下其两边分别与无纺布条热压复合后，弹性膜回弹复位迫使位于弹性膜两连的无纺布条形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其弹性膜呈凹弧形。优点：一是无需热熔胶，即可实现条状无纺布与弹性透气膜两侧的复合，确保了弹性透气膜及条状无纺布本身的透气性不受热熔胶的影响；二是实现了弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下其两侧分别与条状无纺布复合后，弹性透气膜回弹迫使条无纺布随弹性透气膜回弹复位形成所需的弹性折绉式防侧漏侧壁，该侧壁不仅具有阻液流动的功能，而且极大地减少了卫生巾和纸尿裤贴面与人体接触面积，大大地提高了人体的舒适感。

折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面及成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既无需热熔胶，也无需拉伸无纺布，便能将两条无纺布条在弹性透气膜拉伸状态下复合在其上，并且在弹性透气膜回弹复位后形成具有防侧漏侧壁的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面及成型方法，主要用于卫生巾贴面和纸尿裤裤裆贴面，属卫生用品制造领域。
背景技术
CN204521234U、名称“一种防漏卫生巾”，包括卫生巾本体(100)，卫生巾本体上表面设有导液层，导液层中部沿长度方向向上凸起构造成弧形贴面；弧形贴面外周设有至少一道导液槽，导液槽由多个连续设于导液层上的通孔沿弧形贴面周向分布构造而成；导液层外周设有侧翼，侧翼与导液层的连接处构造成向上凸起的挡液条；挡液条外侧设有报警装置，报警装置包括感应开关、电源、驱动电路和蜂鸣器，感应开关用于在检测到液体时将驱动电路接入电源从而驱动蜂鸣器发声。其不足之处：一是弧形贴面为凸弧形贴面，目的是将经液由中间通过导液槽导流到两侧，既没有解决如何有效地减少女性阴部与卫生巾的接触面，也没有解决经液储存及吸收问题；二是没有解决弹性防侧漏问题。
发明内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种既无需热熔胶，也无需拉伸无纺布，便能将两条无纺布条在弹性透气膜拉伸状态下复合在其上，并且在弹性透气膜回弹复位后形成具有防侧漏侧壁的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面及成型方法，主要用于卫生巾贴面和纸尿裤裤裆贴面。
设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在结构设计上：1、弹性膜的膜面有很多透气孔的设计，是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于：由于本发明所述弹性膜是在拉伸的状态下与无纺布（无热熔胶）复合，即拉伸状态下弹性透气膜的膜面与无纺布直接热融复合，不会发生热熔胶堵塞弹性膜面透气孔的现象。其次，弹性透气膜的好处在于：它不仅能够使本不透气的弹性膜变成透气膜，而且布满透气孔的弹性膜的拉伸率大，弹性好，能有效地提高弹性透气膜的拉伸率。更重要的是：一是采用本发明的弹性透气膜，它能够它取代目前卫生巾贴面采、纸尿裤裤裆贴面用橡筋制作防侧漏所带来的制造设备复杂、成本高、制作工艺复杂、效率低，以及采用胶粘剂定位橡筋所导致的卫生巾弹力下降、透气性差、舒适性差的缺陷。2、带有很多透气孔的弹性膜在拉伸状态下与无纺布热压复合的设计，是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于：由于无纺布具有良好阻水性，但弹性非常小，基本上可以忽略不计。本发明将弹性膜在拉伸的状态下其两侧与无纺布条分别热压复合后回弹形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，该防侧漏侧壁所构成的卫生巾、纸尿裤在使用时，即能形成窝形状结构，该窝形状结构既有效地减少了卫生巾面与人体阴部的接触面积，仅仅是窝状贴面四周与人体阴部接触，也解决了排泄物收集与吸收问题。3、弹性膜中透气孔成形的负压吸口沿呈凸台口结构的设计，是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于：弹性膜面在由负压抽气打孔的过程中，其弹性膜面中的负压抽吸孔（负压出气一端）的孔沿呈凸台口，该凸台台就犹如布在弹性膜面多个孔形支撑，该由于孔形支撑的孔口部高于膜面，因此当其与卫生巾吸收芯层接触时，使得吸收芯层面与弹性膜面的凸台口呈多个口状点结合，使吸收芯层面与弹性膜之间形成多路且路路相通的中空多点支撑，不仅透气性极佳，而且开创了中空多点支撑的先例。
技术方案1：一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，弹性膜在拉伸状态下其两边分别与无纺布条热压复合后，弹性膜回弹复位迫使位于弹性膜两连的无纺布条形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其弹性膜呈凹弧形。
技术方案2：一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面的成型方法，弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜或弹性透气膜，或弹性膜通过膜打孔辊组打孔构成弹性打孔透气膜，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜的两边分别与无纺布热压复合后，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹迫使位于其两边无纺布随弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其位于无纺布条间的弹性膜呈凹弧形。
本发明与背景技术相比，一是无需热熔胶，即可实现条状无纺布与弹性透气膜两侧的复合，确保了弹性透气膜及条状无纺布本身的透气性不受热熔胶的影响；二是实现了弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下其两侧分别与条状无纺布复合后，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹迫使条无纺布随弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹复位形成所需的弹性折绉式防侧漏侧壁，该侧壁不仅具有阻液流动的功能，而且极大地减少了卫生巾和纸尿裤贴面与人体接触面积，大大地提高了人体的舒适感；三是弹性打孔透气膜中透气孔成形的负压吸口沿呈凸台口结构的设计，实现了弹性透气膜与吸收芯层间多口状点结合，不仅透气性极佳，而且开创了中空多点支撑的先例。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照附图1-3。一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，弹性膜2在拉伸状态下其两边分别与无纺布条1热压复合后，热压复合在弹性膜两边的无纺布条为双层折叠，弹性膜回弹复位迫使位于弹性膜两连的无纺布条形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其位于无纺布条间的弹性膜2呈凹弧形。所述弹性透气膜的拉伸率在50%-500%之间且包括端值。
实施例2：在实施例1的基础上，所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜，所述弹性打孔透气膜的膜面透气孔为锥形孔3。
实施例3：在实施例1的基础上，所述弹性膜为弹性透气膜。所述弹性透气膜是由有机成份与无机成份构成的弹性膜在拉伸状态下形成。
实施例4：参照附图4和5。在实施例1的基础上，弹性膜2在拉伸状态下其两边分别与无纺布条1热压复合且热压复合的无纺布条1为单层。
实施例5：参照附图6。在实施例1、2、4的基础上，所述弹性透气膜（2）中透气孔采用负压抽吸打孔且孔口沿（4）高出膜面。
实施例6：在上述实施例的基础上，一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面的成型方法，弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜2或弹性透气膜，或弹性膜通过膜打孔辊组打孔构成弹性打孔透气膜，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜的两边分别与无纺布1热压复合后，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹迫使位于其两边无纺布1随弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其位于无纺布条间的弹性膜2呈凹弧形。所述膜成型工艺是指流延膜成型及打孔工艺。所述流延膜成型及打孔工艺由流延模头和膜成型打孔装置构成。所述膜成型打孔装置负压抽吸孔辊组构成，或由凹凸刀辊组构成。
需要理解到的是：上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述，但是这些文字描述，只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述，而不是对本发明设计思路的限制，任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改，均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：弹性膜（2）在拉伸状态下其两边分别与无纺布条（1）热压复合后，弹性膜回弹复位迫使位于弹性膜两连的无纺布条形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其位于无纺布条间的弹性膜（2）呈凹弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜，或弹性透气膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：所述弹性打孔透气膜的膜面透气孔为锥形孔（3）。
4.根据权利要求2所述的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜中透气孔采用负压抽吸打孔且孔口沿（4）高出膜面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：所述弹性透气膜是由有机成份与无机成份构成的弹性膜在拉伸状态下形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面，其特征是：所述弹性打孔透气膜的拉伸率在50%-500%之间且包括端值。
7.一种折绉式防侧漏弧形弹性卫生用品贴面的成型方法，其特征是：弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜（2）或弹性透气膜，或弹性膜通过膜打孔辊组打孔构成弹性打孔透气膜，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜的两边分别与无纺布（1）热压复合后，弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹迫使位于其两边无纺布（1）随弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜回弹形成折绉式防侧漏侧壁，其位于无纺布条间的弹性膜（2）呈凹弧形。
