技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,特别是涉及一种额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆。
背景技术
随着城市人口密度增加,城市建筑群、绿化茂密区域与城网架空输电线的矛盾,特别是树、线矛盾尤为突出。由架空裸线引起的电网短路事故及触电人身安全等问题已引起了供电部门的重视,架空绝缘电缆在城市电网中正在被大量采用,藉以取代架空裸线。当前,国内1kV及以下架空绝缘线使用较普遍,l0kV及以上单芯架空绝缘电缆的使用正在逐步增多。但是,以上架空电缆仍占用了一定的空间位置,敷设复杂、并且重复施工等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种安全性更高、占用空间小、加工简单和施工维护更方便的额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,包括:两根交联成品线、一根绝缘线以及一根承载钢索绳;所述的横截面相同的两根交联成品线和一根绝缘线呈三角形并列摆放;再在交联成品线的上方设有一根承载钢索绳,然后通过捆绑线捆扎成缆;最后在捆绑线外包覆第四PVC耐候护套。
进一步改进,所述的交联成品线由铜导体以及挤包在铜导体外的第一PVC耐候护套构成。
进一步改进,所述的承载钢索绳由镀锌钢索以及挤包在镀锌钢索外的第二PVC耐候护套构成。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线由紧压硬铝导体、依次挤包在紧压硬铝导体外的导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、铜带屏蔽层、加强层以及第三PVC耐候护套构成。
进一步改进,所述的捆扎线为航空用细钢索。
与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:
1、电缆在架空敷设后由自重、杆距及气候条件引起的机械力靠钢索承载,所以导体本身无需承受较高的机械外力,但为了减小电缆的结构尺寸,并考虑间隙及致密性等因素,采用紧压硬铝导体。
2、交联聚乙烯绝缘材料具有优异的电气绝缘性能和良好的挤出性能,同时研制品有耐候护套,所以采用本色交联聚乙烯作为绝缘层,绝缘厚度与同一电压级的交联电缆相一致,取4.5mm。
3、为了消除导电线芯表面的电场畸变,均化电场,增加热屏障保护,减少游离放电。铝导体采用导体屏蔽,绝缘外的屏蔽层与绝缘紧密贴合,以减少气隙及其产生的游离放电,均化电场,使电场封闭在内。鉴于电缆运行过程中有时会因某些因素而可能产生较大的漏泄电流, 电缆结构中还增加有铜带屏蔽,以使电缆可靠地接地,提高系统的安全性。
4、架空交联电缆是在户外运行,长期经受大气中各种因素破坏, 如光照、风雨、冰雪、湿热,低温等等。因此,除要求护套材料具有一般的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、热老化等性能外,还应具有优异的耐气候性,耐磨性,故采用耐候聚氯乙烯作为分相护套的材料。
5、考虑到承载钢索需要承受各种因素引起的机械力和大气腐蚀,故采用高强度耐腐蚀的镀锌钢纹线。捆扎线要求能承受三相短路时缆芯之间的电磁扩张力, 所以采用航空用细钢索。因为电缆长期在户外使用,故承载钢索与捆扎线都用耐候聚氯乙烯护套料包覆。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,包括:两根交联成品线、一根绝缘线以及一根承载钢索绳;其中,所述的承载钢索绳由镀锌钢索1以及挤包在镀锌钢索外的第二PVC耐候护套2构成;所述的交联成品线由铜导体3以及挤包在铜导体外的第一PVC耐候护套4构成;所述的绝缘线由紧压硬铝导体5、依次挤包在紧压硬铝导体外的导体屏蔽层6、交联聚乙烯绝缘层7、绝缘屏蔽层8、铜带屏蔽层9、加强层10以及第三PVC耐候护套11构成。
然后,将横截面相同的两根交联成品线和一根绝缘线呈三角形并列摆放;再在任意一根交联成品线的上方设有一根横截面比交联成品线横截面小的承载钢索绳,再通过捆绑线12捆扎成缆;最后在捆绑线外包覆第四PVC耐候护套13。
为了能承受三相短路时缆芯之间的电磁扩张力,捆扎线12采用航空用细钢索。

1.一种额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,其特征在于:包括:两根交联成品线、一根绝缘线以及一根承载钢索绳;所述的横截面相同的两根交联成品线和一根绝缘线呈三角形并列摆放;再在交联成品线的上方设有一根承载钢索绳,然后通过捆绑线捆扎成缆;最后在捆绑线外包覆第四PVC耐候护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,其特征在于:所述的交联成品线由铜导体以及挤包在铜导体外的第一PVC耐候护套构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,其特征在于:所述的承载钢索绳由镀锌钢索以及挤包在镀锌钢索外的第二PVC耐候护套构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线由紧压硬铝导体、依次挤包在紧压硬铝导体外的导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、铜带屏蔽层、加强层以及第三PVC耐候护套构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压8.7/15kV三芯架空交联电缆,其特征在于:所述的捆扎线为航空用细钢索。
