本发明涉及电力输送领域,具体的说,是三芯抗雪压电缆线。所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为导体、阻水带及外护套,所述的导体为一根主导体及两根副导体,主导体与副导体之间填充有阻水膏;所述的主导体为多股铜线绞合而成,主导体外包云母耐火层及绝缘保护层;所述的副导体为外包绝缘层的单根铜裸线,其横截面为等边三角形。与现有技术比较,本发明的优点是:一是抗雪压设计,电力输送线横截面为等边三角形,此设计使得电力输送线哪一个角度的朝天面都很小,即使受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线都会一直保持整条线的较小面或最小面朝天。二是防水设计,通过增加阻水膏、阻水带结构,大大提高了电缆在积雪严重情况下的防水、防漏电的能力。

背景技术
现有的电力输送线在远距离进行电力输送时,大部分需要高压电杆架高输送线,一般相邻高压电杆间距为200米,由于间距大输电线自重也大,不可能拉直绷紧输电线,当受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线不会一直保持整条线的最小面朝天,非常容易积雪,积雪冻结后再积雪,如此反复,同时电力输送线柔韧性和抗拉强度降低,外护套的防水能力变差,终致电力输送线压断或漏电,严重影响电力输送。因此提供一种三芯抗雪压电缆线具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗雪压、防水的电力输送线,
本发明的发明目的是通过如下途径实现的:一种三芯抗雪压电缆线,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为导体、阻水带及外护套,所述的导体为一根主导体及两根副导体,主导体与副导体之间填充有阻水膏;所述的主导体为多股铜线绞合而成,主导体外包云母耐火层及绝缘保护层;所述的副导体为外包绝缘层的单根铜裸线,其横截面为等边三角形。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述的绝缘保护层为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。
与现有技术比较,本发明的优点是:一是抗雪压设计,电力输送线横截面为等边三角形,此设计使得电力输送线哪一个角度的朝天面都很小,即使受到风力或其他因素影响后,输送线都会一直保持整条线的较小面或最小面朝天。二是防水设计,通过增加阻水膏、阻水带结构,大大提高了电缆在积雪严重情况下的防水、防漏电的能力。

如图1所示,本发明提供的三芯抗雪压电缆线,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为导体、阻水带7及外护套8,所述的导体为一根主导体3及两根副导体4,主导体3与副导体4之间填充有阻水膏6;所述的主导体3为多股铜线绞合而成,主导体3外包云母耐火层2及绝缘保护层1;所述的副导体4为外包绝缘层5的单根铜裸线,其横截面为等边三角形。所述的绝缘保护层1为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。

1.一种三芯抗雪压电缆线,其特征在于,所述电缆线的横截面为等边三角形,电缆线由内到外依次为导体、阻水带(7)及外护套(8),所述的导体为一根主导体(3)及两根副导体(4),主导体(3)与副导体(4)之间填充有阻水膏(6);所述的主导体(3)为多股铜线绞合而成,主导体(3)外包云母耐火层(2)及绝缘保护层(1);所述的副导体(4)为外包绝缘层(5)的单根铜裸线,其横截面为等边三角形。
2.如权利要求1所述的三芯抗雪压电缆线,其特征在于,所述的绝缘保护层(1)为无卤低烟阻燃聚乙烯绝缘保护层。
