Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种承载式阻水中压架空绝缘电缆,由1根承载线芯和外层3根主线芯绞合而成,所述的主线芯由内至外结构依次为阻水导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、绝缘阻水层、疏绕金属屏蔽层、缆芯阻水层、主线芯外护层;所述的承载线芯由内至外结构依次为铝包钢绞线、承载线芯外护层。阻水导体采用阻水纱间隔式镶嵌在绞合导体间隙中,用以提高电缆的纵向阻水功能,以便提高电缆的电性能和使用寿命。缆芯采用了双层阻水带,起到了密封、防水、隔潮和缓冲防护作用。其铜丝疏绕屏蔽替代了铜带搭盖绕包的传统结构,使电流流向保证始终为轴向。其承载线芯与主线芯一起成缆,抗拉强度高。

背景技术
我国的中低压电力的传输,有相当部分依赖于架空裸导线来传输。但随着人口密度的增加,城市建筑群及绿化茂密区与城市网架空输电线的矛盾日益突出。对于中低压电缆,埋地敷设虽然可以减少事故的发生,美化环境,但其开挖工程巨大,耗资很高,而普通的架空电缆安全性较差,自身重量较重,抗拉强度、抗风、防水、防雷等性能差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型很好地解决了上述问题,提供了一种3+1承载式铝芯交联聚乙烯绝缘阻水ABC型中压架空电力电缆。承载线芯采用LB1B型铝包钢承载绞线,比原有的镀锌钢承载绞线在不影响承载拉断力的情况下,减少了承载线芯的重量16%。新型的架空绝缘电缆有安全稳定系数高、抗拉强度强、敷设费用低、具有径向和纵向的防水性能、防雷、抗风、耐候的优点。 
为实现以上目的,采用以下技术方案: 
一种承载式阻水中压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于,由1根承载线芯和外层3根主线芯绞合而成,所述的主线芯由内至外结构依次为阻水导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、绝缘阻水层、疏绕金属屏蔽层、缆芯阻水层、主线芯外护层;所述的承载线芯由内至外结构依次为铝包钢绞线、承载线芯外护层。所述阻水导体由铝单丝和阻水纱组成,并且阻水纱间隔式镶嵌在绞合导体间隙中;所述的绝缘阻水层由半导电阻水带组成;所述疏绕金属屏蔽层由软铜丝和软铜带组成;所述缆芯阻水层由非导电阻水带组成;所述主线芯外护层与承载线芯外护层均由黑色高密度聚乙烯外护套组成。
本实用新型优点:导体采用阻水结构,即阻水纱绞合在导体间隙中,提高电缆的纵向阻水功能。缆芯采用了双层阻水带,起到了密封、防水、隔潮和缓冲防护作用。其铜丝疏绕屏蔽替代了铜带搭盖绕包的传统结构。因为铜带搭盖绕包屏蔽在搭盖间的接触面产生氧化物以及弯曲冷热变形后,减少了接触电压,造成接触电阻成倍增加,导致电流流向不是轴向。其承载线芯与主线芯一起成缆,抗拉强度高。

实施例
如图1所示,电缆是3+1芯电缆,采用1根承载线芯和外层3根主线芯绞合而成。主线芯绞合紧压阻水铝导体1,在紧压导体1外采用三层共挤技术同时挤包导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4,在绝缘屏蔽4外绕包半导电阻水带5,在绕包半导电阻水带外疏绕铜丝屏蔽层6并反向绕包的铜带扎紧,在屏蔽层6外绕包非导电阻水带7,在阻水带7外挤包一层耐候性高密度聚乙烯外护层8。承载线芯由铝包钢绞线9外挤包黑色高密度聚乙烯承载线芯外护层10组成。

1.一种承载式阻水中压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于,由1根承载线芯和外层3根主线芯绞合而成,所述的主线芯由内至外结构依次为阻水导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、绝缘阻水层、疏绕金属屏蔽层、缆芯阻水层、主线芯外护层;所述的承载线芯由内至外结构依次为铝包钢绞线、承载线芯外护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种承载式阻水中压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水导体由阻水纱间隔式镶嵌在绞合导体间隙中;所述的绝缘阻水层由半导电阻水带组成;所述疏绕金属屏蔽层由软铜丝和软铜带组成;所述缆芯阻水层由非导电阻水带组成;所述主线芯外护层与承载线芯外护层均由黑色高密度聚乙烯外护套组成。
