水上交通运输业发展步伐的加快,促进了船舶制造业的快速发展,特别是世界上造船业发达国家加大了对海上运输的大型船舶现代电气装备投入。为了提高大型船舶电气装备安全、高效运行效率,针对动力线路负荷重、受盐雾腐蚀、空气湿度大、气温变化大、易受电磁和静电干扰、易发生火灾等不利因素,解决普通船用电力电缆不能满足恶劣环境中输电线路配套要求的状况,尤其是动力设备在启动和高负荷的情况下有效地避免瞬间电压电流落差太大时对电机的损坏,急需研发一种用于海上航行的大型船舶与变频电机连接的动力线路配套的防火环保型高载流铠装变频回路电缆。

本实用新型的目的是为了满足大型船舶电气装备动力线路配套需求,提供的一种大型船舶用高载流铠装变频回路电力电缆。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:大型船舶用高载流铠装变频回路电力电缆,包括缆芯和外护套,其特征是所述缆芯由3根大截面绝缘线芯和3根小截面绝缘线芯绞合而成,在缆芯上绕包阻燃聚酯带隔离层,在隔离层上编织镀锡铜丝屏蔽层,在屏蔽层上依次绕包高阻燃玻纤带阻燃层、阻水布带阻水层,在阻水层上挤包阻燃聚烯烃内护套,在内护套上编织涂漆镀锌钢丝铠装外护套;所述阻燃聚酯带隔离层中设有镀锡铜丝泄扰线。

大型船舶用高载流铠装变频回路电力电缆,由在镀锡铜导体1上绕包金云母带绝缘层2后挤包阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层3构成绝缘线芯,将 3根大截面绝缘线芯和3根小截面绝缘线芯绞合而成构成缆芯,在缆芯上绕包阻燃聚酯带隔离层4,阻燃聚酯带隔离层中设有镀锡铜丝泄扰线5,在放置了泄扰线的缆芯上编织镀锡铜丝屏蔽层6,在屏蔽层上依次绕包高阻燃玻纤带阻燃层7、阻水布带阻水层8,在阻水层上挤包阻燃聚烯烃内护套9,在内护套上编织涂漆镀锌钢丝铠装外护套10。

1.大型船舶用高载流铠装变频回路电力电缆,包括缆芯和外护套,其特征是所述缆芯由3根大截面绝缘线芯和3根小截面绝缘线芯绞合而成,在缆芯上绕包阻燃聚酯带隔离层,在隔离层上编织镀锡铜丝屏蔽层,在屏蔽层上依次绕包高阻燃玻纤带阻燃层、阻水布带阻水层,在阻水层上挤包阻燃聚烯烃内护套,在内护套上编织涂漆镀锌钢丝铠装外护套;所述阻燃聚酯带隔离层中设有镀锡铜丝泄扰线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型船舶用高载流铠装变频回路电力电缆,其特征是所述绝缘线芯为在镀锡铜导体上绕包金云母带绝缘层后挤包阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
