本发明涉及一种洗衣液,具体而言涉及一种具有抑菌效果的洗衣液。
背景技术
穿衣,是人类生活的一大基本要素,从古至今,衣物的清洁一直是人们日常生活非常重要的一部分,随着现代人生活质量的提高,洗衣用日用化工品的性能要求也在不断提升,从前最为常用的洗衣用日用化工品为洗衣粉,洗衣粉具有较好的去污清洁效果,但洗衣粉作为一种粉状清洁剂,在使用时经常出现在水中溶解不充分的情况,一来会影响衣物的洗涤效果,二来在局部未能充分溶解的洗衣粉会导致局部区域内洗衣粉浓度过大,使得该区域的碱性很大,会对衣物造成损伤,三来洗衣粉由于含很多固体助剂易再沉积在衣物上使织物发硬,同时,洗衣粉对皮肤的刺激性较强,容易伤害洗衣者手部的皮肤,因此现如今洗衣粉的市场占有率越来越低,而洗衣液因其本身液态的物态性质,决定了洗衣液在水中的溶解分散性远优于洗衣粉,洗衣液良好的分散性决定了洗衣液能够均匀地洗涤衣物,同时洗衣液的表面活性剂水溶解性好,易冲洗,沉积少且能够避免因局部浓度过大伤害洗衣者的手部皮肤,故现在人们大多选择洗衣性能更好的洗衣液作为家庭常用的洗衣用日用化工品。
随着人们健康意识的不断提高,人们对衣物洗涤剂的要求已经不单单局限在仅能洗净衣物就行了,衣物作为最经常接触人体皮肤的日常用品,上面难免沾染有皮肤上的汗液、皮屑、皮肤分泌物和皮肤上寄身物等污物,同时衣服接触外界环境时,极易沾染外界环境中的细菌和病毒等污染物,二者作用使得衣物成为了生物污染物滋生的温床和向人体传播的通道。螨虫是继跳蚤、苍蝇之后,最为猖獗的人类居室害虫。它专靠刺吸入的皮肤组织细胞、皮肤腺分泌的油脂等为生。螨虫一般长0.1-0.2毫米,种类很多,差不多有50万种,其中人体蠕形螨是人群中感染率较高的一种寄生虫,它寄生于毛囊和皮脂腺内,并以细胞液等为营养物质;其强壮的螯肢对宿主的皮肤组织也有破坏作用,使一部分感染者表现出临床症状;轻者出现皮肤瘙痒、小丘疹等,重者会导致酒渣鼻、毛囊炎、脂溢性皮炎和痤疮。而一般清洗用的洗衣液只能对衣服起到去污的作用,而不能起到杀菌的作用,为了人体健康着想,需要一种能够有效起到抑菌除螨作用的洗衣液。

本发明提供一种抑菌高效洗衣液,该洗衣液去污力强,同时具有杀菌除螨效果,杀菌时间短,杀菌效果好。
具体地,本发明提供一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂20-30份,茶皂素0.5-3份,硅酸钠0.5-3份,硫酸钠1-5份,柠檬酸钠0.5-2份,复合酶0.5-2份,聚六亚甲基双胍0.5-2份,聚天冬氨酸0.5-2份,乳化剂1-5份,螯合剂0.5-2份,有机溶剂5-10份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.1-0.5份,聚乙二醇0.1-0.5份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.5份,增稠剂1-5份,椰子油1-3份,香精0.1-0.5份,去离子水50-100份。

本发明另一方面提供所述抑菌高效洗衣液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取各原料备用;
(2)向反应釜中加入去离子水,升温到50-70℃,然后开始搅拌,并依次加入磺丁基-β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、乳化剂以及聚六亚甲基双胍,所述的搅拌速度为100~200r/min,搅拌时间20min;
(3)、步骤(2)完成后,向反应釜中依次加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠以及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌30min后,调节反应釜内反应液的pH=7~8;所述的搅拌速度为100~200r/min;
(4)、步骤(3)完成后,将反应釜降温至35℃,依次加入柠檬酸钠、复合酶以及椰子油,搅拌10min,然后加入茶皂素、硅酸钠、螯合剂以及硫酸钠,再搅拌10min;所述搅拌速度为100~200r/min;
(5)、步骤(4)完成后,依次向反应釜中加入聚天冬氨酸、有机溶剂、碳酸氢钠、增稠剂、香精,搅拌20min,所述搅拌速度为100~200r/min,即得。

一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂25份,茶皂素2份,硅酸钠2.5份,硫酸钠3份,柠檬酸钠1份,复合酶1份,聚六亚甲基双胍1份,聚天冬氨酸1份,乳化剂3份,螯合剂1.5份,有机溶剂6份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.3份,聚乙二醇0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,增稠剂3份,椰子油2份,香精0.2份,去离子水75份;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:2:1;
所述复合酶为半纤维素酶、角蛋白酶和葡萄糖氧化酶,三者的重量比为1:2:1;

(4)、步骤(3)完成后,将反应釜降温至35℃,依次加入柠檬酸钠、复合酶以及椰子油,搅拌10min,然后加入茶皂素、硅酸钠、螯合剂以及硫酸钠,再搅拌10min;所述搅拌速度为150r/min;
(5)、步骤(4)完成后,依次向反应釜中加入聚天冬氨酸、有机溶剂、碳酸氢钠、增稠剂、香精,搅拌20min,所述搅拌速度为150r/min,即得。
实施例2:
一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂20份,茶皂素0.5份,硅酸钠0.5份,硫酸钠1份,柠檬酸钠0.5份,复合酶0.5份,聚六亚甲基双胍0.5份,聚天冬氨酸0.5份,乳化剂1份,螯合剂0.5份,有机溶剂5份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.1份,聚乙二醇0.1份,碳酸氢钠0.1份,增稠剂1份,椰子油1份,香精0.1份,去离子水50份;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:2:1;

一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂30份,茶皂素3份,硅酸钠3份,硫酸钠5份,柠檬酸钠2份,复合酶2份,聚六亚甲基双胍2份,聚天冬氨酸2份,乳化剂5份,螯合剂2份,有机溶剂10份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.5份,聚乙二醇0.5份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,增稠剂5份,椰子油3份,香精0.5份,去离子水100份;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:2:1;
所述复合酶为半纤维素酶、角蛋白酶和葡萄糖氧化酶,三者的重量比为1:2:1;
所述乳化剂为蔗糖硬脂酸酯和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,二者的重量比为1:1;
所述螯合剂为酒石酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,二者的重量比为1:1;
所述有机溶剂为乙醇、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇和二乙二醇丁醚,三者的体积比为2:1:1;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取各原料备用;
(2)向反应釜中加入去离子水,升温到70℃,然后开始搅拌,并依次加入磺丁基-β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、乳化剂以及聚六亚甲基双胍,所述的搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌时间20min;
(3)、步骤(2)完成后,向反应釜中依次加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠以及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌30min后,调节反应釜内反应液的pH=8;所述的搅拌速度为200r/min;
(4)、步骤(3)完成后,将反应釜降温至35℃,依次加入柠檬酸钠、复合酶以及椰子油,搅拌10min,然后加入茶皂素、硅酸钠、螯合剂以及硫酸钠,再搅拌10min;所述搅拌速度为200r/min;
(5)、步骤(4)完成后,依次向反应釜中加入聚天冬氨酸、有机溶剂、碳酸氢钠、增稠剂、香精,搅拌20min,所述搅拌速度为200r/min,即得。
实施例4:
一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂20份,茶皂素3份,硅酸钠0.5份,硫酸钠5份,柠檬酸钠0.5份,复合酶2份,聚六亚甲基双胍0.5份,聚天冬氨酸2份,乳化剂1份,螯合剂2份,有机溶剂5份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.5份,聚乙二醇0.1份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,增稠剂1份,椰子油3份,香精0.1份,去离子水100份;
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:2:1;
所述复合酶为半纤维素酶、角蛋白酶和葡萄糖氧化酶,三者的重量比为1:2:1;
所述乳化剂为蔗糖硬脂酸酯和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,二者的重量比为1:1;
所述螯合剂为酒石酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,二者的重量比为1:1;
所述有机溶剂为乙醇、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇和二乙二醇丁醚,三者的体积比为2:1:1;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取各原料备用;
(2)向反应釜中加入去离子水,升温到55℃,然后开始搅拌,并依次加入磺丁基-β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、乳化剂以及聚六亚甲基双胍,所述的搅拌速度为120r/min,搅拌时间20min;
(3)、步骤(2)完成后,向反应釜中依次加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠以及椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌30min后,调节反应釜内反应液的pH=7.5;所述的搅拌速度为180r/min;
(4)、步骤(3)完成后,将反应釜降温至35℃,依次加入柠檬酸钠、复合酶以及椰子油,搅拌10min,然后加入茶皂素、硅酸钠、螯合剂以及硫酸钠,再搅拌10min;所述搅拌速度为140r/min;
(5)、步骤(4)完成后,依次向反应釜中加入聚天冬氨酸、有机溶剂、碳酸氢钠、增稠剂、香精,搅拌20min,所述搅拌速度为150r/min,即得。
对比例1(省略硫酸钠)
一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂25份,茶皂素2份,硅酸钠2.5份,柠檬酸钠1份,复合酶1份,聚六亚甲基双胍1份,聚天冬氨酸1份,乳化剂3份,螯合剂1.5份,有机溶剂6份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.3份,聚乙二醇0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,增稠剂3份,椰子油2份,香精0.2份,去离子水75份;
其他同实施例1。
对比例2(省略聚天冬氨酸)
一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂25份,茶皂素2份,硅酸钠2.5份,硫酸钠3份,柠檬酸钠1份,复合酶1份,聚六亚甲基双胍1份,乳化剂3份,螯合剂1.5份,有机溶剂6份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.3份,聚乙二醇0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,增稠剂3份,椰子油2份,香精0.2份,去离子水75份;
其他同实施例1。
对比例3(省略磺丁基-β-环糊精)
一种抑菌高效洗衣液,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂25份,茶皂素2份,硅酸钠2.5份,硫酸钠3份,柠檬酸钠1份,复合酶1份,聚六亚甲基双胍1份,聚天冬氨酸1份,乳化剂3份,螯合剂1.5份,有机溶剂6份,聚乙二醇0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,增稠剂3份,椰子油2份,香精0.2份,去离子水75份;
其他同实施例1。
对比例4
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:1;

试验例1去污力测试
抑菌高效洗衣液样品的去污力测试参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行,实验结果表明,实施例1-4以及对比例1-9制得的抑菌高效洗衣液对炭黑油污布、蛋白污布、皮脂污布去污值与标准洗衣液去污值的比值如表1所示。

表1的数据表明,本发明实施例1-4制备的抑菌高效洗衣液具有较强的去污力,同时表1的数据还表明本发明各个组分相互协同,省略其中的某些组分会使去污效果下降。
试验例2:抗菌性能测试
抑菌高效洗衣液样品的抗菌能力测试参照QB/T2738-2012《日化产品抗菌和抑菌效果的评价方法》进行,作用浓度1:100,作用时间20分钟,实验结果表明,实施例1~4及对比例1-9所有样品对大肠杆菌ATCC25922和金黄色葡萄糖菌ATCC6538的杀菌率如表2所示。

表2的数据表明,本发明实施例1-4制备的抑菌高效洗衣液具有较强的抑菌效果,同时表2的数据还表明本发明各个组分相互协同,省略其中的某些组分会使抑菌效果下降。
Claims (8)
1.一种抑菌高效洗衣液,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:表面活性剂20-30份,茶皂素0.5-3份,硅酸钠0.5-3份,硫酸钠1-5份,柠檬酸钠0.5-2份,复合酶0.5-2份,聚六亚甲基双胍0.5-2份,聚天冬氨酸0.5-2份,乳化剂1-5份,螯合剂0.5-2份,有机溶剂5-10份,磺丁基-β-环糊精0.1-0.5份,聚乙二醇0.1-0.5份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.5份,增稠剂1-5份,椰子油1-3份,香精0.1-0.5份,去离子水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物,它们的重量比为2:2:2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中复合酶为半纤维素酶、角蛋白酶和葡萄糖氧化酶,三者的重量比为1:2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中乳化剂为蔗糖硬脂酸酯和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,二者的重量比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中螯合剂为酒石酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,二者的重量比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中有机溶剂为乙醇、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇和二乙二醇丁醚,三者的体积比为2:1:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中增稠剂为黄原胶、卡拉胶或者角叉菜胶。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌高效洗衣液,其中香精为柠檬香精、玫瑰香精、薄荷香精或者薰衣草香精。
