Abstract
本发明公开了一种茶皂素的提取方法及其一种抑菌洗衣液的制作方法,确定了提取方法采用回流方法,液料比10︰1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数70%、回流时间时1h提取率最高达到4.18%。所述的洗衣液以茶皂素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙三醇、乳化剂OP‑10、水为主要原料,采用复配方法配新型抑菌洗衣液,对配的新型抑菌洗衣液进行了热稳定性试验、低温稳定性试验、抑菌验证实验等,结果显示所配的新型抑菌洗衣液表面活性、稠度均匀良好,且低温、高温稳定性良好,抑菌效果作用良好。特点:使用原料绿色环保无污染,使用安全,抑菌效果较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然非离子表面活性剂茶皂素的提取及抑菌洗衣液的研制方法。
背景技术
现代科技的快速发展提高了人民的物质生活水平,人们对于对健康的要求也在不断提高。中国茶叶资源丰富,2020年茶园面积与茶叶产量均居世界第一,但在传统茶叶出现产大于销的背景下,中低档茶和夏秋茶资源的利用率偏低,而茶叶深加工是提高茶资源利用率、茶产业规模与效益的重要途径,茶皂素生物活性理论研究与应用的不断深入将推动其相关功能产品的开发与市场拓展。
我国市售抑菌洗衣液主要是通过添加化学杀菌剂如邻苯基苯酚(OPP)、三氯羟基二苯醚(DP300)、4-氯-3,5-二甲酚(PCMX)、三氯均二苯脲(TCC)等来实现抑菌功能,但这类添加物不仅危害生态环境,而且对皮肤也有一定伤害,随着人们健康意识的不断提高以及国家相关环境保护政策的出台,越来越多的消费者倾向于选择洗涤效果好且环境相容性好的抑菌洗衣液,因此,利用天然产物作为有效抑菌成分的抑菌洗衣液备受关注。本专利确定了天然非离子表面活性剂茶皂素的提取方法,提取的茶皂素具有天然的抑菌功效。
发明内容:
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种茶叶中茶皂素的提取方法,并提供一种天然抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,能够解决衣物洗衣液的天然抑菌问题。
1.一种茶皂素的提取方法,其特征在于,确定了提取方法采用回流方法,液料比10︰1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数70%、回流时间时1h提取率最高达到4.18%。
2.在本发明一个较往实施例中,权利要求1所述的抑菌洗衣液中其特征在于:茶皂素是由茶树籽和茶叶提纯而得,茶皂素是一种非离子表面活性剂,不但绿色环保,而且对于洗衣液具有积极的抑菌作用。
所述的茶皂素的提取方法,其特征在于如下步骤:茶叶→粉碎→过筛→乙醇回流→过滤→浓缩→干燥→茶皂素。
所述的抑菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于如下步骤:
(1)分别称取十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、茶皂素10份、丙三醇1份、乳化剂OP-101 份将四者混合。
(2)量取氯化钠1份、水78份,将二者在一个烧杯中混合,并将混合好的溶液倒入(1)中混合。
(3)将混合好溶液加入1份色素,将烧杯放入调温加热套中运行加热,控制温度为65℃,并同时用精密増力电动搅拌器进行搅拌2小时。
(4)将搅拌加热好的溶液在常温室内静置24小时。抑菌洗衣液并没有发生分层现象,乳化度、粘稠度均良好,无结晶析出,无异味,由此可知在常温下抑菌洗衣液稳定性良好。
为证明本发明的有效性,申请人进行了以下试验:
将新型抑菌洗衣液分别置于温度40℃的水浴锅和温度为-5℃的冰箱内24小时,进行热稳定性试验和低温稳定性实验,发现配制的洗衣液并没有发生分层、沉淀以及混浊、变色现象。由此可知,抑菌洗衣液无论是高温还是低温均不会改变其化学结构,发生破乳现象,无论是高温还是低温下稳定性良好。
配制含有大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的衣物样品,模拟实际清洗情况,在使用抑菌洗衣液清洗后,对清洗后的衣物进行,抑菌率达到90%。
Claims (3)
1.一种抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于,抑菌成分为茶皂素,确定了提取方法采用回流方法,液料比10︰1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数70%、回流时间时1h提取率最高达到4.18%。
2.权利要求1所述的抑菌洗衣液包括如下重量组分:茶皂素10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、丙三醇1份、乳化剂OP-101份、色素1份、氯化钠1份、水78份制作而成。
3.权利要求1所述的抑菌洗衣液,其特征在于:茶皂素是茶、油茶、阿萨姆茶、山茶花和茶梅等山茶科、山茶属植物中所含皂素的统称,这种材料可以抑制微生物生长,而且对于去除纺织品污渍具有积极的去除作用。
