本发明公开了一种环氧树脂胶水,原料组成为:4,4‑二羟基二苯砜100份,环氧树脂胶110‑130份,聚酰胺15‑25份,丁腈8‑12份,丙酮0.1‑3份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的环氧树脂胶水,适用于强度高金属粘接。

本发明涉及一种环氧树脂胶水,属于粘胶技术领域。
背景技术
环氧树脂胶水是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质的分类方法。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的-1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、环氧树脂粘结类、厌氧环氧树脂胶水、UV环氧树脂胶水(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。

目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环氧树脂胶水。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环氧树脂胶水,其原料组成为:4,4-二羟基二苯砜100份,环氧树脂胶110-130份,聚酰胺15-25份,丁腈8-12份,丙酮0.1-3份,份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的环氧树脂胶水,其特征在于,其原料组成为:4,4-二羟基二苯砜100份,环氧树脂胶120份,聚酰胺7份,丁腈10份,丙酮1份,份数均为质量份数。

4,4-二羟基二苯砜100份,环氧树脂胶120份,聚酰胺7份,丁腈10份,丙酮1份,份数均为质量份数。
