本发明公开了一种金属胶粘剂,包括A组分和B组分,A组分原料组成为:氨酯四官能环氧树脂 15‑25份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 15‑25份,正硅酸乙酯 0.5‑1.5份;B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份;A:B为4:1‑5:1;份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的金属胶粘剂,用于金属粘接,粘接性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属胶粘剂,属于粘胶技术领域。
背景技术
金属胶粘剂是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质的分类方法。常见的有瞬间胶(常见的-1203瞬干胶-氰基丙烯酸乙酯强力瞬间接着剂是一种)、环氧树脂粘结类、厌氧金属胶粘剂、UV金属胶粘剂(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。
发明内容
目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种金属胶粘剂。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种金属胶粘剂,包括A组分和B组分,
A组分原料组成为:氨酯四官能环氧树脂 15-25份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 15-25份,正硅酸乙酯 0.5-1.5份;
B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B为4:1-5:1;份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述的金属胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,

B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B=41:10;份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述金属胶粘剂,其特征在于:包括A组分和B组分,A组分原料组成为:氨酯四官能环氧树脂 24份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 25份,正硅酸乙酯 1份;
B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B为5:1;份数均为质量份数。
作为优选方案,所述金属胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为丙酮和正醇的混合物,其中丙酮与正醇的质量比为7:3。
作为优选方案,所述金属胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述环氧促进剂为2,4,6—三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚。
有益效果:本发明提供的金属胶粘剂,固化条件:压力(MPa)/温度℃/时间(h):0.02/120℃/4h τ>20Mpa,150℃=12MPa,用于金属粘接,粘接性好。

实施例1:一种金属胶粘剂,包括A组分和B组分,
氨酯四官能环氧树脂 20份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 20份,正硅酸乙酯 1份;
B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B=41:10;份数均为质量份数。
实施例2:一种金属胶粘剂,包括A组分和B组分,
A组分原料组成为:氨酯四官能环氧树脂 24份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 25份,正硅酸乙酯1份;
B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B为5:1;份数均为质量份数。

A组分原料组成为:氨酯四官能环氧树脂 15-25份,聚乙烯矿缩甲乙醛 15-25份,正硅酸乙酯 0.5-1.5份;
B组分原料组成为:环氧促进剂 2份,有机溶剂8份; A:B为4:1-5:1;份数均为质量份数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,
