技术领域
本发明属于蜂蜜制品领域,具体涉及一种止咳润肠蜂蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医认为咳嗽是因外感六淫,脏腑内伤,影响于肺所致有声有痰之症。见《素问·五脏生成篇》。《素问病机气宜保命集》:“咳谓无痰而有声,肺气伤而不清也;嗽是无声而有痰,脾湿动而为痰也。咳嗽谓有痰而有声,盖因伤于肺气动于脾湿,咳而为嗽也”。
而蜂蜜中主要成分糖类(高热量来源),其它成分有多种氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、酵素、芳香物、色素、有机酸、酶类、抗氧化剂和生物活性物质等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、止咳通便之功效,味道甜蜜,含有大约35%葡萄糖,40%果糖,这两种糖都可以不经过消化作用而直接被人体所吸收利用。蜂蜜还含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐等,蜂蜜还是食物中含酶最多的一种,酶是帮助人体消化、吸收和一系列物质代谢及化学变化的促进物,蜂蜜还具有补脾胃,缓急止痛、润肺止咳、止咳通便、润肤生肌、解毒、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥、便秘等功能。蜂蜜虽然营养丰富,长期服用具有很好的保健作用, 但是其在针对某些特殊人群,例如中老年人、体质虚弱者、便秘患者等时,需要较长的时间才能有明显的效果,如果要快速起效,单一蜂蜜无法达到这一目的。
因此将蜂蜜结合中药合理调配,既保留蜂蜜的功效,充分发挥中药的保健作用,使得两者疗效互补保健效果明显是本领域所要解决的技术问题。

基于现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种药效明显,口感好的止咳润肠蜂蜜及其制造方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种止咳润肠蜂蜜,由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜55-60份,桂枝:5-10份,黄芩10-15份,天冬5-10份,杏仁10-15份,百部5-10份,金银花5-8份,党参3-5份,水20-25份。
优选的止咳润肠蜂蜜,由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜58份,桂枝:7份,黄芩12份,淫羊霍6份,天冬12份,杏仁13份,百部7份,金银花6份,党参4份,水23份。
一种上述止咳润肠蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的上述重量份的原料用粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将步骤1)中的粉碎原料过80-100目筛得到干粉;
(3)将上述重量份的蜂蜜加入到搅拌机内,搅拌过程中均匀加入步骤2)中的干粉搅拌15-25分钟至干粉与蜂蜜混合均匀后加入上述重量份数的水制得混合料;
(4)将步骤3)中的混合料灭菌30-35 min后在无菌条件下灌装即可。
本发明的止咳润肠蜂蜜具有中药特性,口感好,药效明显,止咳通便益气,蜂蜜掺加中药干粉的制备方法不仅简单而且能将中药的有效成分充分保留析出,与蜂蜜协同作用,能够有效提高机体免疫功能,不仅能够补中益气、健脾益肺、保肝肾、强筋骨、增强体质,本发明还具有蜂蜜和杏仁,百部,金银花搭配可止咳通便,行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀,适合于中老年人便秘及体虚者,肠道通畅,则血流通畅,体质增强,再配合桂枝,黄芩,天冬,党参组合使用,最大限度的提高了各组分的功效,发挥互补和提升的作用,达到益气补肾、消食开胃,抗菌消炎、提高免疫、保护心血管的功能,肾气充足则脾肺功能增强,免疫功能增强。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,实施例仅用来说明本发明, 并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:一种止咳润肠蜂蜜,由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜55份,桂枝:5份,黄芩10份,天冬5份,杏仁10份,百部5份,金银花5份,党参3份,水20份。
一种上述止咳润肠蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的上述重量份的原料用粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将步骤1)中的粉碎原料过80目筛得到干粉;
(3)将上述重量份的蜂蜜加入到搅拌机内,搅拌过程中均匀加入步骤2)中的干粉搅拌15分钟至干粉与蜂蜜混合均匀后加入上述重量份数的水制得混合料;
(4)将步骤3)中的混合料灭菌30 min后在无菌条件下灌装即可。
本发明产品低温避光保存,服用方法为:每次20g温水冲泡后,睡前饮用即可。
实施例2:一种止咳润肠蜂蜜,由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜58份,桂枝:7份,黄芩12份,淫羊霍6份,天冬12份,杏仁13份,百部7份,金银花6份,党参4份,水23份。
一种上述止咳润肠蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的上述重量份的原料用粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将步骤1)中的粉碎原料过90目筛得到干粉;
(3)将上述重量份的蜂蜜加入到搅拌机内,搅拌过程中均匀加入步骤2)中的干粉搅拌17分钟至干粉与蜂蜜混合均匀后加入上述重量份数的水制得混合料;
(4)将步骤3)中的混合料灭菌32 min后在无菌条件下灌装即可。
本发明产品低温避光保存,服用方法为:每次20g温水冲泡后,睡前饮用即可。
实施例3:一种止咳润肠蜂蜜,由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜60份,桂枝:10份,黄芩:15份,天冬10份,杏仁15份,百部10份,金银花8份,党参5份,水25份。
一种上述止咳润肠蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的上述重量份的原料用粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将步骤1)中的粉碎原料过100目筛得到干粉;
(3)将上述重量份的蜂蜜加入到搅拌机内,搅拌过程中均匀加入步骤2)中的干粉搅拌25分钟至干粉与蜂蜜混合均匀后加入上述重量份数的水制得混合料;
(4)将步骤3)中的混合料灭菌35 min后在无菌条件下灌装即可。

本发明的主要原材料的作用:
蜂蜜:具有补脾胃;护肤美容、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化、提高免疫、保护心血管功能,缓急止痛、润肺止咳、止咳通便、润肤生肌、解毒、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥、便秘等功能。
桂枝:发汗解肌,温通经脉,助阳化气,平冲降气。杏仁:苦,微寒,归肺,大肠经,止咳平喘,润肠通便。
百部:甘,苦,微温,归肺经,润肺止咳。
黄芩:清泄肺热火毒之本,切中痰热郁肺主要病机,直泻肺火清痰利气定喘咳又泄降膈上痰热,清上焦之火退发热烦渴。
党参:性味甘、平,具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴,含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄糖甙、皂甙及微量生物碱,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用。天冬:甘、苦,寒。归肺、肾经,养阴润燥,清肺生津。用于肺燥干咳,顿咳痰黏,咽干口渴,肠燥便秘。
金银花:甘,寒。归肺、心、胃经,清热解毒,凉散风热。用于痈肿疔疮, 喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
一、 对通便作用的研究。
1、 患者来源
随机选取某医院门诊收治的200例便秘患者, 其中男180例, 女120例, 年龄20-60岁,平均年龄33.4岁,病程 1-3年,平均2.3年。
将患者按照年龄、性别、病程平均分为 4 组,各组之间无统计学差异。
2、治疗方法
第1-4组的患者分别每天坚持按上述服用方法服用本发明的止咳润肠蜂蜜。
3、 疗效评价标准
显效:排便次数为2天内排便1次,性状变润,排便较治疗前明显通畅,短期内未复发;
好转:排便次数为3天内排便1次,性状变润,排便较前通畅但排便时仍有一定的困难;
未愈:排便次数、性状无明显改善。
4、治疗结果
按照上述治疗方法连续治疗28天,治疗效果如下表一所示:

28天的临床试验中,根据上述疗效评定标准得到治疗结果:有效共196例,有效率98%。
二、对止咳作用的研究。
临床资料:共观察14-65岁的皮肤血管瘤患者100 例, 其平均年龄为 42 岁,其中,男性52例,女性48例。
治疗方法:治疗组服用本发明止咳润肠蜂蜜,每天分两次饭后口服10-20g。
治疗结果:在临床使用本发明止咳润肠蜂蜜,服药的100例患者,服药3天疗程后,咳嗽症状明显缓解,服药6天后,咳嗽症状完全消失。临床试验 100 例患者中,痊愈95例,有效5例,总有效率为 100%。
典型病例
病例1:王某,女,20岁,因作息不规律等原因患者咳嗽不止,咳嗽少痰,略喘,口燥咽干,并伴有便秘,服用本发明止咳润肠蜂蜜,服药3天后,咳嗽症状明显减轻,服药6天后咳嗽痊愈,服药25天后排便较治疗前明显通畅,后随访无复发。
病例2:张某,男,30岁,咳嗽1个多月,因受凉后出现咳嗽,就诊时咳嗽阵作,干咳痰少,夜间咳嗽尤重,b查胸片、血常规正常,肺功能正常。但气道激发试验阳性。后服用本发明止咳润肠蜂蜜4天后,症状明显减轻,服药10天后,病情痊愈,后随访无复发。
Claims (3)
1.一种止咳润肠蜂蜜,其特征在于由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜55-60份,桂枝:5-10份,黄芩10-15份,天冬5-10份,杏仁10-15份,百部5-10份,金银花5-8份,党参3-5份,水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止咳润肠蜂蜜,其特征在于由按以下重量份配比的药料制备而成:蜂蜜58份,桂枝:7份,黄芩12份,淫羊霍6份,天冬12份,杏仁13份,百部7份,金银花6份,党参4份,水23份。
3.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的止咳润肠蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的上述重量份的原料用粉碎机粉碎;
(2)将步骤1)中的粉碎原料过80-100目筛得到干粉;
(3)将上述重量份的蜂蜜加入到搅拌机内,搅拌过程中均匀加入步骤2)中的干粉搅拌15-25分钟至干粉与蜂蜜混合均匀后加入上述重量份数的水制得混合料;
(4)将步骤3)中的混合料灭菌30-35 min后在无菌条件下灌装即可。
