Abstract

本发明公开了LED照明灯泡机构包括有散热器,在散热器上端一体成型半球体安装座,半球体安装座的中心轴与散热器的中心轴重合,在半球体安装座内部设有半球形缺槽,在半球体安装座上均布多个弧形PCB板和LED灯珠,在相邻LED灯珠之间的半球体安装座上设有能使半球形缺槽与半球体安装座外部连通的透气孔,在散热器上端套设有灯罩,在灯罩下端侧壁上设有若干个能连通灯罩内外两侧的导气孔,在半球形缺槽内设有排气扇装置。在散热筒体下端设有灯头,在所述散热筒体下端设有连接部,在所述连接部上设有散热孔,所述灯头通过导线与PCB板相连接,所述导线设置在散热孔内。本发明的目的提供一种散热效果好使用寿命长的LED灯。

背景技术
[0002] 现有的LED灯泡由于设计上的缺陷,其光效或散热效果都不尽人意,不能满足使用 者的需求,现有的LED灯泡一般采用固定形状的散热器散热,为了加大散热面积,一般在散 热器的外壁上密布散热翅片,但是散热过程中热量密集在散热器外壁,散热效果不太理想, 从而严重影响了其使用寿命。
[0003] 另外现有用于LED灯的散热器的体积相对较大,需要较大的存储空间,增大运输成 本。
[0004] 故此现有的LED灯有待进一步完善。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种LED照明灯泡机构。

[0007] LED照明灯泡机构,包括有散热器,在所述散热器上端一体成型半球体安装座,所 述半球体安装座的中心轴与散热器的中心轴重合,在所述半球体安装座内部设有半球形缺 槽,在所述半球体安装座上均布多个弧形PCB板,在所述弧形PCB板上设有LED灯珠,在相邻 LED灯珠之间的半球体安装座上设有能使半球形缺槽与半球体安装座外部连通的透气孔, 在所述散热器上端套设有灯罩,所述弧形PCB板和LED灯珠设置在灯罩内,在所述灯罩下端 侧壁上设有若干个能连通灯罩内外两侧的导气孔,所述散热器包括有散热筒体,在所述散 热筒体内设有能相对于散热筒体转动的散热器主体,在所述散热器主体外壁上设有多个能 卷缩在散热器主体上的散热薄片,在所述散热筒体上设有多个导向槽,所述散热薄片设置 在所述导向槽内,在所述半球形缺槽内设有排气扇装置。在散热筒体下端设有灯头,在所述 散热筒体下端设有连接部,在所述连接部上设有散热孔,所述灯头通过导线与PCB板相连 接,所述导线设置在散热孔内。

[0016] 综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
[0017] 本发明可结构简单,在散热器主体上的散热薄片能伸展,有效增大散热面积,把热 量传递到远离可展开式散热器,从而大大提高散热效果。本发明中散热薄片能卷缩在散热 器主体外壁,从而缩小体积,便于存放和运输。

[0025] 本发明中在所述散热筒体1上端内壁设有连接凹台5,在所述散热器主体2上端设 有连接凸台6,所述连接凸台6活动设置在连接凹台5内。散热器主体2的部分热量通过连接 凸台6传递到散热筒体1,从而加强散热效果。
[0026] 本发明中在所述散热器主体2端部设有能驱使散热器主体2转动的旋钮部7。本发 明中通过旋转旋钮部7可以控制散热薄片3的伸展和卷缩。

LED照明灯泡机构,包括有散热器(100),在所述散热器(100)上端一体成型有半球体 安装座(101 ),所述半球体安装座(101)的中心轴与散热器(100)的中心轴重合,在所述半球 体安装座(101)内部设有半球形缺槽(102),在所述半球体安装座(101)上均布多个弧形PCB 板,在所述弧形PCB板上设有LED灯珠(103 ),在相邻LED灯珠(103)之间的半球体安装座 (101)上设有能使半球形缺槽(102)与半球体安装座(101)外部连通的透气孔(104),在所述 散热器(100)上端套设有灯罩(105 ),所述弧形PCB板和LED灯珠(103)设置在灯罩(105)内, 在所述灯罩(105)下端侧壁上设有若干个能连通灯罩(105)内外两侧的导气孔(106),所述 散热器(100)包括有散热筒体(1 ),在所述散热筒体(1)内设有能相对于散热筒体(1)转动的 散热器主体(2),在所述散热器主体(2)外壁上设有多个能卷缩在散热器主体(2)上的散热 薄片(3),在所述散热筒体(1)上设有多个导向槽(4),所述散热薄片(3)设置在所述导向槽 (4)内,在所述半球形缺槽(102)内设有排气扇装置(107),在散热筒体(1)下端设有灯头 (308),在所述散热筒体(1)下端设有连接部(9),在所述连接部(9)上设有散热孔(8),所述 灯头(308)通过导线与PCB板相连接,所述导线设置在散热孔(8)内。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于所述的排气扇装置(107)包括 有透气安装座(1071 ),所述透气安装座(1071)通过连接螺钉连接在散热器主体(2)上,在所 述透气安装座(1071)内设有排气风扇(1072)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于在所述散热筒体(1)上端内壁 设有连接凹台(5),在所述散热器主体(2)上端设有连接凸台(6),所述连接凸台(6)活动设 置在连接凹台(5)内。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于所述灯罩(105)包括有罩体 (1051),在所述罩体(1051)下端设有卡接环(1052),所述卡接环(1052)卡接在连接凸台(6) 外侧边缘底面上。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于在所述散热器主体(2)端部设 有能驱使散热器主体(2)转动的旋钮部(7)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于在所述散热筒体(1)外壁上设 有连通散热筒体(1)内外的散热孔(8)。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于所述的导向槽(4)贯穿散热筒 体(1)的上端。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的LED照明灯泡机构,其特征在于所述散热薄片(3)与散热器主 体(2)-体成型。
