本发明公开了一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,包括有散热筒体,在散热筒体上端连接有反光罩,在散热筒体外壁上设有若干散热鳍片,在散热筒体内设有能相对于散热筒体转动的散热器主体,在散热器主体内设有空腔,在散热器主体的内壁均布有散热鳍片,在散热器主体外壁上设有多个能卷缩在散热器主体上的散热薄片,在散热筒体上设有多个导向槽,散热薄片设置在导向槽内,在散热薄片上密布有散热孔,在散热器主体上端部设有安装槽,在安装槽内设有LED芯片,在反光罩端部设有限位台,在限位台内设有透光玻璃,在反光罩上设有能将透光玻璃锁定在反光罩上的定位拨片。本发明结构简单,散热器能展开,散热效果好,安装拆卸方便。

一种带可展开散热器的筒灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带可展开散热器的筒灯。
背景技术
现有用于带可展开散热器的筒灯的散热器由于设计上的缺陷,其一般都是固定形状的,为了加大散热面积,一般在带可展开散热器的筒灯的外壁上密布散热翅片,但是散热过程中热量密集在带可展开散热器的筒灯外壁,散热效果不太理想。而且现有的带可展开散热器的筒灯必须通过卡簧固定,安装拆卸比较麻烦。
故此现有的带可展开散热器的筒灯有待进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,散热器能展开,散热效果好,安装拆卸方便的带可展开散热器的筒灯。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于:包括有散热筒体,在所述散热筒体上端连接有反光罩,在所述散热筒体外壁上设有若干散热鳍片,在所述散热筒体内设有能相对于散热筒体转动的散热器主体,在所述散热器主体内设有空腔,在所述散热器主体的内壁均布有散热鳍片,在所述散热器主体外壁上设有多个能卷缩在散热器主体上的散热薄片,在所述散热筒体上设有多个导向槽,所述散热薄片设置在所述导向槽内,在所述散热薄片上密布有散热孔,在所述散热器主体上端部设有安装槽,在所述安装槽内设有LED芯片,在所述反光罩端部设有限位台,在所述限位台内设有透光玻璃,在所述反光罩上设有能将透光玻璃锁定在反光罩上的定位拨片。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体一端上设有连接凹台,在所述散热器主体一端上设有连接凸台,所述连接凸台设置在连接凹台内。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热器主体端部设有能驱使散热器主体转动的旋钮部。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体外壁上设有连通散热筒体内外的散热孔。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于所述的导向槽贯穿散热筒体的上端。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体下端设有连接部,在所述连接部上设有连接槽,所述散热器主体下端设置在所述连接槽内。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述连接部上设有散热孔。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于所述散热薄片与散热器主体一体成型。
如上所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于所述的散热器主体和散热薄片均由泡沫铝合金材料制成,所述泡沫铝合金材料按重量百分比由以下组分组成:
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明带可展开散热器的筒灯结构简单,在散热器主体上的散热薄片能伸展,有效增大散热面积,把热量传递到远离带可展开散热器的筒灯,从而大大提高散热效果。本发明中散热薄片能卷缩在散热器主体外壁,从而缩小体积,便于存放。本发明中通过散热薄片的伸展能取代现有带可展开散热器的筒灯中卡簧的作用,安装拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至2所示的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,包括有散热筒体1,在所述散热筒体1上端连接有反光罩12,在所述散热筒体1外壁上设有若干散热鳍片11,在所述散热筒体1内设有能相对于散热筒体1转动的散热器主体2,在所述散热器主体2内设有空腔21,在所述散热器主体2的内壁均布有散热鳍片11,在所述散热器主体2外壁上设有多个能卷缩在散热器主体2上的散热薄片3,在所述散热筒体1上设有多个导向槽4,所述散热薄片3设置在所述导向槽4内,在所述散热薄片3上密布有散热孔8,在所述散热器主体2上端部设有安装槽13,在所述安装槽13内设有LED芯片14,在所述反光罩12端部设有限位台15,在所述限位台15内设有透光玻璃16,在所述反光罩12上设有能将透光玻璃16锁定在反光罩12上的定位拨片17。
本发明中在所述散热筒体1一端上设有连接凹台5,在所述散热器主体2一端上设有连接凸台6,所述连接凸台6设置在连接凹台5内。散热器主体2的部分热量通过连接凸台6传递到散热筒体1,从而加强散热效果。
本发明在所述散热器主体2端部设有能驱使散热器主体2转动的旋钮部7。本发明中通过旋转旋钮部7可以控制散热薄片3的伸展和卷缩。
本发明中在所述散热筒体1外壁上设有连通散热筒体1内外的散热孔8。所述的散热孔8有利于散热筒体1内外热量交换,提高散热效果。
本发明中所述的导向槽4贯穿散热筒体1的上端。散热筒体1与散热薄片3安装的时候,只需将散热薄片3依次放置在导向槽4内,然后转动散热器主体2使散热薄片3卷缩收纳在散热器主体2上,本发明中在散热薄片3端部可以设置限位块,防止散热薄片3过度卷缩。
本发明中在所述散热筒体1下端设有连接部9,在所述连接部9上设有连接槽10,所述散热器主体2下端设置在所述连接槽10内。
本发明中在所述连接部9上设有散热孔8。散热效果好。
本发明中所述散热薄片3与散热器主体2一体成型。
本发明的其中一种实施方法,所述的散热器主体2和散热薄片3均由泡沫铝合金材料制成,所述泡沫铝合金材料按重量百分比由以下组分组成:

1.一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于:包括有散热筒体(1),在所述散热筒体(1)上端连接有反光罩(12),在所述散热筒体(1)外壁上设有若干散热鳍片(11),在所述散热筒体(1)内设有能相对于散热筒体(1)转动的散热器主体(2),在所述散热器主体(2)内设有空腔(21),在所述散热器主体(2)的内壁均布有散热鳍片(11),在所述散热器主体(2)外壁上设有多个能卷缩在散热器主体(2)上的散热薄片(3),在所述散热筒体(1)上设有多个导向槽(4),所述散热薄片(3)设置在所述导向槽(4)内,在所述散热薄片(3)上密布有散热孔(8),在所述散热器主体(2)上端部设有安装槽(13),在所述安装槽(13)内设有LED芯片(14),在所述反光罩(12)端部设有限位台(15),在所述限位台(15)内设有透光玻璃(16),在所述反光罩(12)上设有能将透光玻璃(16)锁定在反光罩(12)上的定位拨片(17),所述散热薄片(3)与散热器主体(2)一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体(1)一端上设有连接凹台(5),在所述散热器主体(2)一端上设有连接凸台(6),所述连接凸台(6)设置在连接凹台(5)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热器主体(2)端部设有能驱使散热器主体(2)转动的旋钮部(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体(1)外壁上设有连通散热筒体(1)内外的散热孔(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于所述的导向槽(4)贯穿散热筒体(1)的上端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述散热筒体(1)下端设有连接部(9),在所述连接部(9)上设有连接槽(10),所述散热器主体(2)下端设置在所述连接槽(10)内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于在所述连接部(9)上设有散热孔(8)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带可展开散热器的筒灯,其特征在于所述的散热器主体(2)和散热薄片(3)均由泡沫铝合金材料制成,所述泡沫铝合金材料按重量百分比由以下组分组成:
三氧化二铝 10-45%
氧化锌 15-30%
镁粉 5-35%
石墨 8‐30%。
