Abstract

本发明提供了一种自锁式密封连接装置,所述装置中的活套刀口接管嵌入到活套连接螺母内,垫圈置于自封锁紧刀口螺柱与活套刀口接管之间。自封锁紧刀口螺柱外围设置有活套连接螺母,自封锁紧刀口螺柱的外端面上径向设置有凹槽I,自封锁紧刀口螺柱与活套连接螺母通过螺纹连接。活套连接螺母的径向端面上均匀设置有数个圆孔,锁紧钢珠置于圆孔内。在活套连接螺母的外围设置有钢珠压紧套、弹簧,在活套连接螺母中放置有挡环。本发明利用刀口密封与自锁的配合,能够实现快速连接,利用锁紧钢珠、弹簧与钢珠压紧套实现自锁目的,不易在振动(震动)等工作场所而产生松动,能长时间保持连接处密封的可靠性,本发明的结构简单,安装方便。

自锁式密封连接装置
技术领域
本发明属于密封装置技术领域,具体涉及一种自锁式密封连接装置。本发明适用于超高真空(10-6~10-10 Pa)、振动或震动环境条件下的管道密封连接,利用自锁性可以长期且很好的保证连接处密封的可靠性。
背景技术
目前,密封连接方式大都采用法兰、螺纹、卡箍等,防松装置采用弹簧垫圈等方式。不能长时间保持连接密封的可靠性,尤其在某些有频繁振动(震动)的工作场所,密封连接处易造成松动。
发明内容
为了解决超高真空、振动或震动环境条件下管道连接处长期密封可靠性,本发明提供一种自锁式密封连接装置,能够达到长期保持连接处密封的可靠性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明的自锁式密封连接装置,其特点是:所述的自锁式密封连接装置包括自封锁紧刀口螺柱、挡环、钢珠压紧套、锁紧钢珠、弹簧、垫圈、活套连接螺母、活套刀口接管。其连接关系是,活套刀口接管嵌入到活套连接螺母内,垫圈置于自封锁紧刀口螺柱与活套刀口接管之间。自封锁紧刀口螺柱外围设置有活套连接螺母,自封锁紧刀口螺柱的外端面上径向设置有凹槽I,自封锁紧刀口螺柱与活套连接螺母通过螺纹连接。活套连接螺母的径向端面上均匀设置有数个圆孔,锁紧钢珠置于圆孔内。在活套连接螺母的外围设置有钢珠压紧套、弹簧,在活套连接螺母的径向端面设置的凹槽II内放置有挡环。

本发明的自封锁紧刀口螺柱一端与连接的活套刀口接管的一端均采用刀口设置,自封锁紧刀口螺柱一端的刀口与放入活套连接螺母内的活套刀口接管的刀口在螺纹旋紧的作用下挤压到垫圈内部,达到高密封目的。利用安装在活套连接螺母上的锁紧钢珠、钢珠压紧套与弹簧的作用,实现自锁的效果,使自封锁紧刀口螺柱与活套连接螺母紧密的连接成一体,不会导致松动。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明利用刀口密封与自锁的配合,能够实现快速连接,利用锁紧钢珠、弹簧与钢珠压紧套实现自锁目的,使连接件与被连接件成为一体,不易在振动(震动)等工作场所而产生松动,能长时间保持连接处密封的可靠性,本发明的结构简单,安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
图1是本发明的自锁式密封连接装置的结构示意图,在图1中,本发明的自锁式密封连接装置包括自封锁紧刀口螺柱1、挡环2、钢珠压紧套3、锁紧钢珠4、弹簧5、垫圈6、活套连接螺母7、活套刀口接管8。其连接关系是,活套刀口接管8嵌入到活套连接螺母7内,垫圈6置于自封锁紧刀口螺柱1与活套刀口接管8之间。自封锁紧刀口螺柱1外围设置有活套连接螺母7,自封锁紧刀口螺柱1的外端面上径向设置有凹槽I,自封锁紧刀口螺柱1与活套连接螺母7通过螺纹连接。活套连接螺母7的径向端面上均匀设置有数个圆孔,锁紧钢珠4置于圆孔内。在活套连接螺母7的外围设置有钢珠压紧套3、弹簧5,在活套连接螺母7的径向端面设置的凹槽II内放置有挡环2,对钢珠压紧套3起到固定作用。
所述的活套连接螺母7上圆孔与凹槽I在径向对应设置,锁紧钢珠4置于圆孔内,工作时锁紧钢珠4在自封锁紧刀口螺柱1的凹槽I内上下定向移动,达到自封锁紧刀口螺柱1与活套连接螺母7两连接件的自锁目的。
所述的活套连接螺母7上设置的圆孔数量为三个。
本发明的自封锁紧刀口螺柱一端与连接的活套刀口接管的一端均采用刀口设置,自封锁紧刀口螺柱一端的刀口与放入活套连接螺母内的活套刀口接管的刀口在螺纹旋紧的作用下挤压到垫圈内部,达到高密封目的。
本发明的装配过程与工作原理如下:
将活套刀口接管8外径较小的一端从活套连接螺母7内径较大的一端插入到活套连接螺母7的另一端,根据需要活套刀口接管8、自封锁紧刀口螺柱1不带刀口的一端与要连接的管道采用扣压、焊接等方式连接。其次,在活套连接螺母7的端面上开有小孔的位置上放入锁紧钢珠4,然后依次在活套连接螺母7放入锁紧钢珠4的并安装弹簧5、钢珠压紧套3,将钢珠压紧套3向右推移,将挡环2安装在活套连接螺母7开有凹槽II的槽内。
连接过程中,首先在活套连接螺母7内孔中放入垫圈6至另一端底部,将安装在活套连接螺母7断面上的钢珠压紧套3向右推移,待自封锁紧刀口螺柱1插入到活套连接螺母7中无法推进时,松开钢珠压紧套3。然后利用工具旋紧自封锁紧刀口螺柱1与活套连接螺母7,当自封锁紧刀口螺柱1旋入到活套连接螺母7内一定深度时,自封锁紧刀口螺柱1的端面上的刀口与安装在活套连接螺母7中的活套刀口接管8端面上的刀口切入到垫圈内部,而此时锁紧钢珠4便自动掉入到自封锁紧刀口螺柱1凹槽I的槽内,安装在活套连接螺母7端面上的钢珠压紧套3在弹簧5的作用复位并压紧锁紧钢珠4,使自封锁紧刀口螺柱1与活套连接螺母7在锁紧钢珠4的作用下紧密相连,形成一体。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的结构相同,不同之处是:所述的活套连接螺母7上设置的圆孔数量为六个。

1.一种自锁式密封连接装置,其特征是:所述的自锁式密封连接装置包括自封锁紧刀口螺柱(1)、挡环(2)、钢珠压紧套(3)、锁紧钢珠(4)、弹簧(5)、垫圈(6)、活套连接螺母(7)、活套刀口接管(8);其连接关系是,活套刀口接管(8)嵌入到活套连接螺母(7)内,垫圈(6)置于自封锁紧刀口螺柱(1)与活套刀口接管(8)之间;自封锁紧刀口螺柱(1)外围设置有活套连接螺母(7),自封锁紧刀口螺柱(1)的外端面上径向设置有凹槽I,自封锁紧刀口螺柱(1)与活套连接螺母(7)通过螺纹连接;活套连接螺母(7)的径向端面上均匀设置有数个圆孔,锁紧钢珠(4)置于圆孔内;在活套连接螺母(7)的外围设置有钢珠压紧套(3)、弹簧(5),在活套连接螺母(7)的径向端面设置的凹槽II内放置有挡环(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自锁式密封连接装置,其特征是:所述的活套连接螺母(7)上圆孔与凹槽I在径向对应设置。
