技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车尾气过滤装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车已经成为人们外出的代步交通工具,随着汽车数量的增多,含有污染环境的粉尘和有害成份的汽车尾气对环境带来的影响也越来越明显。减少汽车污染物的排放是目前环保的一项重要任务。
现有的汽车尾气过滤装置过滤汽车尾气的方式有多种,但这些汽车尾气过滤装置往往通过某一道过滤环节对汽车尾气进行过滤,之后便将汽车尾气排出,去除汽车尾气中的有害物质的效果有限,依然造成环境的污染。因此,有必要提供一种汽车尾气过滤装置,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车尾气过滤装置,可对汽车尾气进行多道过滤和处理,有效去除汽车尾气中的有害物质。同时,本发明还提供了一种汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车尾气过滤装置,包括进气口、与所述进气口连通的过滤腔、与所述过滤腔相连通的U形反应管、与所述U形反应管相连通的喷淋腔以及与所述喷淋腔相连通的排气口;
所述过滤腔中沿进气方向依次设有活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器;所述U形反应管内设有氧化性溶液;所述喷淋腔一侧设有尿素箱;所述尿素箱通过喷嘴与所述喷淋腔相连通;所述尿素箱内设有尿素。
所述进气口的直径等于所述排气口的内径。
所述活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器与所述过滤腔的内壁可拆卸连接。
所述氧化性溶液为碳酸钠溶液或氢氧化钠溶液。
汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料,由Al2O3多孔陶瓷以及涂覆在其表面的凝胶薄膜组成,Al2O3多孔陶瓷的孔密度为500cpsi,孔道壁厚为3.5mil,体积为0.80L;凝胶薄膜由N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺20%、异丙醇铝15%、硅酸乙酯15%、钛酸四丁酯15%、表面活性剂10%、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯5%、聚乙二醇5%、地共同甙5%和纯水10%制成。
汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、将异丙醇铝、表面活性剂、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯、聚乙二醇和地共同甙加入纯水中,边搅拌边加热至60℃,然后保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合1小时;
②、向混合液中加入硅酸乙酯,保持温度60℃,保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合2小时;
③、向混合液中加入钛酸四丁酯,保持温度60℃,保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合2小时;
④、向混合液中加入N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺,升温至80℃,保持6000r/min转速搅拌混合半小时,冷却至常温得到凝胶薄膜;
⑤、将Al2O3多孔陶瓷浸泡在凝胶薄膜中,保持温度为50℃,超声震动浸渍30分钟,取出后自然干燥;
⑥、将浸渍涂覆凝胶薄膜的Al2O3多孔陶瓷在500℃下热处理2小时,即得汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的汽车尾气过滤装置,包括进气口、与进气口连通的过滤腔、与过滤腔相连通的U形反应管、与U形反应管相连通的喷淋腔以及与喷淋腔相连通的排气口;过滤腔中沿进气方向依次设有活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器;U形反应管内设有氧化性溶液;喷淋腔一侧设有尿素箱;尿素箱通过喷嘴与喷淋腔相连通;尿素箱内设有尿素;可通过活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器、氧化性溶液和尿素对汽车尾气进行多道过滤和处理,有效去除汽车尾气中的有害物质。
2)、陶瓷膜过滤器采用汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料制成,该材料的过滤效率高,对尾气中的有害颗粒进行高效吸附去除。同时,还可以避免陶瓷基体上薄膜开裂现象的出现。
3)、汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料的制备方法,工艺过程简单,操作简便,生产效率高。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种汽车尾气过滤装置,包括进气口1、与进气口1连通的过滤腔2、与过滤腔2相连通的U形反应管3、与U形反应管3相连通的喷淋腔4以及与喷淋腔4相连通的排气口5。
具体地,过滤腔2中沿进气方向依次设有活性炭过滤网21、HEPA过滤网22和陶瓷膜过滤器23。
具体地,活性炭过滤网21、HEPA过滤网22和陶瓷膜过滤器23与过滤腔2的内壁可拆卸连接。
汽车尾气通过进气口1进入过滤腔2,并经过活性炭过滤网21、HEPA过滤网22和陶瓷膜过滤器23三次过滤,可有效去除汽车尾气中的有害颗粒。
进一步,U形反应管3内设有氧化性溶液31。具体地,氧化性溶液31为碳酸钠溶液或氢氧化钠溶液。氧化性溶液31可吸收废气中的部分氮氧化物,气体经过U形反应管3时,有害气体与氧化性溶液31充分接触,从而使大颗粒产生沉降。
进一步,喷淋腔4一侧设有尿素箱41;尿素箱41通过喷嘴42与喷淋腔4相连通;尿素箱41内设有尿素43,可用通过喷嘴42将尿素箱41中的尿素43喷淋至喷淋腔4内的汽车尾气,减少汽车尾气中的氮氧化物污染。
具体地,进气口1的直径等于排气口5的内径。
综上所述,本发明的汽车尾气过滤装置,包括进气口、与进气口连通的过滤腔、与过滤腔相连通的U形反应管、与U形反应管相连通的喷淋腔以及与喷淋腔相连通的排气口;过滤腔中沿进气方向依次设有活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器;U形反应管内设有氧化性溶液;喷淋腔一侧设有尿素箱;尿素箱通过喷嘴与喷淋腔相连通;尿素箱内设有尿素;可通过活性炭过滤网、HEPA过滤网和陶瓷膜过滤器、氧化性溶液和尿素对汽车尾气进行多道过滤和处理,有效去除汽车尾气中的有害物质。
实施例2
汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料,由Al2O3多孔陶瓷以及涂覆在其表面的凝胶薄膜组成,Al2O3多孔陶瓷的孔密度为500cpsi,孔道壁厚为3.5mil,体积为0.80L;凝胶薄膜由N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺20%、异丙醇铝15%、硅酸乙酯15%、钛酸四丁酯15%、表面活性剂10%、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯5%、聚乙二醇5%、地共同甙5%和纯水10%制成。
实施例3
依据实施例2的配方制备汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料的方法,步骤如下:
①、将异丙醇铝、表面活性剂、2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯、聚乙二醇和地共同甙加入纯水中,边搅拌边加热至60℃,然后保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合1小时;
②、向混合液中加入硅酸乙酯,保持温度60℃,保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合2小时;
③、向混合液中加入钛酸四丁酯,保持温度60℃,保持3000r/min转速搅拌混合2小时;
④、向混合液中加入N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺,升温至80℃,保持6000r/min转速搅拌混合半小时,冷却至常温得到凝胶薄膜;
⑤、将Al2O3多孔陶瓷浸泡在凝胶薄膜中,保持温度为50℃,超声震动浸渍30分钟,取出后自然干燥;
⑥、将浸渍涂覆凝胶薄膜的Al2O3多孔陶瓷在500℃下热处理2小时,即得汽车尾气过滤装置用陶瓷膜过滤材料。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,实施例只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (4)
1.一种汽车尾气过滤装置,其特征在于,包括进气口(1)、与所述进气口(1)连通的过滤腔(2)、与所述过滤腔(2)相连通的U形反应管(3)、与所述U形反应管(3)相连通的喷淋腔(4)以及与所述喷淋腔(4)相连通的排气口(5);
所述过滤腔(2)中沿进气方向依次设有活性炭过滤网(21)、HEPA过滤网(22)和陶瓷膜过滤器(23);所述U形反应管(3)内设有氧化性溶液(31);所述喷淋腔(4)一侧设有尿素箱(41);所述尿素箱(41)通过喷嘴(42)与所述喷淋腔(4)相连通;所述尿素箱(41)内设有尿素(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述进气口(1)的直径等于所述排气口(5)的内径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述活性炭过滤网(21)、HEPA过滤网(22)和陶瓷膜过滤器(23)与所述过滤腔(2)的内壁可拆卸连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述氧化性溶液(31)为碳酸钠溶液或氢氧化钠溶液。
