Abstract

一种环保型包装纸箱的配方,属于瓦楞纸制造技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型包装纸箱的配方。所述的环保型包装纸箱的配方包括木浆、淀粉、聚乙烯醇树脂、邻苯二甲酸酐、高沸纯木质素、微粉氢氧化铝、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、六甲基磷酰三胺、硅藻泥、高级脂肪酸钠、去离子水。能够提高包装纸箱的耐压性能,通过通过微粉氢氧化铝和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚提高包装纸箱的阻燃性能,并且可通过硅藻泥吸附空气中的污浊气体,通过高级脂肪酸钠与空气中的过酸物质进行反应,能够保护环境。

技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸制造技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型包装纸箱的配方。
背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产,同时随着这些产品的生产,其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。基于上述原因一种好的瓦楞纸板对于制作一种使用性能更佳的纸箱来说具有相当的重要性。现有的瓦楞纸板主要有两层面纸层和一层芯纸层构成,芯纸层置于面纸层之间。此种瓦楞纸板只适用于外包装,而对于诸如玻璃、瓷器、工艺品等易碎物品来说,其包装更要考虑其耐冲击性能,由于现有的瓦楞纸板耐冲击性能不佳,因此在运输过程中,通常需要在纸箱内填充一些泡沫塑料或其他泡沫塑料或其他泡沫轻质材料,以防止箱内物品因挤压造成损伤。不过因为这样也造成了较严重的白色污染,不利用可持续发展。
发明内容
为克服现有技术所存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种环保型包装纸箱的配方,能够解决上述技术问题。
本发明要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:设计一种环保型包装纸箱的配方,所述的环保型包装纸箱的配方包括木浆、淀粉、聚乙烯醇树脂、邻苯二甲酸酐、高沸纯木质素、微粉氢氧化铝、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、六甲基磷酰三胺、硅藻泥、高级脂肪酸钠、去离子水。

本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明所述的环保型包装纸箱的配方包括木浆、淀粉、聚乙烯醇树脂、邻苯二甲酸酐、高沸纯木质素、微粉氢氧化铝、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、六甲基磷酰三胺、硅藻泥、高级脂肪酸钠、去离子水。能够提高包装纸箱的耐压性能,通过通过微粉氢氧化铝和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚提高包装纸箱的阻燃性能,并且可通过硅藻泥吸附空气中的污浊气体,通过高级脂肪酸钠与空气中的过酸物质进行反应,能够保护环境。
