本发明公开了一种纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺及其应用,包括下列步骤:1)配制抗菌液:将下列组份按照重量份数进行配制:抗菌组份8‑9份,发泡组份0.3‑0.35份,余量为水加至100份;2)将步骤1)中的抗菌液通过发泡机发泡,并通过管道输送到定型设备的压辊口;3)将骨架无纺布通过压辊,同时发泡机持续发泡,泡沫涂覆在无纺布上,通过压辊,控制涂覆量为无纺布重量的35%;4)将涂覆好的无纺布经过90度低温热辊定型,使无纺布60%干燥,车速控制在20M/min;5)最后,经过蒸汽烘干机,温度调至140℃,车速35M/min,烘干收卷。本发明抗菌防霉性能更持久。

Description

纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织物的整理工艺,具体来说,是纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上用于纺织物的抗菌滤网主要是银系列产品,主要原理就是将银系列产品通过后整理方式做到滤网表面,采用这种方法制成的产品往往能够保证抗菌的效果,但是没有防霉的性能。不仅如此,银系列产品的抗菌剂有一个缺陷,就是在光照,高温等情况下会发生颜色的变化,导致产品在生产、储存和使用时对环境有很高的要求。
由于高温变色的条件限制,颗粒银的抗菌滤网在生产时,抗菌组份只能附着在纤维的表面,无法嵌入纤维内部。这种情况容易导致颗粒银发生迁移,颗粒过小的银,会透过滤网漂浮到空气中,成为污染源,很多劣质的产品,在环保上很难过关;而有机银系列产品,虽然对纤维有很好的亲和力,但是抗菌效果很弱,无法起到很好的抗菌性能。
因为抗菌滤网的空隙比较大,在低克重,低密度的滤网上实现高效防霉,难度很大。普通抗菌防霉产品,在滤网的空隙之间也会滋生霉菌,导致抗菌防霉性能不完全。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种能够让纺织物具有抗菌防霉功能的整理工艺。
技术方案:本发明采用如下技术手段加以实现:纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺,包括下列步骤:
1)配制抗菌液:将下列组份按照重量份数进行配制:抗菌组份8-9份,发泡组份0.3-0.35份,余量为水加至100份;
2)将步骤1)中的抗菌液通过发泡机发泡,并通过管道输送到定型设备的压辊口;
3)将骨架无纺布通过压辊,同时发泡机持续发泡,泡沫涂覆在无纺布上,通过压辊,控制涂覆量为无纺布重量的35%;
4)将涂覆好的无纺布经过90度低温热辊定型,使无纺布60%干燥,车速控制在20M/min;
5)最后,经过蒸汽烘干机,温度调至140℃,车速35M/min,烘干收卷。
作为优选,所述的抗菌组份为吡啶硫铜锌。
作为优选,所述的发泡组份为十二烷基硫酸钠。
本发明还公开了纺织物防霉的整理工艺在汽车空调滤清器的应用。
有益效果:本发明和现有技术相比,抗菌组份在高温的作用下可以嵌入到纤维内部,不容易发生迁移,从而成为污染源,更加环保,产品的外观不会因为高温,光照而发生改变,生产、储存要求低,能保证滤网空隙之间的细菌也能被有效的杀灭。具有真实有效的防霉性能,有效去除经过滤网的霉菌孢子,抗菌性能更优良,抗菌的组份由于嵌入在纤维内部,抗菌、防霉性能更持久。
具体实施方式
本发明中,原料清单如下:
抗菌组分:吡啶硫铜锌
Sanitized TH 22-27,水溶性吡啶硫铜锌盐乳液Sanitized AG(瑞士山宁泰)
发泡组分:十二烷基硫酸钠
K12,水性十二烷基硫酸钠粉体苏州源泰润化工
实施例1:
一种纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺,包括下列步骤:
1)配制抗菌液:将下列组份按照重量份数进行配制:抗菌组份8份,发泡组份0.3份,余量为水加至100份;
2)将步骤1)中的抗菌液通过发泡机发泡,并通过管道输送到定型设备的压辊口;
3)将骨架无纺布通过压辊,同时发泡机持续发泡,泡沫涂覆在无纺布上,通过压辊,控制涂覆量为无纺布重量的35%;
4)将涂覆好的无纺布经过90度低温热辊定型,使无纺布60%干燥,车速控制在20M/min;
5)最后,经过蒸汽烘干机,温度调至140℃,车速35M/min,烘干收卷。

2)将步骤1)中的抗菌液通过发泡机发泡,并通过管道输送到定型设备的压辊口;
3)将骨架无纺布通过压辊,同时发泡机持续发泡,泡沫涂覆在无纺布上,通过压辊,控制涂覆量为无纺布重量的35%;
4)将涂覆好的无纺布经过90度低温热辊定型,使无纺布60%干燥,车速控制在20M/min;
5)最后,经过蒸汽烘干机,温度调至140℃,车速35M/min,烘干收卷。
实施例4:
纺织物防霉的整理工艺在汽车空调滤清器的应用。空调滤清器由抗菌层、骨架层、活性炭层、熔喷层和静电棉层五层结构以及设置在该五层结构周围的封装包围而成。其中,熔喷层为熔喷无纺布层,抗菌层通过本申请的整理工艺所制成。
为了进一步体现本申请的有益效果,现特列举下列试验例:

1.纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺,包括下列步骤:
1)配制抗菌液:将下列组份按照重量份数进行配制:抗菌组份8-9份,发泡组份0.3-0.35份,余量为水加至100份;
2)将步骤1)中的抗菌液通过发泡机发泡,并通过管道输送到定型设备的压辊口;
3)将骨架无纺布通过压辊,同时发泡机持续发泡,泡沫涂覆在无纺布上,通过压辊,控制涂覆量为无纺布重量的35%;
4)将涂覆好的无纺布经过90度低温热辊定型,使无纺布60%干燥,车速控制在20M/min;
5)最后,经过蒸汽烘干机,温度调至140℃,车速35M/min,烘干收卷。
2.如权利要求1所述的纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的抗菌组份为吡啶硫铜锌。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的纺织物抗菌防霉的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述的发泡组份为十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.如权利要求1-3中所述的纺织物防霉的整理工艺在汽车空调滤清器的应用。
