尘螨过敏引起的呼吸道疾病为当今世界第六严重的健康问题,据估计,50~80%的哮喘是由尘螨引起的,螨虫还能引起湿疹、干草热、花粉热及其它过敏性疾病。螨虫以食屑、皮屑、毛发等为食,在20~25℃、60~80%湿度的全暗环境下生长,大多寄生于床垫、被褥等寝具上,也寄生于食品、药品以及猫、鼠等小动物的身体上。其本体、尸体和粪便附于衣被上或飘在空气中,对环境造成很大污染。由于家庭空调和地毯的普及,被褥、床垫等大件纺织品曝晒不便,数以千计的尘螨在床上、枕头、被褥、装饰织物和地毯里生存,它们会制造一种烈性的过敏原质,引起人类呼吸道疾病以及皮肤疾病的发作,对儿童老人的危害特别大。
发明内容
本发明要解决为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌防哮喘被套面料生产工艺,其制取得到的被套面料具有良好的抗菌、抗螨虫性能,能够有效降低呼吸道疾病的发生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种抗菌被套面料,其主要作用是防止一些蚊虫,等昆虫的细菌,主要是起到了一个面料有抗菌,防蚊虫等特点。
本发明所述的抗菌被套面料,其中,通过以下方法:通过将半成品的被套面料熔入存在化学成分的水池中进行浸轧处理,然后通过烘干、水洗、烘焙。 将上述处理后的半成品的织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后进行烘干、水洗、烘培。
本发明所述的抗菌被套面料,其中,所述整理液还包括:所用整理液包含天然抗菌剂、化学抗菌剂、分散剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、铵盐、次磷酸钠、氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅烷;天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得的密度为1.18~1.2g/ml的提取液。
本发明所述的抗菌被套面料,其中,所述整理液还包括:天然抗菌剂20~25ml/L,化学抗菌剂20~30g/L,分散剂2~3g/L,粘合剂140~160g/L,增稠剂20~30g/L,铵盐5~6g/L,次磷酸钠4~10g/L,氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷2~3g/L。本发明采用天然抗菌剂和化学抗菌联合使用的方法,在提高防螨效果的同时,延长了抗菌防螨效果的时间。本发明发现,并不是所有的天然抗菌剂和化学抗菌剂联合使用都会产生这样的效果
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。实施例1中分散剂由六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按照质量比1:1.5:1混合配制得到,粘合剂为丙烯酸酯,增稠剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氧化乙烯按照质量比0.8:1.2:1配制得到。
实施例
配置质量浓度为4%的水玻璃溶液,按质量比0.5:1:2称取蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶,浸提浓缩得到密度为1.2g/ml的提取液,按照质量比1:1.5:0.5:3:1称取甲基异噻唑啉酮、重量份的二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛粉和正硅酸乙酯混合配制化学抗菌剂。称取各原料配置成整理液,配置的整理液组分如下:
天然抗菌剂20ml/L,化学抗菌剂30g/L,分散剂2g/L,粘合剂160g/L,增稠剂20g/L,硫酸氢铵6g/L,次磷酸钠4g/L,氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷3g/L;
将棉质半成品织物在水玻璃溶液中浸轧处理,然后60~80℃烘干、水 洗、60~80℃焙烘;
将S1处理后的半成品织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后60~80℃焙烘、水洗、60~80℃烘干制得成品抗菌防哮喘被套面料。
本发明采用天然抗菌剂和化学抗菌联合使用的方法,在提高防螨效果的同时,延长了抗菌防螨效果的时间。
Claims (1)
1.一种抗菌被套面料,其特征在于它的一个整理液:所用整理液包含天然抗菌剂、化学抗菌剂、分散剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、铵盐、次磷酸钠、氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅烷;天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得的密度为1.18~1.2g/ml的提取液。一种抗菌被套面料生产工艺,其特征在于,其包括如下操作:S1:将半成品织物在水玻璃溶液中浸轧处理,然后烘干、水洗、焙烘;S2:将S1处理后的半成品织物在整理液中进行超声浸轧处理,然后焙烘、水洗、烘干,即得;所述的整理液包含如下组分:天然抗菌剂20~25ml/L,化学抗菌剂20~30g/L,分散剂2~3g/L,粘合剂140~160g/L,增稠剂20~30g/L,铵盐5~6g/L,次磷酸钠4~10g/L,氟基烷基聚醚改性聚硅氧烷2~3g/L;所述的天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶按质量比0.5:1:2混合,浸提得到的密度为1.18~1.2g/ml的提取液;所述的化学抗菌剂由1~1.2重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、1~1.5重量份的二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、0.5~1重量份的壳聚糖、2~3重量份纳米二氧化钛粉和1~1.2重量份正硅酸乙酯混合配制得到。所述的天然抗菌剂为蛇床子、野菊花、艾叶按照质量比0.5:1:2混合浸提得到的密度为1.18g/ml的提取液;所述的化学抗菌剂由1.2重量份的甲基异噻唑啉酮、1重量份的二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、1重量份的壳聚糖、2.5重量份纳米二氧化钛粉和1.2重量份正硅酸乙酯混合配制得到。所述的抗菌被套面料生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1、S2中在60~80℃进行烘干和焙烘。
