Abstract

本发明涉及一种衣物整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然植物提取物14~17份,甜杏仁油2~3份,异丙醇0.5~0.8份,甘露醇0.3~0.6份,醋酸3~5份,乳化硅油0.08~0.15份,三氯生0.01~0.03份,精油2~3份,去离子水68~75份;所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物8~11份,丁香提取物3~6份,艾蒿提取物6~9份,木棉提取物18~21份;所述精油包括藏茴香精油4~6份,尤加利精油14~17份,肉桂精油2~3份。本发明还涉及所述衣物整理剂的制备方法,用该整理剂整理过的衣物柔软,不易起皱、缩水、掉色、产生异味,可抑制细菌滋生,同时,延长衣物的使用寿命,适用于各种面料的衣服、床上用品等。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物整理领域,更具体地,涉及一种衣物整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的要求也越来越高,不再满足于蔽体、保暖等生理需求,还需要衣物来满足人们装饰、打扮的需要,因此对于衣物的质量与长时间的使用也有了进一步的要求。因为衣物多为贴身物品,随着长时间穿着使用,沾染人体身上的汗液等,容易滋生细菌、产生异味,经过多次漂洗之后衣物还会产生褪色、发黄、起皱、变硬等问题,导致衣物质量降低甚至无法再使用。因此,为了提高衣物质量以及使用次数,需要对其进行有效整理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种衣物整理剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述衣物整理剂的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种衣物整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然植物提取物14~17份,甜杏仁油2~3份,异丙醇0.5~0.8份,甘露醇0.3~0.6份,醋酸3~5份,乳化硅油0.08~0.15份,三氯生0.01~0.03份,精油2~3份,去离子水68~75份。
进一步地,所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物8~11份,丁香提取物3~6份,艾蒿提取物6~9份,木棉提取物18~21份。
进一步地,所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为55~75mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。
进一步地,所述艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物的制备方法为:取艾蒿叶、木棉花分别粉碎成100g粉末,按1g:10 mL的固液比分别加入体积浓度75%的乙醇,分别进行超声波提取3次,提取时间分别为50min、40min、30min,分别合并提取液,分别过滤后浓缩至70mL,即得艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物。
进一步地,所述所述精油包括藏茴香精油4~6份,尤加利精油14~17份,肉桂精油2~3份。
本发明还提供了所述衣物整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备天然植物提取物:分别制备雪松提取物、丁香提取物、艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物,并按比例混合,得到天然植物提取物;
(2)将天然植物提取物、甜杏仁油、异丙醇、甘露醇、去离子水混合,在30℃搅拌10~15min,升温至40℃加入醋酸、乳化硅油,搅拌15~20min,再加入三氯生和精油,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
本发明使用方法:将衣物放入整理剂中浸泡10~20分钟,再水洗晾晒或烘干即可。避免将该整理剂直接喷洒在衣物上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种衣物整理剂,采用特殊的原料配方,用该整理剂整理过的衣物柔软,不易起皱、缩水、掉色、产生异味,可抑制细菌滋生,同时,延长衣物的使用寿命,适用于各种面料的衣服、床上用品等。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种衣物整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然植物提取物14份,甜杏仁油3份,异丙醇0.5份,甘露醇0.6份,醋酸3份,乳化硅油0.15份,三氯生0.01份,精油3份,去离子水68份。
所述所述精油包括藏茴香精油6份,尤加利精油14份,肉桂精油3份。
所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物8份,丁香提取物6份,艾蒿提取物6份,木棉提取物21份。
所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为55mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。
所述艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物的制备方法为:取艾蒿叶、木棉花分别粉碎成100g粉末,按1g:10 mL的固液比分别加入体积浓度75%的乙醇,分别进行超声波提取3次,提取时间分别为50min、40min、30min,分别合并提取液,分别过滤后浓缩至70mL,即得艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物。

所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物11份,丁香提取物3份,艾蒿提取物9份,木棉提取物18份。
所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为75mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。
所述艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物的制备方法为:取艾蒿叶、木棉花分别粉碎成100g粉末,按1g:10 mL的固液比分别加入体积浓度75%的乙醇,分别进行超声波提取3次,提取时间分别为50min、40min、30min,分别合并提取液,分别过滤后浓缩至70mL,即得艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物。

所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物9份,丁香提取物5份,艾蒿提取物7份,木棉提取物20份。
所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为60mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。
所述艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物的制备方法为:取艾蒿叶、木棉花分别粉碎成100g粉末,按1g:10 mL的固液比分别加入体积浓度75%的乙醇,分别进行超声波提取3次,提取时间分别为50min、40min、30min,分别合并提取液,分别过滤后浓缩至70mL,即得艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物。

所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物10份,丁香提取物4份,艾蒿提取物8份,木棉提取物20份。
所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为70mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。

(2)将天然植物提取物、甜杏仁油、异丙醇、甘露醇、去离子水混合,在30℃搅拌10min,升温至40℃加入醋酸、乳化硅油,搅拌20min,再加入三氯生和精油,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
实施例6
取实施例1~4任意实施例的组分制备衣物整理剂,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备天然植物提取物:分别制备雪松提取物、丁香提取物、艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物,并按比例混合,得到天然植物提取物;
(2)将天然植物提取物、甜杏仁油、异丙醇、甘露醇、去离子水混合,在30℃搅拌15min,升温至40℃加入醋酸、乳化硅油,搅拌15min,再加入三氯生和精油,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
实施例7
取实施例1~4任意实施例的组分制备衣物整理剂,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备天然植物提取物:分别制备雪松提取物、丁香提取物、艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物,并按比例混合,得到天然植物提取物;
(2)将天然植物提取物、甜杏仁油、异丙醇、甘露醇、去离子水混合,在30℃搅拌12min,升温至40℃加入醋酸、乳化硅油,搅拌18min,再加入三氯生和精油,搅拌均匀,得到成品。

1.一种衣物整理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量分数的各组分组成:天然植物提取物14~17份,甜杏仁油2~3份,异丙醇0.5~0.8份,甘露醇0.3~0.6份,醋酸3~5份,乳化硅油0.08~0.15份,三氯生0.01~0.03份,精油2~3份,去离子水68~75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物整理剂,其特征在于,所述天然植物提取物包括雪松提取物8~11份,丁香提取物3~6份,艾蒿提取物6~9份,木棉提取物18~21份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物整理剂,其特征在于,所述雪松提取物和丁香提取物的制备方法为:取雪松木、丁香花,分别粉碎成100g粉末,再分别用水蒸气蒸馏,分别收集蒸馏液,收集蒸馏液的量分别为55~75mL,再分别过滤后得到雪松提取物和丁香提取物。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的衣物整理剂,其特征在于,所述艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物的制备方法为:取艾蒿叶、木棉花分别粉碎成100g粉末,按1g:10 mL的固液比分别加入体积浓度75%的乙醇,分别进行超声波提取3次,提取时间分别为50min、40min、30min,分别合并提取液,分别过滤后浓缩至70mL,即得艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物。

6.根据权利要求1或5所述衣物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备天然植物提取物:分别制备雪松提取物、丁香提取物、艾蒿提取物和木棉提取物,并按比例混合,得到天然植物提取物;
(2)将天然植物提取物、甜杏仁油、异丙醇、甘露醇、去离子水混合,在30℃搅拌10~15min,升温至40℃加入醋酸、乳化硅油,搅拌15~20min,再加入三氯生和精油,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
