Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the drum washing machine of the present invention is further described in detail by the following embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a drum washing machine, including: the electric bucket comprises a frame 100, a bucket body 200, a damper 300 and a motor 400, wherein the bucket body 200 is supported in the frame 100 through the damper 300, and the motor 400 is arranged at the bottom of the bucket body 200 and is positioned on one side of the axial vertical plane of the bucket body 200; the number of the dampers 300 is plural, the plurality of dampers 300 are distributed on both sides of the axial vertical plane of the tub 200, and the number of the dampers 300 located on the same side of the tub 200 as the motor 400 is greater than the number of the dampers 300 on the other side.
It should be noted that, the tub 200 refers to an entirety including a rotatable drum and a washing machine tub for accommodating the rotatable drum, and the motor 400 is used for driving the rotatable drum to rotate, thereby causing the tub 200 to vibrate violently, which is how to reduce the vibration amplitude of the entire tub 200.
In this embodiment, the damping characteristics of the damper 300 are used to reduce the vibration of the tub 200 and consume the kinetic energy thereof, and the damper 300 provides the movement resistance to the tub 200, thereby reducing the amplitude of the tub 200. When the washing machine is operated, particularly, when the washing machine enters a dehydration program from a washing program, a large amplitude is easily generated in the process of increasing the speed of the drum from low-speed rotation to high-speed rotation, the drum can be rapidly increased from a low-speed state to a high-speed state through the damper 300, and as the washing machine is operated as long as the rotating speed of the drum is higher than the rotating speed of the resonance frequency, the amplitude of vibration of the tub 200 is reduced more and more along with the increase of the rotating speed of the drum, so that the energy of the vibration can be prevented from being transmitted to the shell of the washing machine, and the tub 200 is.
In addition, the plurality of dampers 300 are non-uniformly distributed, and the number of dampers 300 located on the same side of the tub 200 as the motor 400 is greater than that of dampers 300 located on the other side, so that the influence of the weight of the motor 400 on the amplitude can be reduced, and a better vibration reduction effect can be achieved.
Further, the drum washing machine further includes a suspension spring 110, and one end of the suspension spring 110 is connected to the top of the tub 200 and the other end is connected to the frame 100. The number of the suspension springs 110 may be one, two, three, and the like, in this embodiment, two suspension springs 110 are provided, and the two suspension springs 110 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the top axis of the barrel 200, so as to further reduce the vibration of the barrel 200.
In a preferred embodiment, there are three dampers 300, wherein two dampers 300 are located on the same side of the vertical plane of the barrel 200 in the axial direction, close to the motor 400; another damper 300 is located on the other side of the axial mid-plane of the tub 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, further, one ends of three dampers 300 are connected to the bottom of the tub 200, and the other ends are connected to the frame 100; the projections of the connecting lines between the three dampers 300 and the connecting points of the frame 100 on the horizontal plane form an isosceles triangle, wherein the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle is 30-35 degrees.
Since there are many factors causing the drum 200 of the drum washing machine to vibrate largely, especially in the dehydration process, in which laundry is unevenly distributed in the drum to form an eccentric load, an exciting force acting periodically is generated, which is a main cause of the vibration of the washing machine. The center of the resultant spring force of the suspension spring 110 of the washing machine, the center of the resultant resistance of the damper 300, and the total center of mass of the entire tub 200 have deviations, so that the tub 200 of the washing machine generates left-right swing and twisting in two transition stages of starting and stopping, and the movement of the tub 200 of the washing machine is a combined movement of the left-right swing and the twisting, and the displacement curve is complicated and variable.
The resultant force center of the exciting forces is located on the center plane of the tub 200 and the drum rotation axis line as viewed from the side of the washing machine, the resultant force center of the exciting forces is located at the drum rotation axis center as viewed from the front of the washing machine, and the resultant force center of the exciting forces is located at the middle point of the height of the triangle formed by the dampers 300 as viewed from the top of the washing machine. The total mass center of the whole barrel body 200 can be adjusted through the balancing weight, so that the total mass center of the whole barrel body 200 passes through the resultant force center of the exciting force and the resultant spring force center of the suspension spring 110, the projection of the total mass center of the whole barrel body 200 on the horizontal plane is located on the height of an isosceles triangle formed by the three dampers 300, and the stress on the side of the single damper 300 is twice that on the side of the double dampers 300 according to the decomposition of any force system on the plane.
Under the condition that the angle of the damper 300 supporting the tub 200 is fixed, assuming that the eccentricity formed by the load is fixed, the larger the vertex angle alpha of an isosceles triangle formed by the three dampers 300 is, the larger the component force of the tub 200 borne by the damper 300 is, the larger the torsion angle of the damper 300 is, so that the amplitude of vibration of the tub 200 is larger, and therefore, the larger the force conducted to the outer shell of the washing machine is, the larger the vibration of the machine shell is, and therefore, the acting force on the machine shell can be reduced by reducing the angle value of alpha. However, when the angle α is as small as 30 ° or less, the suspension angle of the suspension spring 110 of the washing machine with respect to the vertical direction is greater than 12 °, causing the tub 200 to largely shake left and right in the washing machine frame 100, and even to collide with the frame 100 and the washing machine casing to be deformed.
Therefore, the projections of the connecting lines between the three dampers 300 and the connecting points of the frame 100 on the horizontal plane are isosceles triangles, wherein the vertex angles of the isosceles triangles are 30-35 degrees, so that the dampers 300 play a better vibration damping role for the tub 200, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of causing large vibration and even displacement of the washing machine, being beneficial to maintaining the stability of the operation of the washing machine, and being capable of avoiding the phenomenon of causing deformation due to the large amplitude of the tub 200 impacting the frame 100 and the shell of the washing machine.
Referring to fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment, the damper 300 includes a damper cylinder 310 and a damper rod 320, an upper end of the damper cylinder 310 is connected to the tub 200, and a lower end of the damper rod 320 is connected to the frame 100; the upper end of the damping rod 320 is insert-fitted into the damping cylinder 310 from the lower end of the damping cylinder 310 and is reciprocally movable within the damping cylinder 310.
The damper 300 of the present embodiment generates a large reverse frictional force by reciprocating between the damping rod 320 and the damping cylinder 310, so that when the damping rod 320 is coupled to the frame 100 and the damping cylinder 310 is coupled to the tub 200, a motion resistance can be provided to reduce the vibration amplitude of the tub 200.
Further, the upper end of the damping cylinder 310 can rotate relative to the tub 200, and the lower end of the damping rod 320 can rotate relative to the frame 100, so that the angle of the damper 300 in each direction can be effectively adjusted, and the phenomenon that the tub 200 is jammed during movement can be avoided.
There are various structures in which the upper end of the damping cylinder 310 rotates relative to the tub 200 and the lower end of the damping rod 320 can rotate relative to the frame 100, and preferably, the upper end of the damping cylinder 310 is provided with a first mounting hole 311 and the lower end of the damping rod 320 is provided with a second mounting hole 321.
Specifically, the bottom of the barrel body 200 is provided with a fixing screw hole, and a long screw passes through the first mounting hole 311 and is in threaded connection with the fixing screw of the barrel body 200; the frame 100 is provided with a fixing seat, the fixing seat is provided with a pin hole, and the pin passes through the second mounting hole 321 and the pin hole in sequence to fix two ends of the pin with the fixing seat.
Further, rubber rings are arranged in the first mounting hole 311 and the second mounting hole 321, and the effects of reducing vibration and preventing abrasion are achieved.
Or, the upper end of the damping cylinder 310 is provided with a first ball head, and the lower end of the damping rod 320 is provided with a second ball head. Specifically, a first spherical arc seat is arranged at the bottom of the barrel body 200, and a first ball head can be clamped in the first spherical arc seat; the frame 100 is provided with a second spherical arc seat, and the second ball head can be clamped in the second spherical arc seat.
Through the above embodiments, the drum washing machine provided in the embodiment of the present invention greatly weakens the vibration amplitude of the tub 200 during the operation of the washing machine by the supporting manner of the damper 300, avoids the phenomenon of causing large vibration and even displacement of the washing machine, is beneficial to maintaining the stability of the operation of the washing machine, and can avoid the phenomenon of deformation caused by the large amplitude of the tub 200 impacting the frame 100 and the casing of the washing machine.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
