All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a washing tub assembly of a drum washing machine, including an outer tub 10, an inner tub 20, a damping assembly and a driving device 70, the outer tub 10 being provided at a radial outer circumference thereof with an outer opening 11, the inner tub 20 being rotatably provided in the outer tub 10, the radially outer periphery of the inner barrel 20 is provided with an inner opening 21 which is alignable with the outer opening 11, it being understood that, the outer opening 11 is sealed by an openable closure door (not shown), which, during normal operation of the drum washing machine, the closure door is closed, thereby sealing the drum 20, and when it is desired to insert or remove laundry with respect to the drum 20, the closure door is opened, in which condition, the inner opening 21 is aligned with the outer opening 11, and the outer opening 11 is maintained aligned with a laundry taking and putting port (not shown) provided in a vertical direction of the cabinet, thereby facilitating a user to take the laundry.
The through holes 12 are respectively formed at two axial ends of the outer cylinder 10, and a rotating shaft is respectively arranged at two axial ends of the inner cylinder 20 and used for supporting the inner cylinder 20, wherein one of the two rotating shafts is a transmission shaft 30 and used for being connected with the driving device 70, the other rotating shaft is a supporting shaft 40, and the transmission shaft 30 and the supporting shaft 40 are respectively arranged in the corresponding through holes 12 in a penetrating manner.
The vibration damping members include two vibration damping members, which are respectively disposed at two ends of the outer cylinder 10 and are respectively rotatably connected to a rotating shaft, for example, the vibration damping members include a first vibration damping member 50 and a second vibration damping member 60, the first vibration damping member 50 and the second vibration damping member 60 are respectively disposed adjacent to two ends of the outer cylinder 10 in the axial direction and respectively rotatably support the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40, the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40 can provide two fulcrums to the inner cylinder 20 in the axial direction to support the inner cylinder, and the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40 are connected to the corresponding vibration damping members in a manner of passing through the through hole 12 without contacting the outer cylinder 10, so that the vibration amplitude of the inner cylinder 20 is prevented from being transmitted to the outer cylinder 10 to cause. The first vibration damping assembly 50 is disposed between the driving device 70 and the outer tub 10, the transmission shaft 30 is inserted into the first vibration damping assembly 50 and is in driving connection with the driving device 70, and since the rotation of the inner tub 20 receiving the driving force of the driving device 70 and the vibration generated by the operation of the driving device 70 are substantially absorbed by the first vibration damping assembly 50 and the second vibration damping assembly 60, the vibration transmitted to the cabinet is greatly reduced or even substantially eliminated, thereby greatly reducing the noise generated when the drum washing machine operates. In summary, since the two axial ends of the inner drum 20 of the drum washing machine of the present invention are respectively supported by the transmission shaft 30 and the first vibration damping assembly 50, and the support shaft 40 and the second vibration damping assembly 60, the outer drum 10 is not subjected to vibration of the inner drum 20 to cause vibration amplitude, so that it is beneficial to fix working parts, controllers, pipelines or/and cables on the outer drum 10 itself or at a position very close to the outer drum 10, and no or few vibration gaps are required to be reserved, thereby contributing to reducing the overall volume and height of the drum washing machine, reducing the volume and optimizing the design of the pipelines, and ensuring the normal operation of the controllers to improve the control stability of the drum washing machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 with emphasis, in one embodiment, the drum washing machine further includes a pair of sealing rings 80 fixed in one of the through holes 12, respectively, and having ring holes 82, and the driving shaft 30 and the supporting shaft 40 are inserted into the corresponding ring holes 82. In this way, each sealing ring 80 improves the sealing performance for the corresponding through hole 12, and improves the stability of the operation of the inner cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in one embodiment, each sealing ring 80 is provided with a plurality of circles of concentric protrusions 81, and the vibration of the transmission shaft 30, which may be transmitted to the sealing ring 80, can be buffered by the plurality of circles of concentric protrusions 81, so as to further prevent the outer cylinder 10 from being affected by the vibration of the inner cylinder 20. Preferably, the concentric protrusions 81 are constructed in a corrugated structure, so that the expansion range of the sealing ring 80 in the radial direction is larger, vibration during operation of the inner cylinder can be accommodated, and the sealing effect is ensured.
Further, the outer edge of the sealing ring 80 is provided with a first annular flange 83 along the circumferential direction thereof, the end wall of the outer cylinder 10 is provided with a first annular mounting groove along the circumferential direction of the through hole 12, and the first annular flange 83 is used for being embedded into the first annular mounting groove to realize sealing connection therewith. The inner edge of the sealing ring 80 is formed with a second annular flange 84 along its circumference, said second annular flange 84 being adapted to be inserted into and sealingly engage the second annular mounting groove.
Referring with emphasis to fig. 2, in one embodiment, each of the first and second vibration damping assemblies 50, 60 is provided with a bearing seat 51, 61 having a support cavity 51A, 61A and a second annular mounting groove 51B, 61B surrounding the outer periphery of the support cavity 51A, 61A, each of the second annular mounting grooves 51B, 61B and a ring hole 82 of a corresponding seal ring 80 can be connected in a sealing manner by clamping, screwing or the like, the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40 are respectively inserted into the corresponding support cavities 51A, 61A, therefore, by the sealing connection of the second annular mounting grooves 51B, 61B and the annular hole 82, the sealing performance of the corresponding through hole 12 is improved, the first vibration damping assembly 50 and the second vibration damping assembly 60 are reliably connected with the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40 respectively and exert enough supporting force, so that vibration of the drive shaft 30 and the support shaft 40, which is brought about by the operation of the inner tube 20, can be effectively damped.
In one embodiment, the drum washing machine further comprises a bearing 90 and an oil seal 100 at a side of the first vibration damping assembly 50 facing the outer tub 10, wherein the bearing 90 is disposed in the support cavity 51A and rotatably supports the transmission shaft 30, the bearing 90 functions to support the entire power running system when the transmission shaft 30 transmits power, and the oil seal 100 allows the transmission shaft 30 to pass through and is in sealed connection with the support cavity 51A, so that the oil seal 100 keeps the bearing 90 sealed in the support cavity 51A in a lubrication manner.
In one embodiment, the inner and outer barrels 20, 10 have the same central axis about which the drive shaft 30, support shaft 40 and seal ring 80 are centered, so that the inner barrel 20 is well positioned relative to the outer barrel 10 and is relatively independently supported and damped by each damping assembly.
In one embodiment, the outer tub 10 is fixedly connected directly to the cabinet, and since the outer tub 10 is hardly vibrated by the inner tub 20, the outer tub 10 can be fixedly connected directly inside the drum washing machine, for example, by a screw connection without providing a vibration damping member, thereby saving costs.
Referring to fig. 1 with emphasis, in one embodiment, the outer circumference of the outer tub 10 is provided with a plurality of pairs of ribs 13 extending in a radial direction, and a gap between each pair of ribs 13 is provided for a working part or a cable such as a power supply line or a data line to be disposed therebetween, so that, since the amplitude of the inner tub 20 is not transmitted to the outer tub 10 to cause its vibration, not only the working part and the cable are not displaced by disposing the working part or the cable directly on the outer tub 10 and being limited by the pair of ribs 13, but also the overall volume and height of the cabinet are further reduced since the vibration gap is eliminated and the disposition space of the working part or the cable is saved.
In one embodiment, the driving device 70 includes a DD motor and a belt motor, so that the drum washing machine of the present invention can adopt different driving devices according to actual needs and obtain the same vibration reduction effect, when the driving device 70 is the DD motor, the DD motor includes a motor stator 71 and a motor rotor 72, the motor rotor 72 is driven by the transmission shaft 30 to transmit a rotation force to the inner drum 20, and the inner drum 20 is driven by the DD motor to rotate at a high speed or a low speed to realize different clothes treatment modes.
With particular reference to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 7, in one embodiment each damping assembly comprises a plurality of cylindrical dampers, i.e.: a vibration absorber 52, 62 and a pair of dampers 53, 63 which are disposed at both sides of the vibration absorber 52, 62 at the same angle of, for example, 30 °, the other end of each vibration absorber 52, 62 and each damper 53, 63 is provided with a fixed end fixed to the casing, at which a stud or bolt, etc. can be provided and fixed to a screw hole corresponding to the casing, since the inner tube 20 contains laundry, which is unbalanced in the inner tube 20 when the laundry is rotated, and the unbalance causes the amplitude of vibration of the inner tube 20 to be particularly protruded when the inner tube is rotated at a high speed, in which case the amplitude of vibration is reduced or even eliminated by each cylindrical damper, in particular, the amplitude of vibration is transmitted to the cylindrical damper of the first vibration attenuation module 50 by the bearing 90 disposed in the first vibration attenuation module 50, and, through repeated tests by providing each cylindrical damper with the vibration absorber 52, 62 and the damper 53, 63 disposed at the same angle as, the vibration damping effect is provided to the transmission shaft 30 and the support shaft 40 in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and thus the vibration of the inner tub 20 and the driving device 70 is greatly attenuated or even substantially eliminated when being transmitted to the cabinet after being subjected to the vibration damping treatment by the cylindrical vibration dampers, thereby greatly reducing the noise generated during the operation of the drum washing machine.
In one embodiment, each fixed end is located at the same horizontal plane and fixed with the bottom of the casing, since the whole weight of the drum washing machine is concentrated on the outer drum 10 and the inner drum 20 and the accessory parts located thereon, and the stability is higher according to the object with the lower gravity center, the outer drum 10, the inner drum 20 and each vibration damping component can be located at the position with the lower gravity center inside the drum washing machine by fixing each fixed end with the bottom of the casing, thereby greatly helping the dynamic stability of the washing machine, not causing the casing to vibrate and make noise greatly, and greatly optimizing the noise vibration of the whole machine.
