Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用多酶清洗包,包括清洗剂和用于包裹清洗剂的多层清洗包,医用多酶清洗包为液态清洗包、固态清洗包或者液固混合态清洗包;清洗包的材质为水溶性膜材料,所述清洗包为单层、双层或三层水溶性薄膜的结构。且每一层薄膜遇水溶解的时间不同。本发明清洗效果好,使用方便,能去除常见医疗器械上的污物,如血渍、脂肪、蛋白等,且清洗包结构新颖,充分考虑到了临床手工清洗的实际情况。

一种医用多酶清洗包
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用多酶清洗包,属于洗涤剂领域。
背景技术
目前国内医院供应室手工清洗器械时所用的清洗剂均为液体型,一经稀释后,酶开始发挥效力,一小时内酶活已降低至原来的一半。根据国内相关规范要求,建议每四小时更换一次,此时的酶活已经大大降低。然而在实际操作中由于受到器械处理量大,器械周转快,升温速度慢等的限制,绝大多数医院还做不到四小时一换,这样一方面随着清洗剂成分的消耗使清洗力大为下降,一方面器械所带的污物易引起交差感染,使器械清洗质量得不到保障。
为了解决这一问题,本发明提供了一种医用多酶清洗包,该医用多酶清洗包不仅能有效去除、分解医疗器械上的血渍、污物,同时由于其多层的结构特点,可以在不用更换或添加清洗液的基础上提高清洗效力,省时省力;同时其中含有杀菌成分,提高清洗力的同时,有效杀灭微生物,避免二次污染。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种医用多酶清洗包。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种清洗剂,包括以下组分及各组分的质量份数别为:
所述低泡表面活性剂为烷醇聚醚化合物、烷基糖苷、季铵盐及其衍生物、烷基咪唑啉盐中的一种或几种。优选为烷醇聚醚化合物和季铵盐及其衍生物的混合物。
所述多酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶中的一种或几种。
所述溶剂为丙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇苯醚、甘油、水、甲氧基甲基丁醇中的一种或几种。优选为丙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、甘油和水中的一种或几种。
所述稳定剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、硼砂、硼酸、氯化镁、氯化钙、三乙醇胺、EDTA及其钠盐、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠和亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠中的一种或几种。优选为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、硼砂、氯化钙、EDTA-2Na中的一种或几种。
所述清洗剂为液态或固态。
一种医用多酶清洗包,包括上述的清洗剂和用于包裹清洗剂的多层清洗包,所述医用多酶清洗包为液态清洗包、固态清洗包或者液固混合态清洗包;
所述清洗包的材质为水溶性膜材料,所述清洗包为单层、双层或三层水溶性薄膜的结构。
所述水溶性膜材料为聚乙烯醇、明胶、纤维素、淀粉、壳聚糖及其衍生物中的一种或几种。优选为聚乙烯醇及其衍生物。
所述清洗包的水溶性薄膜的水溶时间为5秒至4小时。
当清洗包为三层水溶性薄膜的结构,外层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间优选为5秒至30秒,中间层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间优选为1小时至2小时,内层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间优选为1小时至4小时。水溶性薄膜材料的水溶时间可根据薄膜厚度进行调节。
有益效果:本发明提供的医用多酶清洗包,清洗剂置于水溶性包装薄膜内,清洗包可做成含有单层、双层或三层水溶性薄膜的结构,且每一层薄膜遇水溶解的时间不同。本发明清洗效果好,使用方便,能去除常见医疗器械上的污物,如血渍、脂肪、蛋白等,且清洗包结构新颖,充分考虑到了临床手工清洗的实际情况。具有以下优点:(1)多层水溶性薄膜结构,可以在不用更换或添加清洗液的基础上提高清洗效力;(2)省时省力;(3)含杀菌成分,有效杀灭微生物,避免交叉污染;(4)结构新颖,运输、储存条件简单;(5)清洗效果佳,低温下仍保持较高清洗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1:
实施例1中所述的TRITONTM DF-12为美国陶氏公司的产品;TRITON BG-10是烷基糖苷类化合物,为美国陶氏的产品。
实施例1制备的医用多酶清洗包内容物为固体粉末状,可做成三层结构。外层的水溶性薄膜在40℃时溶解时间≤30秒,中间层和内层水溶性薄膜在40℃时溶解时间≤600秒。此清洗包清洗效果佳,低泡易漂洗,储存方便,同时具有较好的杀菌作用,且对304不锈钢片无任何腐蚀。
实施例2:
实施例2中所述的Pluronic PE 6200是EO、PO嵌段聚醚,为美国巴斯夫公司的产品;TRITON BG-10是烷基糖苷类化合物,为美国陶氏的产品。
实施例2制备的医用多酶清洗包内容物为液状,可做成三层结构。外层的水溶性薄膜在40℃时溶解时间15秒,中间层和内层水溶性薄膜在40℃时溶解时间2小时。此清洗包清洗效果佳,低泡易漂洗,储存方便,同时具有较好的杀菌作用,且对304不锈钢片无任何腐蚀。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种清洗剂,包括以下组分及各组分的质量份数别为:
低泡表面活性剂 1-20份
多酶 0.1-20份
溶剂 1-90份
稳定剂 1-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述低泡表面活性剂为烷醇聚醚化合物、烷基糖苷、季铵盐及其衍生物、烷基咪唑啉盐中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述多酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丙二醇、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇苯醚、甘油、水、甲氧基甲基丁醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、硼砂、硼酸、氯化镁、氯化钙、三乙醇胺、EDTA及其钠盐、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠和亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述清洗剂为液态或固态。
7.一种医用多酶清洗包,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洗剂和用于包裹清洗剂的多层清洗包,所述医用多酶清洗包为液态清洗包、固态清洗包或者液固混合态清洗包;
所述清洗包的材质为水溶性膜材料,所述清洗包为单层、双层或三层水溶性薄膜的结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的医用多酶清洗包,其特征在于:所述水溶性膜材料为聚乙烯醇、明胶、纤维素、淀粉、壳聚糖及其衍生物中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的医用多酶清洗包,其特征在于:所述清洗包的水溶性薄膜的水溶时间为5秒至4小时。
10.根据权利要求7所述的医用多酶清洗包,其特征在于:当清洗包为三层水溶性薄膜的结构,外层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间为5秒至30秒,中间层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间为1小时至2小时,内层水溶性薄膜的水溶时间为1小时至4小时。
