Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑10‑30份、石墨10‑20份、氯丁橡胶1‑5份、氧化铅2‑8份、胶粘剂1‑5份、四氧化三铁1‑3份、混合溶剂20‑40份。本发明的目的是在于提供一种节能环保、功效全面的金属防锈干膜润滑剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工的技术领域,具体地说是一种耐高温干膜润滑剂。
背景技术
干膜润滑是借助于粘结剂将固体润滑剂、耐磨添加剂等牢固地粘结在运动的摩擦表面上起耐磨润滑防护作用的一种技术,形成固体润滑干膜的材料称为干膜润滑剂。干膜润滑剂形成的干膜可以在干摩擦条件下起到固体润滑作用,也可与润滑油、脂、膏共用,还有防腐保护膜作用,同时也用于已被磨损的表面修补或表面防粘防污(垢)等。广泛应用于航空、航天、机械、交通、石化、建筑、船舶、电子等工业部门的摩擦零件。干膜润滑剂多采用类似于涂料的有机或无机粘结剂,添加各种辅助材料,包括固体润滑剂、耐磨添加剂、抗氧剂等,将这种干膜润滑剂通过喷涂、刷涂、浸涂等施工方法,在摩擦部件表面形成10-80μm厚的涂层,经一定温度固化形成干膜。
干膜润滑剂是固体润滑法的一种,它是利用胶粘剂将粉末状的固体润滑剂及其它填料粘附在金属底材上,从而起到润滑的作用。所采用的胶粘剂可以是天然的或人工合成的有机树脂,也可以是无机化合物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种既具有良好附着力、柔韧性、抗冲击性、防腐性及耐溶剂性,又具有较好的耐高温性能的干膜润滑剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种节能环保、功效全面的耐高温干膜润滑剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑10-30份、石墨10-20份、氯丁橡胶1-5份、氧化铅2-8份、胶粘剂1-5份、四氧化三铁1-3份、混合溶剂20-40份。
优选地,所述的耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑20份、石墨15份、氯丁橡胶3份、氧化铅5份、胶粘剂3份、四氧化三铁2份、混合溶剂30份。
本发明的优点是:本发明具有防锈、解锈、润滑、清洗等四大功效,是各类机械设备、精密仪器、零部件在生产、储存、保养、修理等环节都能适用的一种高效保养剂,可让金属制品长时间保持上佳的工作状态,延长使用寿命。

一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑10份、石墨10份、氯丁橡胶1份、氧化铅2份、胶粘剂1份、四氧化三铁1份、混合溶剂20份。

一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑20份、石墨15份、氯丁橡胶3份、氧化铅5份、胶粘剂3份、四氧化三铁2份、混合溶剂30份。
实施例3
一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑30份、石墨20份、氯丁橡胶5份、氧化铅8份、胶粘剂5份、四氧化三铁3份、混合溶剂40份。

1.一种耐高温干膜润滑剂,其特征在于所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑10-30份、石墨10-20份、氯丁橡胶1-5份、氧化铅2-8份、胶粘剂1-5份、四氧化三铁1-3份、混合溶剂20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温干膜润滑剂,其特征在于所述各材料按以下重量份比组成:三氧化二锑20份、石墨15份、氯丁橡胶3份、氧化铅5份、胶粘剂3份、四氧化三铁2份、混合溶剂30份。
