本发明公开了一种车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,按重量份由以下原料制成:异戊醇10‑30份、异丁醇10‑15份、正丁醇10‑12份、正辛醇 7‑9份、乙二醇甲醚8‑10份、乙醚10‑15份、丙酮12‑18份、苯骈三氮唑0.5‑0.7份、磷酸三脂5‑7份、抗氧剂2‑4份、三乙胺0.3‑0.5份。本发明的助溶性能强,可提高车用甲醇汽油的稳定性,能提高发动机的燃烧效率,增强动力,降低对发动机的磨损,延长发动机的使用寿命。

Description

一种车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂,尤其是一种车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,属于燃料化工技术领域。
背景技术
甲醇汽油是指以一定体积分数的燃料甲醇掺加到一定体积分数的车用组分汽油中经严格科学工艺混合配制成为替代国标汽油,作为点燃式发动机的燃料。由于甲醇和汽油是两种物质,其分子结构、物理特性有所不同,两者之间的相容性差,需要加入一定量的其他物质才能使甲醇和汽油完全混溶,达到液体均相。这种能使两种以上不同物质混溶的介质就是添加剂。目前,国内使用的甲醇汽油添加剂大多是单一添加进去的,只能起到让甲醇与汽油混合的作用,没有使甲醇和汽油真正溶合,会出现动力下降、冬天不易启动的不良后果,特别是当甲醇所占比例较高时,所配的甲醇汽油根本达不到正常使用效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种助溶性强、燃烧充分、动力性能强、环保性能好的车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,从而克服上述现有技术的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,按重量份它由以下原料制成:异戊醇 10-30份、异丁醇10-15份、正丁醇 10-12份、正辛醇 7-9份、乙二醇甲醚 8-10份、乙醚10-15份、丙酮 12-18份、苯骈三氮唑0.5-0.7份、磷酸三脂 5-7份、抗氧剂 2-4份、 三乙胺0.3-0.5份。
上述的车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,所述原料的最佳重量份为:异戊醇 20份、异丁醇 14份、正丁醇 11 份、正辛醇 8份、乙二醇甲醚 9份、乙醚 13份、丙酮15份、苯骈三氮唑0.6份、磷酸三脂 6份、抗氧剂 3份、 三乙胺 0.4份。
前述的车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,所述的抗氧剂为502A或者T501。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
(1)助溶性能强,可提高车用甲醇汽油的稳定性,使甲醇与汽油有机相溶形成真溶液,不分层不乳化,与国标汽油、乙醇汽油等无限互溶,在低温条件下可以长期储存不分层。
(2)不含高分子聚合物和金属化合物,使甲醇汽油燃烧更加充分,能有效地预防和消除发动机积碳和金属氧化物的生成,降低对发动机的磨损,延长发动机的使用寿命。
(3)可提高甲醇汽油的辛烷值,通过甲醇改性提高其热值,增加燃油的抗爆性能能,提高发动机的燃烧效率,增强动力。
(4)成本低,能明显提高经济效益。采用本发明所调配的甲醇汽油成本比普通汽油低30%~50%,使营运车辆运输效益明显提高。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:按重量份称取异戊醇 20kg、异丁醇 14kg、正丁醇 11kg、正辛醇 8kg、乙二醇甲醚 9kg、乙醚 13kg、丙酮 15kg、苯骈三氮唑0.6kg、磷酸三脂 6kg、抗氧剂 3kg、三乙胺 0.4kg,放入搅拌罐中充分混合均匀,静置存放,即可得到车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂。
以上车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂在M30的甲醇汽油中加入量为2-3%,一般情况下加2.5%,如增加甲醇的量,同时也增加助溶剂的量。
实施例2:按重量份称取异戊醇 10kg、异丁醇 10kg、正丁醇10kg、正辛醇 7kg、乙二醇甲醚 8kg、乙醚 10kg、丙酮 12kg、苯骈三氮唑0.5kg、磷酸三脂 5kg、抗氧剂 2kg、三乙胺 0.3kg,放入搅拌罐中充分混合均匀,静置存放,即可得到车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂。
实施例3:按重量份称取异戊醇 30kg、异丁醇 15kg、正丁醇 12kg、正辛醇 9kg、乙二醇甲醚 10kg、乙醚 15kg、丙酮 18kg、苯骈三氮唑0.7kg、磷酸三脂 7kg、抗氧剂 4kg、三乙胺 0.5kg,放入搅拌罐中充分混合均匀,静置存放,即可得到车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂。
为验证本发明的效果,申请人对采用本发明配制的甲醇汽油样品(以下简称本品)进行了性能检测实验:
甲醇汽油样品的制备:取本发明即车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂10公斤,与100公斤含量为99.7%的工业精甲醇调和,制得变性甲醇,再与普通汽油按不同比例调和,制得多种型号的甲醇汽油,如M15、M25、M30、M50、M85。
实验一:取本品2公斤放在固定的3匹马力汽油机油箱内,在气温-5~15℃下,启动马达,即可正常运转。逐渐加大油门,噪声低。说明本品起动着火性好,低温起动性好。
实验二:取本品20公斤放入5吨载重车上(5吨载重车的油箱已事先放完国标汽油),在气温-5~15℃下,点火启动一下发动机即点燃运转,并能加速行驶。使用本品三个月,拆卸检验,发动机油泵喷油嘴无堵塞,无积碳,行驶正常。该5吨载重车在运载5吨货物的情况下,在平坦公路上行驶正常,在坡度≥30°的斜坡上照常爬坡有劲。说明本品低温下车辆起动性好,加速性能好,动力强劲,无堵塞,无积碳。
申请人对本发明的产品样品(M85甲醇汽油)进行了质量检测,各性能指标如下表所示:
从上表可知,本发明的甲醇汽油各项质量指标均满足标准要求。

1.一种车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,其特征在于,按重量份由以下原料制成:异戊醇 10-30份、异丁醇 10-15份、正丁醇 10-12份、正辛醇 7-9份、乙二醇甲醚 8-10份、乙醚10-15份、丙酮12-18份、苯骈三氮唑0.5-0.7份、磷酸三脂 5-7份、抗氧剂 2-4份、 三乙胺0.3-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,其特征在于,所述原料的重量份为:异戊醇 20份、异丁醇 14份、正丁醇 11 份、正辛醇 8份、乙二醇甲醚 9份、乙醚 13份、丙酮15份、苯骈三氮唑0.6份、磷酸三脂 6份、抗氧剂 3份、三乙胺 0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车用甲醇汽油变性助溶剂,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为502A或者T501。
