Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,该方法包括:称取60千克的基础树脂、35千克的抗菌剂、和5千克的相容剂,所述基础树脂包含相同重量的醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚物和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE Q281,上海石化),基于所述醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚物的总重量,所述醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为20重量%,所述相容剂为二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯,放入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,再用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到共混料,称取30粒料置于1mm厚的模框中,在上下模温度为180℃的模压机上先预热6min,然后以5.0MPa的压力热压4min,再以10.0MP的压力冷压至常温,即得。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对环境卫生和自我健康日益重视。与此同时,工业化的迅猛发展带来了各种环境污染问题,伴随着这些环境污染问题的出现,大量的致病菌和条件致病菌在人类生活的各个角落滋生蔓延。当这些有害细菌粘附到口常生活物品的表面上时,在条件合适的情况下就会迅速繁殖并伴随着人们的接触而蔓延传播,危害人类健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,该方法包括:称取60千克的基础树脂、35千克的抗菌剂、和5千克的相容剂,所述基础树脂包含相同重量的醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE Q281,上海石化),基于所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的总重量,所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为20重量%,所述抗菌剂具有下列结构:
所述相容剂为二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯,放入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,再用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到共混料,称取30粒料置于1mm厚的模框中,在上下模温度为180℃的模压机上先预热6min,然后以5.0MPa的压力热压4min,再以10.0MP的压力冷压至常温,即得。

本发明所述的抗菌真空压缩袋具有良好的抗菌效果,值得大规模推广使用。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取60千克的基础树脂、35千克的抗菌剂、和5千克的相容剂,所述基础树脂包含相同重量的醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE Q281,上海石化),基于所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的总重量,所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为20重量%,所述抗菌剂具有下列结构:
所述相容剂为二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯,放入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,再用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,得到共混料,称取30粒料置于1mm厚的模框中,在上下模温度为180℃的模压机上先预热6min,然后以5.0MPa的压力热压4min,再以10.0MP的压力冷压至常温,即得样品1。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备样品2,不同之处在于不使用具有下列结构的抗菌剂:
实验例
按企业标准QB/T2591-2003、使用大肠杆菌ATCC 25922进行测试。结果如下:实施例1的样品在24小时后试件菌落数(CFU/片)为12,而实施例2的样品在24小时后试件菌落数(CFU/片)为2.1×105。实施例1的结果与实施例2的结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

1.一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,该方法包括:称取60千克的基础树脂、35千克的抗菌剂、和5千克的相容剂,所述基础树脂包含相同重量的醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE Q281,上海石化),基于所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的总重量,所述醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为20重量%,所述抗菌剂具有下列结构:
