Abstract
本发明公开了一种保味可降解塑料包装材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:聚乙烯25-30份、茶叶20-30份、竹纤维20-30份、玉米秸秆和甘蔗渣按照重量比2:3组成的植物纤维12-15份、大豆胶蛋白3-5份、硬脂酸0.8-1.2份、碳酸氨胺1.2-1.5份、天然石粉15-25份、食品胶6-7份、聚乙烯蜡2-4份、硼砂和碳酸镁按照重量比1:2组成的催化剂0.6-0.8份。本发明以植物纤维作为主要添加物,配以粘合剂、填充物等成分,可降解性优异,具有天然植物香味和特效的保质、保味、保鲜的功能,能减少环境污染,原料利用率高,可增加被包装物效能的无公害环保包装容器,使用价值提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于餐具材料技术领域,具体涉及一种保味可降解塑料包装材料。
背景技术
绿色环保包装应该符合三点,一是易回收,二是易处置,三是易消纳,就是容易被自然环境融合,但即使是可降解餐具,也不是短时间能做到的。很多降解产品宣称降解时间为三个月到六个月,但其实这是在实验室标准环境下确定的,在自然环境下,降解受温度、湿度等多种因素影响,在自然条件下,降解产品至少需要一年时间降解。
目前市场上大多数环保餐具,一种是完全不能降解的塑料餐具已被禁用。另一种是可降解的餐具;可降解塑料餐具、纸板纸浆模塑(压)餐具、淀粉餐具、植物纤维餐具。塑料制品(如:农用地膜、餐盒、包装袋、饮料杯、防震材料等)对自然环境和生态环境具有严重的污染和破坏,尤其是一次性塑料制品,完成其使用功能后即被丢弃,短时间内很难降解,对环境污染非常严重。
因此,如何开发出了快速可降解的环保制品,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保味可降解塑料包装材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
聚乙烯25-30份、茶叶 20-30份、竹纤维20-30份、玉米秸秆和甘蔗渣按照重量比2:3组成的植物纤维12-15份、大豆胶蛋白3-5份、硬脂酸0.8-1.2份、碳酸氨胺1.2-1.5份、天然石粉 15-25份、食品胶 6-7份、聚乙烯蜡2-4份、硼砂和碳酸镁按照重量比1:2组成的催化剂0.6-0.8份。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以植物纤维作为主要添加物,配以粘合剂、填充物等成分,可降解性优异,具有天然植物香味和特效的保质、保味、保鲜的功能,能减少环境污染,原料利用率高,可增加被包装物效能的无公害环保包装容器,使用价值提高。

一种保味可降解塑料包装材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
聚乙烯25份、茶叶 20份、竹纤维20份、玉米秸秆和甘蔗渣按照重量比2:3组成的植物纤维12份、大豆胶蛋白3份、硬脂酸0.8份、碳酸氨胺1.2份、天然石粉 15份、食品胶 6份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硼砂和碳酸镁按照重量比1:2组成的催化剂0.6份。
实施例2
一种保味可降解塑料包装材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
聚乙烯28份、茶叶 25份、竹纤维25份、玉米秸秆和甘蔗渣按照重量比2:3组成的植物纤维13份、大豆胶蛋白4份、硬脂酸1份、碳酸氨胺1.3份、天然石粉 20份、食品胶 6份、聚乙烯蜡3份、硼砂和碳酸镁按照重量比1:2组成的催化剂0.7份。

一种保味可降解塑料包装材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
聚乙烯30份、茶叶30份、竹纤维30份、玉米秸秆和甘蔗渣按照重量比2:3组成的植物纤维15份、大豆胶蛋白5份、硬脂酸1.2份、碳酸氨胺1.5份、天然石粉 25份、食品胶7份、聚乙烯蜡4份、硼砂和碳酸镁按照重量比1:2组成的催化剂0.8份。
