本发明涉及一种防静电塑料,主要由聚乙烯80-100份,碳纤维5-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺20-30份,钛白粉4-7份,罗勒烯6-8份,抗静电剂1-2份,增韧剂2.5-3.6份组成。与现有的技术相比,本发明的防静电塑料,经过性能测试表现出良好的水平,抗静电性、耐污性、耐磨性、防滑性都有提高。

本发明涉及塑料制品领域,尤其涉及一种防静电塑料。
技术背景
目前,塑料产品已经被越来越多的行业所使用,如包装材料、塑料管材等方面,然而对于塑料包装来说,当被应用在电子、危险品、电雷管等产品的包装时,塑料包装内产生的摩擦静电时及其危险的。现在市面上能够生产出可以有效避免其制作出来的制品产生摩擦静电的防静电塑料配方还为数不多,有待开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有塑料配方的不足之处,本发明提供了一种防静电塑料配方:
主要由聚乙烯80-100份,碳纤维5-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺20-30份,钛白粉4-7份,罗勒烯6-8份,抗静电剂1-2份,增韧剂2.5-3.6份组成。
进一步的,所述抗静电剂为以聚酯为软段,聚酰胺为硬段的热塑性弹性体。
进一步的,所述增韧剂采用马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
进一步优选的,一种防静电塑料,主要由聚乙烯85-95份,碳纤维6-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺25-28份,钛白粉4-6份,罗勒烯6-7份,抗静电剂1-2份,增韧剂3.0-3.5份组成。
进一步优选的,一种防静电塑料,主要由聚乙烯85-90份,碳纤维6-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺25-26份,钛白粉4-5份,罗勒烯6-6.5份,抗静电剂1-1.5份,增韧剂3.0-3.3份组成。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的防静电塑料,经过性能测试表现出良好的水平,抗静电性、耐污性、耐磨性、防滑性都有提高。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1、
一种防静电塑料,主要由聚乙烯85份,碳纤维6.5份,羟甲基脂肪胺25份,钛白粉5份,罗勒烯6份,抗静电剂1份,马来酸酐接枝相容剂3份组成。所述抗静电剂为以聚酯为软段,聚酰胺为硬段的热塑性弹性体。

1.一种防静电塑料,其特征在于:主要由聚乙烯80-100份,碳纤维5-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺20-30份,钛白粉4-7份,罗勒烯6-8份,抗静电剂1-2份,增韧剂2.5-3.6份组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电塑料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为以聚酯为软段,聚酰胺为硬段的热塑性弹性体。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电塑料,其特征在于:所述增韧剂采用马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电塑料,其特征在于:主要由聚乙烯85-95份,碳纤维6-7份,羟甲基脂肪胺25-28份,钛白粉4-6份,罗勒烯6-7份,抗静电剂1-2份,增韧剂3.0-3.5份组成。
