Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度包装用塑料薄膜,包括下列组分,聚乙烯树脂50份,线性低密度聚乙烯树脂20份,聚氯乙烯12份,聚丙烯2份,尼龙32份,铝基层状纳米材料12份,纤维素5份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂4份。本发明的高强度包装用塑料薄膜具备了线性塑料薄膜较高的机械性能,使得拉伸强度大大提高,具有良好的柔软性、延伸性和透明性,还具有较高的拉伸强度、耐冲击强度、穿刺强度,在制造相同强度的制品时,可降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种高强度包装用塑料薄膜。
背景技术
中国各行各业对塑料薄膜的市场需求不断上升,从中国塑料薄膜的应用领域看,用量最大、品种最多、应用最广的是包装工业,其消费约占2/3。现有的塑料薄膜强度较低,不能满足包装业的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度包装用塑料薄膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的高强度包装用塑料薄膜,包括下列组分,聚乙烯树脂50份,线性低密度聚乙烯树脂20份,聚氯乙烯12份,聚丙烯2份,尼龙32份,铝基层状纳米材料12份,纤维素5份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂4份。
其还包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2份。
其还包括过氧化苯甲酰3份。
本发明的高强度包装用塑料薄膜具备了线性塑料薄膜较高的机械性能,使得拉伸强度大大提高,具有良好的柔软性、延伸性和透明性,还具有较高的拉伸强度、耐冲击强度、穿刺强度,在制造相同强度的制品时,可降低成本。

1.一种高强度包装用塑料薄膜,其特征在于:包括下列组分,聚乙烯树脂50份,线性低密度聚乙烯树脂20份,聚氯乙烯12份,聚丙烯2份,尼龙32份,铝基层状纳米材料12份,纤维素5份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂4份。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的高强度包装用塑料薄膜,其特征在于:其还包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2份。
3. 按照权利要求2所述的高强度包装用塑料薄膜,其特征在于:其还包括过氧化苯甲酰3份。
