Abstract

本发明涉及一种振动式敦袋装置，包括输送平台，所述输送平台的中间段隔断形成一振袋台，所述振袋台的下表面固定有一支撑块，所述支撑块的下表面支撑有一弹簧，弹簧的下端固定于振动台上，所述振动台与振动器连接，所述振动台与振袋台之间安装有活动连杆，活动连杆的下端滑动插接于振动台的插孔中。本发明中振动器振动时，依次通过振动台、弹簧传送至振袋台上，对其上表面传送过来的包装袋进行振动，将内部松散物料敦实；由于中间设置弹簧，振袋时不会对包装袋内部物料造成损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及灌装设备的振袋装置。
背景技术
当对袋内所装入定量物品后，由于一些物料的物理特性很特殊(如面粉等粉料状物料)，既松散轻飘，又滑爽，当物料灌装进袋之后，在袋子中成散松的状态。这种松散的状态，若物料较松散，会对下一步包装后封口缝袋带来麻烦，现有技术中，通过人工操作，逐一对每一袋物料进行敦实，然后再进行移动包装袋，其工作效率低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题，申请人进行研究及改进，提供一种振动式敦袋装置。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种振动式敦袋装置，包括输送平台，所述输送平台的中间段隔断形成一振袋台，所述振袋台的下表面固定有一支撑块，所述支撑块的下表面支撑有一弹簧，弹簧的下端固定于振动台上，所述振动台与振动器连接，所述振动台与振袋台之间安装有活动连杆，活动连杆的下端滑动插接于振动台的插孔中。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明中振动器振动时，依次通过振动台、弹簧传送至振袋台上，对其上表面传送过来的包装袋进行振动，将内部松散物料敦实；由于中间设置弹簧，振袋时不会对包装袋内部物料造成损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实施例的振动式敦袋装置，包括输送平台1，输送平台的中间段隔断形成一振袋台2，振袋台2的下表面固定有一支撑块3，支撑块3的下表面支撑有一弹簧4，弹簧4的下端固定于振动台5上，振动台5与振动器连接，振动台5与振袋台2之间安装有活动连杆6，活动连杆6的下端滑动插接于振动台5的插孔中。
本发明中，振动器振动时，依次通过振动台5、弹簧4传送至振袋台2上，对其上表面传送过来的包装袋进行振动，将内部松散物料敦实；由于中间设置弹簧4，振袋时不会对包装袋内部物料造成损伤。

1.一种振动式敦袋装置，其特征在于：包括输送平台(1)，所述输送平台的中间段隔断形成一振袋台(2)，所述振袋台(2)的下表面固定有一支撑块(3)，所述支撑块(3)的下表面支撑有一弹簧(4)，弹簧(4)的下端固定于振动台(5)上，所述振动台(5)与振动器连接，所述振动台(5)与振袋台(2)之间安装有活动连杆(6)，活动连杆(6)的下端滑动插接于振动台(5)的插孔中。
