Abstract

本发明提供一种自动钻孔机,包括底座及设置在所述底座顶部的入料支撑杆、第二转动电机、底部滑轨及收料腔体;第二转动电机顶部通过第二枝杆与加工传送带相连接,加工传送带接有主转轴,主转轴与主电机连接,加工传送带上设置有工件放置槽;底部滑轨上设置有沿底部滑轨滑动的底部滑块,底部滑块顶部竖直设置有上滑轨,上滑轨上设置有沿上滑轨滑动的滑块,滑块上接有转动电机,转动电机通过水平设置的第一枝杆与设置在加工转盘侧端面上的第一转轮相连接,加工转盘的外边沿上均匀设置有至少个转头。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种自动钻孔机。
背景技术
在进行紧密金属配件加工时经常会进行打孔处理,而目前这种打孔处理大多采用人为手工进行,这种方法效率低且经常会由于人为失误而对配件在成损坏,所以急需一种自动钻孔机以解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种自动钻孔机,该自动钻孔机可以很好地解决上述问题。
为达到上述要求,本发明采取的技术方案是:提供一种自动钻孔机,该自动钻孔机包括底座及设置在所述底座顶部的入料支撑杆、第二转动电机、底部滑轨及收料腔体;第二转动电机顶部通过第二枝杆与加工传送带相连接,加工传送带接有主转轴,主转轴与主电机连接,加工传送带上设置有工件放置槽;底部滑轨上设置有沿底部滑轨滑动的底部滑块,底部滑块顶部竖直设置有上滑轨,上滑轨上设置有沿上滑轨滑动的滑块,滑块上接有转动电机,转动电机通过水平设置的第一枝杆与设置在加工转盘侧端面上的第一转轮相连接,加工转盘的外边沿上均匀设置有至少个转头;入料支撑杆顶部设置有入料存储腔体,入料存储腔体的外侧壁上设置有振动电机,入料存储腔体与设置在加工传送带上方的入料管相连通,加工传送带下方倾斜设置有下导料轨,下导料轨与螺旋传送带相连接,螺旋传送带底部接有入料电机,螺旋传送带顶部接入入料存储腔体;加工传送带上设置有条形固定板,条形固定板上均匀设置有工件放置槽,条形固定板两侧为通孔。
该自动钻孔机具有的优点如下:
(1)通过设置振动电机、入料存储腔体、入料管、支撑座、入料电机、螺旋传送带、入料支撑杆、下导料轨及第二转动电机可以将从加工传送带上掉落的工件重新进螺旋传送带导进入料存储腔体中并重新进行加工。
(2)通过设置转头、第一转轮、第一枝杆、转动电机、滑块、上滑轨、加工传送带、主转轴及主电机可以对带有转头的加工转盘的位置进行调节,并可以对加工传送带进行振动,是未处于工件放置槽中的工件掉落到倾斜设置的下导料轨上,进而实现重新加工。
(3)通过在加工传送带上设置工件放置槽和条形固定板并在工件放置槽两侧设置通孔,可以使未置于工件放置槽中的工件掉落进入下导料轨中。

根据本申请的一个实施例,提供一种自动钻孔机,如图1所示,包括底座16及设置在所述底座16顶部的入料支撑杆24、第二转动电机20、底部滑轨15及收料腔体13。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的第二转动电机20顶部通过第二枝杆18与加工传送带10相连接,所述加工传送带10接有主转轴11,所述主转轴11与主电机12连接,所述加工传送带10上设置有工件放置槽17。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的底部滑轨15上设置有沿所述底部滑轨15滑动的底部滑块14,所述底部滑块14顶部竖直设置有上滑轨9,所述上滑轨9上设置有沿所述上滑轨9滑动的滑块8,所述滑块8上接有转动电机7,所述转动电机7通过水平设置的第一枝杆6与设置在加工转盘侧端面上的第一转轮5相连接,所述加工转盘的外边沿上均匀设置有至少10个转头4。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的入料支撑杆24顶部设置有入料存储腔体2,所述入料存储腔体2的外侧壁上设置有振动电机1,所述入料存储腔体2与设置在所述加工传送带10上方的入料管3相连通,所述加工传送带10下方倾斜设置有下导料轨19,所述下导料轨19与螺旋传送带23相连接,所述螺旋传送带23底部接有入料电机22,所述螺旋传送带23顶部接入所述入料存储腔体2。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的加工传送带10上设置有条形固定板25,所述条形固定板25上均匀设置有工件放置槽17,所述条形固定板25两侧为通孔。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的条形固定板25为金属条状结构。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机的加工转盘为金属制成。
根据本申请的一个实施例,该自动钻孔机通过设置振动电机1、入料存储腔体2、入料管3、支撑座21、入料电机22、螺旋传送带23、入料支撑杆24、下导料轨19及第二转动电机20可以将从加工传送带10上掉落的工件重新进螺旋传送带23导进入料存储腔体中并重新进行加工;通过设置转头4、第一转轮5、第一枝杆6、转动电机7、滑块8、上滑轨9、加工传送带10、主转轴11及主电机12可以对带有转头4的加工转盘的位置进行调节,并可以对加工传送带10进行振动,是未处于工件放置槽17中的工件掉落到倾斜设置的下导料轨19上,进而实现重新加工;通过在加工传送带10上设置工件放置槽17和条形固定板25并在工件放置槽17两侧设置通孔,可以使未置于工件放置槽17中的工件掉落进入下导料轨19中。

1.一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于:包括底座及设置在所述底座顶部的入料支撑杆、第二转动电机、底部滑轨及收料腔体;
所述第二转动电机顶部通过第二枝杆与加工传送带相连接,所述加工传送带接有主转轴,所述主转轴与主电机连接,所述加工传送带上设置有工件放置槽;
所述底部滑轨上设置有沿所述底部滑轨滑动的底部滑块,所述底部滑块顶部竖直设置有上滑轨,所述上滑轨上设置有沿所述上滑轨滑动的滑块,所述滑块上接有转动电机,所述转动电机通过水平设置的第一枝杆与设置在加工转盘侧端面上的第一转轮相连接,所述加工转盘的外边沿上均匀设置有至少10个转头;
所述入料支撑杆顶部设置有入料存储腔体,所述入料存储腔体的外侧壁上设置有振动电机,所述入料存储腔体与设置在所述加工传送带上方的入料管相连通,所述加工传送带下方倾斜设置有下导料轨,所述下导料轨与螺旋传送带相连接,所述螺旋传送带底部接有入料电机,所述螺旋传送带顶部接入所述入料存储腔体;
所述加工传送带上设置有条形固定板,所述条形固定板上均匀设置有工件放置槽,所述条形固定板两侧为通孔;
所述条形固定板为金属条状结构;所述加工转盘为金属制成。
