本发明公开了一种碳钢过滤罐，用于过滤原水，包括筒体，筒体上、下两端分别由上封头和下封头封闭，上封头上设有进水口，进水口处设有与其连通的布水器，下封头上设有出水口，出水口处设有挡水板，出水口上方设有多孔板，多孔板上设有若干布水帽，多孔板上还填装有滤料层，多孔板为向上凸起的弧形板。本发明的多孔板采用向上凸起的弧形结构，因而其在滤料的重压下不易变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及水处理技术领域，尤其是一种碳钢过滤罐。
背景技术
原水中杂质含量较高，有时不能直接使用。为此，人们通常使用碳钢过滤罐中来处理原水中的杂质，碳钢过滤罐中的多孔板上装填有用于过滤原水的滤料，由于滤料重量较大，多孔板在滤料的长期重压下容易产生变形。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术中之不足，提供一种多孔板结构合理的一种碳钢过滤罐。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种碳钢过滤罐，用于过滤原水，包括筒体，筒体上、下两端分别由上封头和下封头封闭，上封头上设有进水口，进水口处设有与其连通的布水器，下封头上设有出水口，出水口处设有挡水板，出水口上方设有多孔板，多孔板上设有若干布水帽，多孔板上还填装有滤料层，多孔板为向上凸起的弧形板。
所述布水器包括与进水口连通的十字管，十字管具有四个向上的喷水口，喷水口呈喇叭状。
所述布水器包括封闭状的壳体，壳体内腔与进水口连通，壳体内壁上设有若干出水孔。
所述下封头内壁上设有若干支撑多孔板的立柱。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的多孔板采用向上凸起的弧形结构，因而其在滤料的重压下不易变形。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种碳钢过滤罐，用于过滤原水，包括筒体1，筒体上、下两端分别由上封头和下封头封闭，上封头上设有进水口2，进水口2处设有与其连通的布水器，下封头上设有出水口3，出水口3处设有挡水板4，出水口3上方设有多孔板5，多孔板5上设有若干布水帽6，多孔板5上还填装有滤料层7，多孔板5为向上凸起的弧形板。
所述布水器包括与进水口2连通的十字管8，十字管8具有四个向上的喷水口9，喷水口9呈喇叭状。
所述布水器还可以采用另一种结构，即包括封闭状的壳体(图中未显示)，壳体内腔与进水口2连通，壳体内壁上设有若干出水孔。
根据实际情况，还可以在所述下封头内壁上设置若干支撑多孔板5的立柱(图中未显示)，用以减小多孔板5的变形。
使用时，原水依次通过进水口2和布水器进入筒体1内腔，经滤料层7和多孔板5上的布水帽6过滤后通过出水口3排出碳钢过滤罐。

1.一种碳钢过滤罐，用于过滤原水，包括筒体，筒体上、下两端分别由上封头和下封头封闭，上封头上设有进水口，进水口处设有与其连通的布水器，下封头上设有出水口，出水口处设有挡水板，出水口上方设有多孔板，多孔板上设有若干布水帽，多孔板上还填装有滤料层，其特征是：所述多孔板为向上凸起的弧形板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢过滤罐，其特征是：所述布水器包括与进水口连通的十字管，十字管具有四个向上的喷水口，喷水口呈喇叭状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢过滤罐，其特征是：所述布水器包括封闭状的壳体，壳体内腔与进水口连通，壳体内壁上设有若干出水孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳钢过滤罐，其特征是：所述下封头内壁上设有若干支撑多孔板的立柱。
