Abstract
本发明涉及口腔卫生保健技术领域,特别涉及一种中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品。该中药组合物由沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草制成。本发明中药组合物能有效地起到抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、香味持久的作用,减少口腔内的病菌,降低龋齿的发病率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及口腔卫生保健技术领域,特别涉及一种中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平质量的不断提高,人们的生活节奏越来越快,工作应酬或亲朋好友聚会已成为极为平常的事情,而口腔异味成了人际交往中的一大困扰。长时间不注重口腔清洁的人,口腔内所含的残留食物容易滋生口腔内变形链球菌的生长,残留食物容易发酵成有害的牙斑酸,最后造成龋齿。患有龋齿、牙龈炎、牙周炎、口腔粘膜炎以及蛀牙、牙周病等口腔疾病的人,其口腔内容易滋生细菌,尤其是厌氧菌,其分解产生出了硫化物,发出腐败的味道,而产生口臭。因此,可有效去除口臭的口腔卫生保健品成为了热销产品。
目前市场上的口腔卫生保健品很多,如以木糖醇和薄荷为主要原料的口香糖,以田七、菊花等为主要原料的牙膏,虽然这些口香糖或牙膏能减少口腔中的病菌,降低牙齿的发病率,但没有抗炎镇痛作用,并且香味保持时间短。
沉香为瑞香科沉香属(Aquilaria)植物中含有树脂的木材,白木香(Aquilariasinensis)是我国沉香的唯一基源植物,主产于海南、广东等地。沉香为我国传统名贵中药,被誉为“药中黄金”。李时珍在《本草纲目》中记载:“沉香,气味辛,微温。主治:风水毒肿,去恶气;主心腹痛,霍乱中恶,邪鬼疰气,清人神;调中,补五脏,益精壮阳,暖腰膝,止转筋吐泻冷气,破症癣,冷风麻痹,骨节不任,风湿皮肤瘙痒,气痢;补脾胃,益气和神。治气逆喘急,大肠虚闭,小便气淋,男子精冷。”。沉香其味、苦,性微温,具行气止痛、温中止呕、纳气平喘等功效。此外,还作治疗精神疾病,如神经官能症、强迫症、精神分裂症和神经衰弱。同时,沉香具有镇静、降压、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血和中枢神经系统抑制和抗菌等作用。沉香除作药用外,因其具有独特的芳香气味,也被大量用于熏香香料行业。沉香的气味非常复杂,如具有花香、奶香、蜜香、梅香、清凉、药味等复合气体。总的来说,沉香的香气分子非常稳定且不易挥发。近年来,沉香还被作为矫味剂添加到酒、茶叶、香烟中。因此,研发一种具有抗菌、抗炎、镇痛作用且香味持久的口腔保健品具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品。该中药组合物具有显著的抗菌、抗炎、镇痛作用,且香味持久。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种中药组合物,由沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草制成。
本发明组合物是在传统中药理论指导下,结合现代药理研究组方而成的。沉香具有镇静、降压、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血和中枢神经系统抑制和抗菌等作用。沉香除作药用外,还具有独特的芳香气味,如具有花香、奶香、蜜香、梅香、清凉、药味等复合气体,而且沉香的香气分子非常稳定且不易挥发。薄荷含薄荷醇、薄荷酮,具有疏风散热、辟秽解毒之功效,可治疗咽喉肿痛、口疮和牙痛。三七具有止血散瘀、消肿定痛的功效,用于治疗外伤出血,痈肿疼痛。地胆草不但具有保肝、降血压、降血糖等活性,还有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、抗菌等多种重要活性。甘草主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。本发明将沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草作为口腔保健品的主要功能成分,能有效地起到抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、香味持久的作用,减少口腔内的病菌,降低龋齿的发病率。

本发明提供了该中药组合物在制备具有抗菌、抗炎和/或镇痛功效的药物或保健品中的应用。
本发明还提供了该中药组合物的制备方法,包括:将沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草5种原料药混合,加入水或乙醇水溶液进行回流提取,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩至稠膏,得到中药组合物。
作为优选,水或乙醇水溶液的用量为原料药总量的10~15倍体积。
在本发明提供的实施例中,水或乙醇水溶液的用量为原料药总量的10~12倍体积。
作为优选,回流提取的次数为2~3次,每次提取的时间为40~70min。
在本发明提供的实施例中,回流提取的次数为2次,每次提取的时间为60~70min。
作为优选,乙醇水溶液中乙醇的体积百分比为40%~90%。
在本发明提供的实施例中,乙醇水溶液中乙醇的体积百分比为60%~90%。
作为优选,减压浓缩的温度在60℃以下,稠膏在60℃下的相对密度为1.10~1.12。
在本发明提供的实施例中,减压浓缩的温度在35~50℃,稠膏在60℃下的相对密度为1.10~1.11。
本发明还提供了一种口腔保健品,包括本发明提供的中药组合物,以及药学或食品学上可接受的辅料。
作为优选,口腔保健品的剂型为口腔清新剂、口香糖、牙膏、牙凝胶、牙粉、漱口水或片剂。
本发明还提供了该口腔保健品的制备方法,包括:将本发明提供的中药组合物进行干燥,加入药学或食品学上可接受的辅料,制剂成型,得到口腔保健品。
本发明提供了一种中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品。该中药组合物由沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草制成。本发明具有如下优势:
1、本发明将沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草作为中药组合物或口腔保健品的主要功能成分,能有效地起到抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、香味持久的作用,减少口腔内的病菌,降低龋齿的发病率,效果好于各中药单剂,与现有的西药效果相近;
2、本发明中药组合物只需将沉香等原料药在溶剂作用下,进行回流提取,再浓缩成膏状,即可获得中药组合物;再加入辅料成型即可得到口腔保健品;整个制作过程的条件简单,操作容易,且原料药易得。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的方法及应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
本发明提供的中药组合物及其制备方法和口腔保健品中所用原料药或辅料均可由市场购得。
下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1中药组合物的制备
取沉香50g、薄荷20g、三七30g、地胆草40g、甘草10g混合,加入12倍体积的水回流提取2次,每次60min。过滤,合并滤液;将滤液在40℃下,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.11(60℃)。
实施例2中药组合物的制备
称取沉香20g、薄荷50g、三七10g、地胆草40g、甘草10g混合,加入10倍体积的90%乙醇中回流提取2次,每次70min。过滤,合并滤液;将滤液在50℃下,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10(60℃)。
实施例3中药组合物的制备
取沉香50g、薄荷40g、三七20g、地胆草10g、甘草40g混合,加入12倍体积的水回流提取2次,每次60min。过滤,合并滤液;将滤液在40℃下,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.11(60℃)。
实施例4中药组合物的制备
取沉香50g、薄荷30g、三七10g、地胆草20g、甘草30g混合,加入10倍体积的60%乙醇中回流提取2次,每次60min。过滤,合并滤液;将滤液在45℃下,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.11(60℃),
实施例5中药组合物的制备
取沉香30g、薄荷10g、三七40g、地胆草30g、甘草20g混合,加入10倍体积的70%乙醇中回流提取2次,每次60min。过滤,合并滤液;将滤液在35℃下,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10(60℃)。
试验例1本发明组合物的抗菌实验
分别取实施例1~5所制备的中药组合物浓缩液,将其稀释为50mg/ml。浓缩液抗金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)活性实验采用滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定。采用NA培养基培养,将S.aureus制成一定浓度的菌悬液(105~107cfu/mL),用棉签将其均匀涂布于供试无菌平板,制成含菌平板。然后取样品溶液50μL分别滴加于灭菌滤纸片上(Φ=6mm),待溶剂挥干后将滤纸片贴于含菌平板上,每处理重复3次。然后37℃恒温培养。24h后观察结果,测量并记录抑菌圈直径。以万古霉素作为阳性对照。结果见表1。

由上述试验结果表明,本发明方法制备的中药组合物对人体病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌表现出明显的抑制作用。
试验例2本发明组合物的抗炎实验
取昆明种小鼠120只,随机分为12组,每组10只,雌雄各半。阴性对照组给予等体积的蒸馏水,阳性对照为阿司匹林,5组给予实施例1~5所制备的浓缩液5组给予各原料药按实施例1方法制备的单剂,每次剂量为10g生药,每日1次,连续3天。于末次给药后1h,给小鼠右耳滴以二甲苯0.05ml/只,左耳作对照。15分钟后处死动物,用直径6cm的打孔器将双耳同部位摘下,在感量为1mg的精密分析天平上称重,以左耳和右耳片重之差计算各组肿胀度,并比较组间差异。

结果如表2所示,本发明组合物能明显对抗二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀,有较强的抗炎作用,效果好于单剂组。
试验例3本发明组合物的镇痛实验
小鼠分组及给药同试验例2,于末次给药后30min用浓度为0.7%的醋酸生理盐水0.1ml腹腔注射,观察15min内小鼠的扭体次数。结果见表3。

由表3可知,实施例1-5中药组合物治疗后小鼠的扭体次数与阴性对照组及单剂组比较组间差异,与阳性对照组的效果相近,试验结果表明本发明中药组合物可明显减少小鼠注射致痛剂后产生的扭体次数,具有明显的镇痛作用。
实施例6口腔清新剂的制备
取实施例1制得的中药组合物5wt%,食用乙醇10wt%,冰片2wt%,水余量,加热搅拌溶解混合。灌装,高压灭菌,装入喷雾瓶中,即得口腔清新剂。
实施例7口香糖的制备
按照以下重量比例称取原料:实施例2制得的中药组合物15%,木糖醇50%,胶基35%。按常规口香糖的制备工艺制作。
实施例8漱口水的制备
取实施例3制得的中药组合物5wt%,氟化钠0.01wt%,水余量。灌装,高压灭菌即得漱口水。
实施例9漱口片的制备
将实施例4制得的中药组合物喷雾干燥;加入羧甲淀粉钠4.0wt%,混匀,制成片剂。
实施例10牙膏的制备
取实施例5制得的中药组合物0.5wt%,甘油30wt%,羧甲基纤维素0.6wt%,羟乙基纤维素0.5wt%,木糖醇1wt%,碳酸氢钙50wt%,十二醇硫酸钠2.6wt%,水余量。将中药组合物、羧甲基纤维素和羟乙基纤维素分散于甘油中,将木糖醇溶于水中,两者混合均匀。加入碳酸氢钙和十二醇硫酸钠,混合研磨,捏合,真空脱气,灌装即得。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种中药组合物,其特征在于,由沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括:

4.如权利要求1或2所述中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将沉香、薄荷、三七、地胆草和甘草5种原料药混合,加入水或乙醇水溶液进行回流提取,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩至稠膏,得到中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水或乙醇水溶液的用量为原料药总量的10~15倍体积。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述回流提取的次数为2~3次,每次提取的时间为40~70min。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乙醇水溶液中乙醇的体积百分比为40%~90%。
8.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述减压浓缩的温度在60℃以下,所述稠膏在60℃下的相对密度为1.10~1.12。
9.一种口腔保健品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1或2所述中药组合物,以及药学或食品学上可接受的辅料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的口腔保健品,其特征在于,所述口腔保健品的剂型为口腔清新剂、口香糖、牙膏、牙凝胶、牙粉、漱口水或片剂。
