本发明公开了一种多分子舒适型创口贴,包括离型纸、无菌敷贴,所述撕开离型纸下面依次排列为止血层、高分子吸收树脂层、凝胶层、天然乳胶层,所述止血层它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草、紫珠草、白芨、艾叶、棕榈皮、桉树油、椰子油、蜂蜡、维生素E。本发明制得创口贴,结构组成科学新颖,亲肤性能好、止血消炎效果好、伤口愈合快、吸收性能好、透气性能好,还具有护肤保护皮肤特殊功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及止血使用的创口贴,具体是提供一种多分子舒适型创口贴。
背景技术
创可贴,是人们生活中最常用的一种外科用药。创可贴,又名“止血膏药”,具有止血,护创作用。它是由一条长形的胶布,中间附以一小块浸过药物的纱条构成。由于它的结构的限制,创可贴只能用于小块的创伤应急治疗,从而起到暂时的止血,保护创面的作用。但是应该注意,使用的时间不宜过长。如果过久地使用它,创可贴外层的胶布不透气。就会使伤口和伤口周围的皮肤发白,变软导致细菌的继发的感染。这样就会使伤口更加的恶化。
传统创口贴透气性能不好,吸收性能也较差,创可贴所用的胶布透气性差,人体局部所正常分泌的水汽和汗液不能穿透这层胶布,于是对局部皮肤产生浸泡作用,具体表现为局部皮肤皱皱巴巴。目前还没有一款以透气性能好、吸收性能好、中药植物提取止血消炎、促愈合快、护肤等技术,因此舒适型性能好的创口贴技术值得研究课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供中药与植物相结合,以舒适型打造为主针对吸收快、止血消炎好、促愈合快、天然透气性能好、有亲肤感对皮肤护肤功效的一种多分子舒适型创口贴,来解决上述背景技术所提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,因此本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明的一种多分子舒适型创口贴,包括离型纸、无菌敷贴,所述撕开离型纸下面依次排列为止血层、高分子吸收树脂层、凝胶层、天然乳胶层,所述止血层它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草2~8份、紫珠草2~6份、白芨1~5份、艾叶2~5份、棕榈皮2~5份、桉树油1~3份、椰子油1~3份、蜂蜡1~2份、维生素E 1~2份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述无菌敷贴采用防静电面料制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的透气孔布满在止血层表面上并穿透高分子吸收树脂层、凝胶层、天然乳胶层、无菌敷贴。
作为本发明进一步的方案:优选了所述止血层它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份。
本发明所采用的原料具有如下特性:
仙鹤草:仙鹤草别名脱力草、瓜香草、老牛筋、狼芽草。来源为蔷薇科植物龙芽草Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.的地上部分。含仙鹤草酚(agrimophol)、仙鹤草内酯(agrimonolide),并含木犀草甙(luteoloside)、仙鹤草甲、乙、丙素(agrimonin A,B,C)、赛仙鹤草酚A~E(agrimol A~E),另含鞣质、甾醇、皂甙及挥发油。性味 性平,味苦、涩。功效与作用:止血。促进血液凝固。强心。调整心率,大量服用能使心搏徐缓。抗菌。体外试验能抑制革兰氏阳性菌。驱虫。其根芽有驱绦虫作用《新医药学杂志》。收敛止血,截疟,止痢,解毒。用于咳血、吐血、治流鼻血有特效、疟疾、脱力劳伤、痈肿。
紫珠草:为马鞭草科紫珠属植物大叶紫珠以根和叶入药。性味与归经,辛、苦,平,归肝、脾、胃经,紫珠草, 又称紫珠或止血草,紫珠味苦、涩、药性平,具有止血、散瘀、消炎的功能。树叶含有一种称之为黄酮类缩合鞣质的止血成分,所以具有止血、散瘀、消炎的功效。用紫珠草提取物配制而成的注射液,可用于治疗胃肠道出血、外科手术时切口出血及手术后出血。散瘀止血,消肿止痛。叶:用于吐血,咯血,衄血,便血;外用治疗外伤出血。根:跌打肿痛,风湿骨痛。
白芨:白芨,(学名:Bletilla striata)又名连及草、甘根、白给、箬兰、朱兰、紫兰、紫蕙、百笠。白芨有广泛的药用价值及园林价值。主要用于收敛止血,消肿生肌。花有紫红、白、蓝、黄和粉等色,可盆栽室内观赏,亦可点缀于较为荫蔽的花台、花境或庭院一角。
艾叶:艾叶,中药名。为菊科植物艾Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant.的干燥叶。性味
辛、苦,温。归经,归肝、脾、肾经。功效,温经止血,散寒止痛;外用祛湿止痒。主治
用于吐血,衄血,崩漏,外治皮肤瘙痒。醋艾炭温经止血,用于虚寒性出血。
棕榈皮:棕榈皮常绿乔木,茎圆柱形,不分枝。生于山谷丛林中,或栽培。分布于长江以南各地。功能主治:收涩止血。用于吐血、衄血、便血、崩漏下血。【拉丁名】rachycarpuswagneria-nus Becc.【异名】拼榈木皮(《本草拾遗》),棕毛(《普济方》),棕皮(《本草求原》)。【来源】为棕榈科植物棕榈的叶鞘纤维。【植物形态】棕榈(《本草拾遗》),又名:棕(《山海经》),栟榈(杨孚《异物志》),棕衣树、百页草、定海针。
桉树油:桉树,英文音译称尤加利。尤加利的精油是很好的呼吸系统治疗油,对气喘、上呼吸道感染、流感有极好的治疗功效。同时,桉树精油可以平缓波动的情绪,缓解极度兴奋、易于暴躁的精神状态,是一款日常必备的精油。这种精油具有良好的抗菌和杀菌特,由于具有杀菌功效,它常用于治疗瘀伤和皮肤疾病。 桉树油的用途包括促进血液循环,提高心搏。 在一些特定食品中,桉树油还作为香料成分。 在旅行时携带这种精油,可以有效抵御蚊叮虫咬,治疗皮肤疹子。是良好的驱蚊剂。 与水混合可以成为一种简单有效的消毒剂。

蜂蜡:蜂蜡,又称黄蜡、蜜蜡。蜂蜡是由蜂群内适龄工蜂腹部的4对蜡腺分泌出来的一种脂肪性物质。蜂蜡是工蜂腹部下面四对蜡腺分泌的物质。其主要成分有:酸类、游离脂肪酸、游离脂肪醇和碳水化合物。此外,还有类胡萝卜素、维生素A、芳香物质等。能促进皮肤血液的循环和活化细胞,并有消炎、防治皮肤病(如脚气、湿疹、瘙痒、粉刺等)之功效。【性味归经】甘,微温。【功能主治】收涩,敛疮,生肌,止痛,调理。外用于溃疡不敛,臁疮糜烂, 创伤,烧、烫伤。蜂蜡及其乳浊液有抑菌和防腐作用,且抗凝血作用时间好。
维生素E:维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。保护T淋巴细胞、保护红细胞、抗自由基氧化、抑制血小板聚集从而降低心肌梗死和脑梗塞的危险性。还对烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面有很好的疗效。还发现维生素E可抑制眼睛晶状体内的过氧化脂反应,使末梢血管扩张,改善血液循环。维生素E是一种很重要的血管扩张剂和抗凝血剂;预防与治疗静脉曲张;防止血液的凝固,减少斑纹组织的产生。保护皮肤免受紫外线和污染的伤害,减少疤痕与色素的沉积;加速伤口的愈合。

高分子吸收树脂层:高分子吸水树脂(简称SAP)是一种典型的功能高分子材料。它能吸收其自身重量数百倍、甚至上千倍的水,并具有很强的保水能力,所以它又被称为超强吸水剂或高保水剂。具有亲水基团、能大量吸收水分而溶胀又能保持住水分不外流的合成树脂,如淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐类、接枝丙烯酰胺、高取代度交联羧甲基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酰胺、交联型羟乙基纤维素接枝丙烯酰胺聚合物等,一般可以吸收相当于树脂体积100倍以上的水分,最高的吸水率可达1000倍以上。由于高吸水聚合物具有无毒、对人体无刺激性、无副反应、不引起血液凝固等特点,近年来,已被广泛应用于医药领域。例如,用于含水量大、使用舒适的外用软膏;生产能吸收手术及外伤出血和分泌液,并可防止化脓的医用绷带及棉球;制造能使水分和药剂通过而微生物不能透过的抗感染性人造皮肤等。
本发明还提供上述一种多分子舒适型创口贴的制备方法,本技术领域中通常人们采用熟知的方法包括如下步骤:
1)称取重量份各原料:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份;
2)将仙鹤草、紫珠草、白芨、艾叶、棕榈皮、蜂蜡放入装有水的砂锅的篦子上,然后该砂锅上用另一砂锅盖上密封,第一次加水为药材重量的8~12倍量,煎煮1~2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6~10倍量,煎煮1~2h合并煎液,倒入桉树油、椰子油文火煎5~8h后倒入维生素E,放凉后上面的砂锅内壁上有一层药霜,将药霜收集,灭菌后即得止血层(21);
3)将凝胶、天然乳胶分别投入不同锅炉中加热温度设为:80~95℃待用;
4)再把天然乳胶均匀涂抹无菌敷贴上形成外围一层,依次从外到内,接着凝胶均匀涂抹天然乳胶里面的一层形成凝胶层,而凝胶层的里面的一层是高分子吸收树脂层,在高分子高分子吸收树脂层上面设置止血层,经现代工艺压模制成创口贴,最后上面放上离型纸,经机器真空包装即得成品。
有益效果
与现有的技术相比,本发明有益效果是:提供的一种技术方案为一种多分子舒适型创口贴,通过核心定位四层科学结构设计,根据创口贴从外到内,结构排列顺序为:天然乳胶层、凝胶层、高分子吸收树脂层、止血层。通过高分子树脂层可以有效瞬间吸收血液,不让溢出,止血层通过中药和植物组成的止血成分,还具有较好的止血、消炎、促愈合、杀菌、保护皮肤等优点,天然乳胶本身具有天然乳胶枕头有几千个细小网状结构的排气孔,这些孔可以将人体排出的余热及潮气散出,可促进天然通风,,提供天然空调系统,使枕头里面的空气保持新鲜和健康。因乳胶中的橡树蛋白能抑制病菌及过敏原潜伏,符合环保的要求,能抑制病菌、螨虫滋生,且无静电,散发天然的乳香味。配合所述的透气孔布满在止血层表面上并穿透高分子吸收树脂层、凝胶层、天然乳胶层、无菌敷贴,具有更强大的透气系统,使得皮肤不容易起白色皱巴巴,血液循环不通畅。通过天然乳胶层与高分子吸收树脂层中间设有凝胶层,具有很好亲肤性,提高皮肤感知舒适性,针对皮肤干燥问题,以及挥之不去的肌肤烦恼,迄今为止的化妆品主要是补充水分和油分,并没有满足肌肤真正需要,人的皮肤细胞中与自然界凝胶有着同样的保湿功能,这就是凝胶重要的品质因素。天然凝胶具有良好的透气性来实现滋润与锁水,让肌肤保持持久的亲肤性。最后无菌敷贴采用防静电材料制作,考虑到有些皮肤干燥、穿着衣服纤维、毛绒容易产生静电,实现真真正正的舒适型创口贴。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种技术方案是:一种多分子舒适型创口贴,包括离型纸1、无菌敷贴5,所述撕开离型纸1下面依次排列为止血层21、高分子吸收树脂层22、凝胶层3、天然乳胶层4,所述止血层21它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草2~8份、紫珠草2~6份、白芨1~5份、艾叶2~5份、棕榈皮2~5份、桉树油1~3份、椰子油1~3份、蜂蜡1~2份、维生素E 1~2份。所述无菌敷贴5采用防静电面料制成。所述的透气孔23布满在止血层21表面上并穿透高分子吸收树脂层22、凝胶层3、天然乳胶层4、无菌敷贴5。通过核心定位四层科学结构设计,根据创口贴从外到内,结构排列顺序为:天然乳胶层、凝胶层、高分子吸收树脂层、止血层。通过高分子树脂层可以有效瞬间吸收血液,不让溢出,止血层通过中药和植物组成的止血成分,还具有较好的止血、消炎、促愈合、杀菌、护肤、天然透气性能好,亲肤锁水特性,不会令皮肤发白起皱现象,实现真真正正舒适型创口贴。
其中止血层具体实施方式如下:
实施例1
原料:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份。
制备:
1)称取重量份各原料:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份;
2)将仙鹤草、紫珠草、白芨、艾叶、棕榈皮、蜂蜡放入装有水的砂锅的篦子上,然后该砂锅上用另一砂锅盖上密封,第一次加水为药材重量的8~12倍量,煎煮1~2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6~10倍量,煎煮1~2h合并煎液,倒入桉树油、椰子油文火煎5~8h后倒入维生素E,放凉后上面的砂锅内壁上有一层药霜,将药霜收集,灭菌后即得止血层(21);

原料:仙鹤草2份、紫珠草2份、白芨1份、艾叶2份、棕榈皮2份、桉树油1份、椰子油1份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份。
制备方法同实施例1相同。

Claims (5)
1.一种多分子舒适型创口贴,包括离型纸(1)、无菌敷贴(5),其特征在于,所述撕开离型纸(1)下面依次排列为止血层(21)、高分子吸收树脂层(22)、凝胶层(3)、天然乳胶层(4),所述止血层(21)它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草2~8份、紫珠草2~6份、白芨1~5份、艾叶2~5份、棕榈皮2~5份、桉树油1~3份、椰子油1~3份、蜂蜡1~2份、维生素E 1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多分子舒适型创口贴,其特征在于,所述无菌敷贴(5)采用防静电面料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多分子舒适型创口贴,其特征在于,所述的透气孔(23)布满在止血层(21)表面上并穿透高分子吸收树脂层(22)、凝胶层(3)、天然乳胶层(4)、无菌敷贴(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多分子舒适型创口贴,其特征在于,所述止血层(21)它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制而成的:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多分子舒适型创口贴的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤:
1)称取重量份各原料:仙鹤草8份、紫珠草6份、白芨4份、艾叶4份、棕榈皮5份、桉树油2份、椰子油2份、蜂蜡1份、维生素E 1份;
2)将仙鹤草、紫珠草、白芨、艾叶、棕榈皮、蜂蜡放入装有水的砂锅的篦子上,然后该砂锅上用另一砂锅盖上密封,第一次加水为药材重量的8~12倍量,煎煮1~2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6~10倍量,煎煮1~2h合并煎液,倒入桉树油、椰子油文火煎5~8h后倒入维生素E,放凉后上面的砂锅内壁上有一层药霜,将药霜收集,灭菌后即得止血层(21);
3)将凝胶、天然乳胶分别投入不同锅炉中加热温度设为:80~95℃待用;
