本发明公开了一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品，由按重量份配比计的灵芝粉10‑15，玉米75‑85，根霉孢子粉0.1‑0.3，罗汉果香甜晶2‑，淮山粉5‑10经发酵制成。本产品不仅营养丰富，易消化吸收，口感香甜，而且还含有灵芝、淮山、罗汉果的活性成份，具有增强人体免疫力的功效。

本发明涉及食品，具体是一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品。
背景技术
目前，玉米的食用方法将鲜食外，大都是将其晒干或烘干后加工成细粉食用，也有将其打碎成玉米粒，经发酵制成发酵食品，但只是具营养价值，缺乏特殊保健功能，另外，口感也不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品，由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成：
灵芝粉10-15
玉米75-85
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3
淮山粉5-10。
所述灵芝粉是将灵芝的子实体粉碎制成，灵芝对增强人体免疫力，调节血糖，控制血压，辅助肿瘤放化疗，保肝护肝，促进睡眠等方面具有显著疗效，具有抗衰老、抗氧化作用，为延年益寿的佳品。
所述罗汉果香甜晶，保留了罗汉果的药用价值，口感清甜，有一种特殊的香气，甜度约为蔗糖的8-10倍。
所述根霉孢子粉为一种发酵菌，为现有技术。
本保健食品的制作方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）按配方用料重量份配比称料；
（2）将玉米用清水泡胀；
（3）将泡胀的玉米煮熟，冷却，与灵芝粉、淮山粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀；
（4）将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中，封口，并在袋面上打孔，然后
（5）在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天，即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
所得食材保鲜期4-5天，应趁鲜食用，或烘干加工成休闲食品。
本产品不仅营养丰富，易消化吸收，口感香甜，而且还含有灵芝、淮山、罗汉果的活性成份，具有增强人体免疫力的功效。
具体实施方式
一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品，其配方原料及用料重量份配比为：
灵芝粉15，玉米75，根霉孢子粉0.2，罗汉果香甜晶2，淮山粉7，
其制备方法是：
1、将玉米用清水浸泡7小时，使其泡胀；
2、将泡胀的玉米煮熟，冷却；
3、将冷却后的玉米与灵芝粉、淮山粉、根霉孢子粉、罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀；然后
4、将拌匀的混合物装入扁平的食品袋中，封口，在食品袋面上打15个通气孔；
5、置于28℃的环境中，发酵30小时即成。

1.一种能抗衰延年口感又好的灵芝玉米保健食品，其特征是：由下述按重量份配比计的原料经发酵制成：
灵芝粉10-15
玉米75-85
根霉孢子粉0.1-0.3
罗汉果香甜晶2-3
淮山粉5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品，其特征是：采用包括如下步骤的方法制成：
（1）按配方用料重量份配比称料；
（2）将玉米用清水泡胀；
（3）将泡胀的玉米煮熟，冷却，与灵芝粉、淮山粉、根霉孢子粉和罗汉果香甜晶混合拌匀；
（4）将拌匀的混合物装入食品袋中，封口，并在袋面上打孔，然后
（5）在27-32℃环境中发酵1-2天，即得到布满菌丝的白色块状食材。
