发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种富硒青鱼饲料,能够有效提升黑鱼的硒含量、锌含量和钙含量,其硒含量达到248.92~254.83µg/100g、锌含量达到1.30~1.33mg/100g、钙含量达到36.99~37.64mg/100g。

1.一种富硒青鱼饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米32~36份、富硒小麦53~58份、螺丝肉88~98份、新鲜茉莉花3.5~4.5份、维生素A1.4~1.8份、赖氨酸1.3~1.5份、海带多糖0.77~0.87份、富硒酵母1.3~1.5份、芙蓉根2.1~2.3份、冬葵果1.9~2.1份、火龙果皮8~9份、白槿花提取物0.46~0.48份、黄芩黄素0.55~0.59份、柚皮素0.44~0.46份、拔毒散提取物0.29~0.31份、复合益生菌0.9~1.1份、复合矿物质1.7~1.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒青鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述的复合益生菌,由以下重量比的益生菌制成:罗特氏乳杆菌:凝固芽孢杆菌:屎肠球菌:米曲霉=6:2.3:4:7.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒青鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述的复合矿物质,由以下重量比的矿物质制成:钙:锌:铜:镁:碘=13:5.6:4:2.7:1.9。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富硒青鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行制备:
(1)将螺丝肉与新鲜茉莉花投入打浆机混合打浆,置于温度为3~5℃的保鲜箱密闭保鲜放置39~41h,加入维生素A和赖氨酸搓揉7~9min,备用;
(2)将芙蓉根和冬葵果加水煎煮,过滤,得煎煮液,将海带多糖和粉碎后的富硒玉米加入到煎煮液中混合搅拌均匀,室温放置27~29h,喷雾干燥至水分含量为4.4%~5.4%,备用;
(3)将富硒小麦文火炒制微黄,粉碎,加入步骤(1)的备用原料、步骤(2)的备用原料、富硒酵母、复合矿物质和复合益生菌混合均匀,室温密闭发酵46~50h,加入白槿花提取物、黄芩黄素、柚皮素和拔毒散提取物混合均均,造粒,得富硒青鱼饲料。
