本发明公开一种葛粉瓜子糖,由以下重量份的组分制成:葛粉80‑00份、瓜子100‑150份、白糖280‑300份、黄瓜提取液10‑15份、莲子粉30‑40份、杨梅提取液8‑10份、L‑阿拉伯糖2‑4份、苹果酸1‑3份、营养液300‑500份。将葛粉制成糖果,改变了葛粉的食用方式,使人们能够用休闲的方式来获得葛粉中的营养价值,开辟了葛粉推广的新途径,并且本发明提供的葛粉瓜子糖,由于加入了营养液,使其具有清热解毒、提高人体免疫力的特殊功效。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种葛粉瓜子糖。
背景技术
葛粉为豆科植物野葛的块根经水磨而澄取的淀粉。其具有较高的药用价值,如葛根素具有扩张冠状动脉和脑动脉的作用,可降低血压,能显著增加缺血组织的血液供应量;葛粉中含有人体需要的10多种氨基酸和10多种微量元素;还具有一定的防癌抗癌功效。但是葛粉的食用方法比较复杂,并且口味也并不是很受消费者的喜爱。因此急需一种提高葛粉的口味并且易于食用的方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种葛粉瓜子糖。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种葛粉瓜子糖,由以下重量份的组分制成:葛粉80-00份、瓜子100-150份、白糖280-300份、黄瓜提取液10-15份、莲子粉30-40份、杨梅提取液8-10份、L-阿拉伯糖2-4份、苹果酸1-3份、营养液300-500份;本发明提供的营养液,具有提高人体免疫力,清热解毒的功效,用此营养液来将葛粉制成糊状,进一步的增加了产品的营养价值。
其中营养添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:八仙瓜6-10份、白补药4-7份、赤芍8-10份、地肤苗10-13份、水100-120份;
采用以下方法制成:将八仙瓜、白补药、赤芍、地肤苗放入沸水中,熬制2-3小时后过滤得滤液即为营养液。
一种葛粉瓜子糖,采用以下方法制成:
(1)向葛粉中加入冷水使其完全溶解即可,搅拌1min后,向其中加入营养液,不停地搅拌,直至葛粉变成糊状;
(2)等步骤(1)所得的糊状葛粉冷却至室温时,向其中加入黄瓜提取液、莲子粉、杨梅提取液、L-阿拉伯糖、苹果酸,搅拌30-40min;
(3)将白糖制成糖浆后,向其中加入步骤(2)所得的混合物,然后向其中加入瓜子,持续搅拌,等到糖浆冒泡后,将糖浆注入模具内,等到凝结完成后,脱模得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种葛粉瓜子糖,由于向其中加入了莲子粉、杨梅提取液、甜味剂和苹果酸,改善了葛粉的口味,使得糖果具有浓郁的香味,使其深受消费者的喜爱。将葛粉制成糖果,改变了葛粉的食用方式,使人们能够用休闲的方式来获得葛粉中的营养价值,开辟了葛粉推广的新途径。并且本发明提供的葛粉瓜子糖,由于加入了营养液,使其具有清热解毒、提高人体免疫力的特殊功效。其中,黄瓜提取液能增加葛粉中葛根素的活性,使其被人体食用后,能轻易被吸入到血液中,调节血液循环,降低血管的阻力;杨梅提取液中的有效成分能与葛粉中的黄酮素共同作用,能清除人体内因新城代谢产生的过多尿酸,对防治因尿酸过多带来的痛风效果显著。

其中营养添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:八仙瓜6份、白补药4份、赤芍8份、地肤苗10份、水100份;
采用以下方法制成:将八仙瓜、白补药、赤芍、地肤苗放入沸水中,熬制2小时后过滤得滤液即为营养液。
一种葛粉瓜子糖,采用以下方法制成:
(1)向葛粉中加入冷水使其完全溶解即可,搅拌1min后,向其中加入营养液,不停地搅拌,直至葛粉变成糊状;

其中营养添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:八仙瓜8份、白补药6份、赤芍9份、地肤苗12份、水110份;
采用以下方法制成:将八仙瓜、白补药、赤芍、地肤苗放入沸水中,熬制2小时后过滤得滤液即为营养液。
一种葛粉瓜子糖,采用以下方法制成:
(1)向葛粉中加入冷水使其完全溶解即可,搅拌1min后,向其中加入营养液,不停地搅拌,直至葛粉变成糊状;
(2)等步骤(1)所得的糊状葛粉冷却至室温时,向其中加入黄瓜提取液、莲子粉、杨梅提取液、L-阿拉伯糖、苹果酸,搅拌35min;

其中营养添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:八仙瓜10份、白补药7份、赤芍10份、地肤苗13份、水120份;
采用以下方法制成:将八仙瓜、白补药、赤芍、地肤苗放入沸水中,熬制3小时后过滤得滤液即为营养液。

1.一种葛粉瓜子糖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制成:葛粉80-00份、瓜子100-150份、白糖280-300份、黄瓜提取液10-15份、莲子粉30-40份、杨梅提取液8-10份、L-阿拉伯糖2-4份、苹果酸1-3份、营养液300-500份;
其中营养添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:八仙瓜6-10份、白补药4-7份、赤芍8-10份、地肤苗10-13份、水100-120份;
采用以下方法制成:将八仙瓜、白补药、赤芍、地肤苗放入沸水中,熬制2-3小时后过滤得滤液即为营养液。
2.一种权利要求1所述葛粉瓜子糖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
向葛粉中加入冷水使其完全溶解即可,搅拌1min后,向其中加入营养液,不停地搅拌,直至葛粉变成糊状;
等步骤(1)所得的糊状葛粉冷却至室温时,向其中加入黄瓜提取液、莲子粉、杨梅提取液、L-阿拉伯糖、苹果酸,搅拌30-40min;
将白糖制成糖浆后,向其中加入步骤(2)所得的混合物,然后向其中加入瓜子,持续搅拌,等到糖浆冒泡后,将糖浆注入模具内,等到凝结完成后,脱模得到成品。
