技术领域
本发明属于植物养护技术领域,尤其涉及一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂。
背景技术
在苗木移栽、绿化过程中,磕碰导致苗木受伤难以避免,而且在后期管理过程中,园林工人还会根据需要对其进行修剪,以清除病虫枝、徒长枝,保持树姿优美。果木更是如此,由于果木从栽植幼苗到挂果周期较长,而人们的口味以及对果品的品质要求越来越高,如果没有“老树新果”的手段往往跟不上市场需求的变化,而通过果树修剪、嫁接可以保存果树的优良性状、增强果树适应环境的能力、使林木提早收益、培育新品种、对现有品种改劣换优。
但是上述操作都会对树木造成开创性伤口,如磕碰伤、剪枝伤,嫁接伤等等,这些伤口如果不能够即时处理,会导致树木内部的水分快速流失,枝条干枯,不仅削弱树势,而且很容易使得病菌随着空气或者雨水从伤口侵入,引起感染、溃疡或腐烂,导致局部枯死,甚至整株死亡。
现有技术中,多采用杀菌药剂和密封材料配合处理树木伤口,如采用石灰水涂抹伤口,然后使用保鲜膜覆盖,或者采用酒精或高锰酸钾溶液涂抹伤口,然后凡士林、石蜡封住伤口等方法。现有技术中方法虽简单,但是费时费力,且如要促使树木伤口处早日萌芽,促进枝条健壮,还需要再进行植物生长调节剂的涂抹操作。随着近几年人工成本逐年上升,相应操作的成本也随之上升。而且现有技术中的涂抹物易脱落、持续时间短,甚至有些药剂如生石灰类产品碱性大,对环境污染较大,易造成土壤盐碱化和板结。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,本发明配方合理有效,集杀菌、愈创、促进植物生长、防水功效于一体,对木本植物创伤的疗效好,而且操作快捷方便,省时省力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
设计一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,包括由如下原料制成的A料:以重量百分比计,水15-30%、填料10-30%、表面活性剂0.5-3%、防腐剂0.1-5‰、杀菌剂0.05-0.5%、植物生长调节剂0.1-10.5‰、助剂0.5-5%,余量为弹性乳液。
优选的,所述的填料为高岭土、膨润土、碳酸钙、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、聚山梨酯、吐温中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、尼泊金酯、水杨酸中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的杀菌剂为硫磺、硫酸铜、乙蒜素、甲基托布津、福美双中的一种或几种。

优选的,所述的植物生长调节剂为混合剂,包括占A料0.05-0.5wt‰的5-硝基愈创木酚钠,余量为复硝酚钠、胺鲜酯、赤霉素、萘乙酸或其钠盐、6-BA、氯吡苯脲、黄腐酸中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的膏剂还包括配合使用的B料,其由下述原料组成:以质量份计,花椒提取液2-5份,芥末提取液2-5份、薄荷提取液2-5份和乳化剂2-4份。
本发明中的A料可以单独使用,也可以配合B料进行使用。
A料以水为基质,添加有表面活性剂、助剂、乳液等,无粉尘,砂磨分散,液体均匀细腻,对环境污染小,对生产和使用者安全,而且采用杀菌剂对外界侵入伤口的细菌和病毒进行灭杀,乳液和助剂中的油性成分,能够很好的封闭伤口,而且对外界的水分,如雨水、喷淋水等具有良好的隔离性,同时也可以封闭木本植物体内的水分向外界流失,如果助剂采用成膜剂,会使得A料在伤口表面更好的成型。A料同时还含有植物生长调节剂,其中的5-硝基愈创木酚钠,迅速激活植物免疫系统,加强酚类代谢,促进创口愈合,使苗木或果树生长功能快速复苏。
本发明所述的B料可以配合A料使用:当A料在伤口涂抹完毕后,将B料均匀涂抹在A料外表即可。
由于A料中富含油性成分,为了防止昆虫附着在A料表面或是防止昆虫啃食A料并产卵,B料可以对其进行驱离,因为B料中的花椒提取液、薄荷提取液以及芥末提取液能够散发出昆虫讨厌的气味和物质。
其中A料和B料在使用前需要对其所包含的组分进行混合至均匀状态。B料中的提取液采用水浴醇提工艺制备,具体制备方法如下:
1)分别将所述提取原料(即花椒、薄荷、芥末)与质量含量为1%的生理盐水按照1g:1ml的比例混合并研磨40分钟制得研磨液;
2)取上述研磨液与无水乙醇按体积比1:1混合,震荡后静置12小时,然后在90℃水浴加热并蒸馏2小时除净乙醇,再于4000r/h的条件下离心5分钟,取上清液即得提取液。
本发明具有积极有益的技术效果:
耐雨水冲刷能力较强,持续时间较长;对树体截枝部位具有杀菌防腐效果,能对创伤部分起到很好的保护作用;膏剂可以明显促进植株新生部位的生长。

实施例1
一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:高岭土20%,弹性乳液42%,吐温0.4%,水杨酸1‰,硫磺0.1%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.05‰,拉开粉2‰,聚马来酸7‰,黄原胶0.5%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚2‰,复硝酚钠0.15‰,黄腐酸1%,水补足至100%。高岭土为200目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得所述膏剂。
实施例2
一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:碳酸钙35%,弹性乳液28%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5%,苯甲酸钠0.5‰,甲基托布津0.05%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.05‰,皂角粉2‰,十二醇酯0.1%,HT A30 7‰,GPE10 2‰,复硝酚钠0.05‰,水补足至100%。
碳酸钙为800目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得所述膏剂。

一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:膨润土18%,弹性乳液42%,聚山梨酯0.6%,山梨酸钾3‰,硫酸铜0.1%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.5‰,磺化油1‰,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.6%,十二碳醇酯0.3%,聚乙二醇5‰,聚氧丙烯甘油醚3‰,6-BA0.06‰,水补足至100%。膨润土为800-1000目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得所述膏剂。
实施例4
一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:碳酸钙12%,白炭黑5%,弹性乳液50%,甘胆酸钠1%,尼泊金酯5‰,乙蒜素0.2%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.5‰,皂角粉2‰,十二碳醇酯0.2%,聚乙二醇8‰,GPE10 3‰,尿素1%,氯吡苯脲10‰,水补足至100%。
碳酸钙为800目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得所述膏剂。
实施例5
一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:膨润土28%,弹性乳液40%,聚山梨酯0.6%,山梨酸钾3‰,硫酸铜0.1%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.02‰,皂角粉1‰,十二碳醇酯0.3%,HT A30 5‰,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚3‰,赤霉素1‰,胺鲜酯0.05‰,水补足至100%。
制备时,膨润土为1000目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得所述膏剂。
实施例6
一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,包括A料和B料,其中A料采用以下质量配比的原料制备而成:碳酸钙35%,弹性乳液28%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5%,苯甲酸钠0.5‰,甲基托布津0.05%,5-硝基愈创木酚钠0.05‰,皂角粉2‰,十二碳醇酯0.1%,聚乙二醇7‰,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚2‰,复硝酚钠0.05‰,水补足至100%,其中碳酸钙为800目粉体,将上述原料均匀混合后,砂磨剪切成膏状物即得A料;
B料由如下质量份原料制备而成:花椒提取液2-5份,芥末提取液2-5份、薄荷提取液2-5份和乳化剂2-4份,将四者混合剪切呈膏状物即得B料。
其中花椒、芥末和薄荷提取液的制备方法相同,以花椒提取液为例:
1)将所花椒与质量含量为1%的生理盐水按照1g:1ml的比例混合并研磨40分钟制得研磨液;
2)取上述研磨液与无水乙醇按体积比1:1混合,震荡后静置12小时,然后在90℃水浴加热并蒸馏2小时除净乙醇,再于4000r/h的条件下离心5分钟,取上清液即得花椒提取液。
效果例
1 材料与方法
1.1 供试材料
供试植物:大叶女贞 胸径:15cm左右
1.2 试验设计
本试验设置两个处理,具体设计如下:
处理1:截枝处均匀涂抹实施例5制备所得的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂;
处理2:空白对照。
试验设置在工业园区内,选取绿化树林中胸径大小基本一致的大叶女贞20颗,将可接收到阳光直晒的枝干进行截枝。每个处理10颗。用毛刷蘸取木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,均匀涂抹在截枝表面。空白对照不进行任何处理。将截枝伤口附近新梢挂牌标记并量取长度。
1.3调查项目及方法
试验于2015年7月20日进行,分别于7月22日、7月24日在两次自然降雨后,观察处理1的树体截枝伤口部位处膏剂耐雨水冲刷情况;于8月14日,调查截枝伤口部位受病菌侵染情况;于8月20日,调查截枝伤口附近新梢生长状况。
2 结果与分析
2.1 自然降雨环境下所述膏剂耐雨水冲刷效果分析
由于膏剂涂抹在树体伤口的外表面,经常会受到风吹、日晒、雨淋等自然环境的变化作用。随着自然环境的变化,膏剂的稳定性将体现产品性能的持续稳定。通过试验观察,降雨前(7月22日)与降雨后(7月24日)后该膏剂在伤口处的覆盖情况并未发生较明显的变化,说明膏剂暴露在自然环境下耐雨水冲刷的性能较稳定,且持续时间较长。由于今年雨水较多,在之后的几次将雨后,膏剂依然能保持稳定。说明该膏剂耐雨水冲刷能力较强。
2.2所述膏剂对截枝伤口部位病菌抑制的效果分析
受截枝部位伤流和雨水的影响,伤口部位极易受病菌浸染,造成伤口部位发生霉变。通过调查伤口部位的霉变数量和霉变程度,可以说明受病菌浸染的程度。试验结果表明,空白对照处理的10株大叶女贞,其截枝伤口部位均不同程度的发生了霉变,说明在外界环境条件变化下,伤口部位受到了病菌的浸染;而处理1处理的10株大叶女贞,其伤口部位保护到位,均未出现霉变现象,说明膏剂对树体截枝部位具有杀菌防腐效果。
2.2 经过膏剂处理后的截枝伤口部位对新梢生长的影响
通过对截枝部位附近新梢生长量的观察(见表1),处理1使用的膏剂对树体新梢的生长起到了促进作用。处理1的平均新梢长9.67cm,在一个月的时间内较处理前新梢生长量增加5.69cm;空白对照处理平均新梢长8.77cm,在一个月的时间内较处理前新梢生长量增加4.84cm。处理1的生长量较空白对照生长量平均增加0.85cm,较空白对照平均提升17.6%,提升效果显著。说明该膏剂可以明显促进植株的生长。

由上可得:
(1)试验结果表明,与空白对照相比,采用木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂涂抹树体截枝伤口,可以起到很好的保护作用,杀菌防腐;同时可以促进新梢的生长,平均提升17.6%,促进生长显著。
(2) 在经历过几次降雨之后,木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂的膏体暴露在自然环境下性能依然稳定,未明显脱落,且持续时间较长。说明该产品耐雨水冲刷能力较强。

Claims (10)

1.一种木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,包括由如下原料制成的A料:以重量百分比计,水15-30%、填料10-30%、表面活性剂0.5-3%、防腐剂0.1-5‰、杀菌剂0.05-0.5%、植物生长调节剂0.1-10.5‰、助剂0.5-5%,余量为弹性乳液。
2.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的填料为高岭土、膨润土、碳酸钙、白炭黑中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、聚山梨酯、吐温中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、尼泊金酯、水杨酸中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为硫磺、硫酸铜、乙蒜素、甲基托布津、福美双中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的助剂为润湿剂、增稠剂、分散剂、消泡剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、成膜剂中的一种或几种。
7. 如权利要求6所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为拉开粉、磺化油、皂角粉中至少一种;所述增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇中至少一种;所述分散剂为聚马来酸、聚乙二醇、HT A30中至少一种;所述消泡剂为GPE10、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚中至少一种。
8.如权利要求6所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、平平加、十八烷醇基聚氧乙烯醚中至少一种;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、尿素中至少一种;所述成膜剂为十二碳醇酯、十二醇酯中至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的植物生长调节剂为混合剂,包括占A料0.05-0.5wt‰的5-硝基愈创木酚钠,余量为复硝酚钠、胺鲜酯、赤霉素、萘乙酸或其钠盐、6-BA、氯吡苯脲、黄腐酸中的一种或几种。
10.如权利要求1-9任一所述的木本植物用解毒愈创杀菌膏剂,其特征在于,所述的膏剂还包括配合使用的B料,其由下述原料组成:以质量份计,花椒提取液2-5份,芥末提取液2-5份、薄荷提取液2-5份和乳化剂2-4份。
