巧克力锥形筒冰淇淋包括冰淇淋1、带盖的外包装套3,盛装冰淇淋的倒圆锥形筒体2,锥形筒体2由巧克力加入可可脂或代可可脂、可可粉、卵磷脂、砂糖、奶粉、食用包素制作成,根据需要还可加入如芝麻,花生、核桃仁粉等食用香料。
本发明由于采用以上改进,制作的巧克力锥形筒冰淇淋具有独特的风味,满足人们的需要,增强了抗压性能,便于运输。
